One of the members of our group is celiac, which is why we chose where to go with extreme care; we would never dream of writing such a serious review without carefully checking that it was read by those directly involved. Terrible place and absolutely not recommended, both for the quality of the service and for the total lack of friendliness. We firmly reiterate that we have been addressed with racist and discriminatory comments that are completely unacceptable: we have been called "sinti" in a derogatory tone. And if you don't remember us, we invite you to consult the recordings of the cameras, given the threat against us after a complaint regarding the mixed fried food 😂😂😂😂

Located near the Albaro district of Genoa, this small pastry shop has a wide selection of gluten-free and lactose-free shortbread and pastries. I think it is one of the few in Genoa that does everything gluten-free. The desserts I had were excellent: from the typical canestrelli to the pasticciotti pugliesi, baci di dama and di Alassio: all delicious. Upon request, they also have beautiful cakes. I will definitely be back

Dear Valentina, after months glued to the phone screen with my mouth watering looking at the photos of your delicacies, I have decided to give myself a gift and take a train from Pontedera to come and taste something from your bakery in Sarzana. And so here I am early in the morning inside your special place; obviously there was the counter full of wonders and your lively and very pleasant presence. I admit that I didn't say much because I was excited, but I bought many things to try: a slice of savory cake, some scones, a piece of vanilla and berry cake and a lemon and blueberry muffin. Everything was exceptional! The scones almost moved me, the flavor was almost identical to the ones I bought in an old bakery in my town when I was little, I ate them with a dear friend of mine outside of school and it really felt like I was going back there. Never eaten so good in eleven years of celiac disease! Not to mention the desserts: tasty, soft, abundant. No disappointments. The prices are absolutely honest and consistent with the quality of the food, I really hope to be able to return soon.

The "Dalla Padella alla Brace" is a well-kept restaurant without attitude, which is why guests can eat there without being afraid of the threshold. We visited on April 23, 2025; a telephone reservation is recommended. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Italian and English are spoken. The service is experienced and attentive. The guest is then asked whether they want the mineral water chilled or at room temperature. The food, with some Ligurian specialties and products from local and regional "Slow Food Presidios", is absolutely fresh and of the best quality. Gluten-free dishes are indicated on the menu. The wine list includes numerous Ligurian and other Italian wines. The advice is unobtrusive and professional, the prices are hospitable. Overall a successful evening.

I got 4 cups for a total of 8 flavors. Mediocre ice cream, they definitely use ice cream powders, unfortunately.... level of low quality, like the one you buy at the supermarket. 5 stars for gluten free, friendly service.
