The staff are always kind and helpful. My take out orders always arrive hot and well packaged. I really appreciate this business and all their efforts to be truly gluten free. Love Cookie Mama, Janet is amazing. She accommodates so many dietary requirements, and her baked goods are excellent. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease, and her GF options are delicious and an 10/10. Exceptional communication and customer service. I can't say enough good things about Howie's Pizza. The food, service and overall quality is amazing. My girlfriend and I love ordering from here because not only is every single pizza we've tried incredible, but we love getting the half-baked pizzas on the way home from work, AND the gluten free crusts are also by far the best we've had in the city. We have so many faves, and can't wait to try them all.

Gluten free/celiacs this is a must try. My fave is the Maria's special or the bbq chicken. My fave gf pizza by FAR ive ever tried. The first time I didn't believe it was gf it was too soft and doughy and delicious. It even saves well for the next day (if by miracle i dont eat the entire thing in one sitting...) which is not true for any other gf pizza I've tried. I never go anywhere else anymore for 'za. The staff are all super kind too!

I have been coming to Lakeview for many years, the gluten free selection perfectly meets my celiac needs! The products may be great, but the constant rude customer service I encounter makes me question why I still support this bakery. Customer service is so important especially for a small business like this bakery, why is it that I get sassy comments when I am simply confirming that a certain unlabelled item is gluten free, or I can’t decide which flavour of cupcake I want and in return I get a big ol eye roll… these are just a couple examples of the horrible customer service I have received on multiple occasions. Why I continue to go back to this bakery and give them my money, despite how great the food is, I don’t know. I hope you take this review into account, as I have talked to other celiacs who purchase from this bakery and have had similar experiences with the staff! It’s not hard to just be kind and have patience!!

Canela is amazing! Been visiting since we discovered their offerings at Barrow Coffee way back when, and then started visiting the Little Red House off Macleod! So stoked when they opened up a beautiful bakery in Inglewood! Consistent quality all around, and the drinks are amazing, full of flavour! Savoury treats (Korean hot dog all the way!), lots of desserts (why cant I just have one of EVERYTHING?) I’ve brought many of my non vegan family and friends here, and brought many treats to them as well, and it’s always “what? It’s vegan? I couldn’t tell!” Ps - the gluten free chocolate caramel loaf is to die for, and I will cry tears of disappoint they ever stop making it. THE BEST.

We went bc a friend's recommendation and it was worth it. We had some beers and tried the poutine, which was delicious, crunchy chips and super tasty. There is gluten free beer.

Magnificent, The experience is incredibly simple, with a massive ordering board, as it should be at a burger shop. Bravo! I ordered a gluten free double with cheese, lettuce tomato onion and their Clive sauce. The burgers were made to be juicy yet crispy on the edges, just how I like it. They did right by the CARE gluten free bun, as it should be the only valid option in Alberta for buns as they don't crumble and are nice and supple. The fries are from a dedicated gluten free fryer and are CRISPY. I decided to review them based on the fact that they took care of my dietary needs perfectly, and their hours run late, Wich to catch a gluten free bite after 9 on 17th Ave is seemingly impossible, this place hit the spot. The staff were friendly and took care to both ask me if gluten free is a preference or health need.

Went to this place for brunch for the first time and had 3 amazing things to note. 1) the coconut chai was to die for and I would return just for that drink alone. 2) the vegan eggs Benedict on falafel was so perfectly savoury and delicious, as someone eating vegan and gluten free, I haven’t had something that covers my dietary restrictions taste so good in a long time. 3) the portion sizes!!! The quesadilla my family had was enormous, the side salads were huge! Amazing to have leftovers for later and even though we ate a lot, we didn’t feel gross after (which we often do with other places) because the ingredients were so clean. The staff were so kind and the restaurant gives cute earthy vibes. Hands down will be going back! (Wish we got photos to share!)

Great little place. Warm, bright, and inviting. Gluten free options - tater tots are gf but have fryer cross contamination, so breakfast sides you can sub gf bread and have a side salad, fruit, tomatoes etc. Nice vegetarian options too!

Paige was our waitress and she absolutely made our night. Very friendly, quick, and always came at the right time to fill our drinks. As well as not being able to consume gluten she made me feel very comfortable in ordering any one of the gluten friendly chooses knowing that it was going to be taken serious. Will come again as she did an exceptional job.

Food was good. We had four different kinds of pizza including a gluten free one. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten free ingredients which was appreciated, unfortunately they lacked a sense of urgency and we waited a lot. Disappointing because we really enjoyed the food and the patio.

I'm extremely pleased by the staff here. I had a food allergy I made my server aware of at the start. When they brought my meal, I had about .2 seconds to stare at it before another server swooped in and stole it back stating "Sorry this one isn't gluten free", and the manager appeared from the other side with the correct order. The whole switch out happened in less than 10 seconds. On top of that, there was no discernable difference to the appearance of the meals, to my eye anyways, so I'm even more impressed by how quick they noticed the wrong one had been presented first. Finally- it was Valentine's, and they were absolutely brutally packed and still managed to do all this with a smile. The food was great but it could have been awful at that point (as so many gluten free substitutions are anyways) and I still would have been amazed.

I stopped in for a quick lunch during a business trip. It’s always hard to find great vegan cuisine when I am traveling for work. This location was amazing, their menu had so many great vegan options to choose from along with great substitutions for gluten-free, soy free, etc. I went with the lemongrass, tofu, beet salad, and I asked to add some capers to it. The server was extremely friendly and had no problem accommodating my request. It was absolutely delicious. I wouldn’t change a single thing about it. I will gladly be back when I am back in the area. Ambience was great with a fun vibe. Very trendy. Even the bathroom was a lot of fun some cool wallpaper and fun color scheme.

Ordered a gluten - dairy free burger, so no cheese and they suggested ketchup as a dairy free sauce, so it ended up being the driest, tasteless, unnecessarily too spicy burger I've ever eaten. Fries were just okay also. They didn't have a hand disinfectant which in my opinion is a necessity when eating burgers with hands. Not coming back again, sorry.

I have been coming to this Blaze Pizza location for over a year, and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is always so friendly, warmly welcoming customers as they arrive and wishing them a great day as they leave. From ordering at the start of the line to picking up your pizza at the end, the entire process is seamless. They offer Dine-in, Take out & Delivery. Personally, I love pesto sauce, and theirs is fantastic! I've also heard from many others that every sauce here is top-notch. I recently brought my partner, who has celiac disease, and the staff was absolutely phenomenal in handling his allergy. They washed their hands and changed gloves multiple times, pulled a fresh sauce bin with a clean spoon for his pizza, and even ensured his pizza was cooked on a dedicated gluten-free tray. For the first time ever, he was able to enjoy a delicious pizza without getting sick, and that meant so much to us. The entire team worked together to make sure he was safe, going above and beyond in the best way possible. I highly recommend this location—it's simply the best! And don’t forget, today is Pi Day! Your second pizza is just $3.14 (what a deal!). Be patient with Blaze Pizza, as they always do their best to accommodate every guest’s request, even during busy times. Excellent service! They were so friendly. Pizza was delicious. I had a mango juice. It had pieces of mango in it and it was not from concentrate. They have a large plant-based menu as well as gluten free food. They have a huge selection of desserts, including gluten free and vegan.

Wonderful food and service. Salvo served us and we were happy to hear he was from Italy as well. We were celebrating a birthday for a celiac and they had a signed card at the table. Also provided a gluten free dessert. Highly recommended for celiacs and meat lovers. The lamb and pineapple was the best!

Excellent homemade ice cream, with lots of unique flavor options, including vegan and gluten free alternatives. Their serving sizes are generous, and they even let you choose up to 2 flavors with a single scoop purchase! The homemade waffle cones are to die for, they smell so wonderful if you happen to come in when they are making them! They have monthly flavors, many of which include local sourced ingredients.

After seeing someone rave on Facebook celiac group about this place, we thought we would try it. Holy smokes, this is hands down the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had. My husband, who does not need to eat gluten free, also had a slice and his review? “This is gluten free?” It was sooo good. Just to make sure it was in fact gluten free, I waited a few days to post my review in case my digestive system found issues, but no. BEST GF PIZZA!

Josh is an absolute delight and was super knowledgeable when a friend and I came by to browse! Everything this is vegan and there’s lots of gluten-friendly options as well. I’m not intolerant/allergic to anything so I wasn’t sure how things would taste for me, but the chocolate ganache cupcake and the huge single-packed cookies were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Do Not Feed After Midnight

I always use Crave for birthdays or special occasions. You can order ahead and have them delivered or pick them up. And if you just want one cupcake you can buy one in store. They also have very good gluten free selection of most cupcakes. You can also get both regular and gf. And they will label them in the box. Everytime I go in the staff is always friendly and helpful. Their cupcakes are the best. I have tried a cake before but I found it to be dried out. And only other con is there is a lot of icing on them.

I was extremely impressed with our waitress' care about my mom's gluten allergy. She even adjusted some items that weren't listed as GF to be so. The hostess had "no clue" about the gluten free options or the what was on the menu at all, but our waitress was so amazing. We will be back knowing I can eat here safely and be listened too.

Tamarind makes delicious vegan Vietnamese dishes like pho and vermicelli. They make their tofu in house daily and their food is delicious! I highly recommend their pad Thai. Today, they were giving out free lunch boxes that consisted of papaya salad, fried rice, salt and pepper tofu, bean curd and eggplant, along with a pumpkin tofu soup. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend! They also can accomodate gluten free options as well 🙂.

Just want to rave about our experience tonight at The Keg on 130 ave SE Just went there for our celiac son’s 18th birthday dinner and they were incredible. The menu is clearly marked for GF diners but beyond that our server, Eden, took extra care to make sure our son was looked after. All his courses were delivered to the table by kitchen managers to ensure everything was safe and no cross contamination occurred. Well done team! That was refreshing 🥰

It's always a joy to dine in at Gus's and I can say personally that theur location next to the Foothills hospital has been a blessing to a LOT of people, especially hospital staff who want alternatives to hospital cafeteria food. My team loves planning team lunches at Gus's! I love how many different size options there are to the pizzas. A small is a perfect amount for 1 person! Also awesome that they have gluten free options. Their pizza crust is actually delicious. My favourite pizza is The California! I've tried a few others but I always go back to that favourite. The one in my photos is the pepperoni, bacon, peppers pizza (: Also want to mention the staff at Gus's have the brightest smiles and just radiate joy. They really want to ensure their customers leave with a smile on their face.
