Today I had lunch with 4 of my friends. My lunch was lousy. I had the vegan mossaka and it was swimming in oil. My stomach hasn't felt right all afternoon. I'm gluten free and a small dish of gluten free crackers was $ 1.99 extra. Really? The brewed ☕️ which isn't even on the menu was like drinking dish water. The waitress was friendly but we had to ask her to take the dishes away. We were the only ones in the restaurant too.
Let's just say that I 'll never go back. I'll walk with my wallet.

I went on Father's day Sunday. They have a separate gluten free menu for their AYCE and gluten free soy sauce. Be careful because after a few questions, I found out they didn't have a dedicated deep fryer and had to cross a few things off the list like the salmon skin, agedashi tofu, etc. Just something to watch out for if you're a celiac like me. Otherwise, service was fast and wonderful and the food was delicious I wanted to cry. So hard to find gluten free sushi in the city. Thank you Zen sushi!

Came in a couple days ago with my friends for my birthday and had the best experience and service provided by Nevin. He was energetic, genuine, and extremely enthusiastic, and was also very knowledgeable of the menu. He was able to recommend drinks for my table, and some food options for my friend who has a gluten allergy. The food was great! If you ever dine in request Nevin as your server! He is amazing, honestly the best service I’ve had in awhile.
