Their pizzas are next-level – perfectly thin, crispy bases with the freshest toppings. But what really blew me away was their handmade gluten-free pizza. As someone who’s tried gluten-free options all over, I can confidently say this is the best I’ve ever had. You’d never know it’s gluten-free – it’s that good! An exceptional dining experience from start to finish! Our dinner for four at Rick Shores was nothing short of perfection. We were lucky enough to score the best seats in the house, which set the tone for an unforgettable evening. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and our waitress deserves special recognition for her exceptional attention and vibrant personality. With a severe coeliac and a peanut allergy at our table, dining out can often feel daunting, but not here. Our waitress took the time to thoroughly address our concerns, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring every dish was prepared with care. Her patience, professionalism and undeniable flair made us feel at ease and her genuine kindness was the cherry on top. And the food—absolutely divine! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The kitchen’s ability to accommodate allergies without compromising on quality or taste was impressive and we’re happy to report our guest with allergies “survived the night” without a hitch.
