Amazing panzerotti (with gluten). I highly recommend the one with tuna, cherry tomatoes and red onions. Small but cozy place. The only flaw is the lack of courtesy of the staff: if you don't write to leave the tables clean you can't use a deliberately rude tone to tell us to take the leftovers to the bins...

I can’t say enough good things about Antiche Mura. Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Polignano de Mare. My husband and I both have a gluten allergy and they were so accomodating. We ordered the Tasting Menu and they were able to do each course gluten free. The staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

We happened on this place for lunch one day and I'm so glad we did!. We were a party of 5, were seated in a great shady spot outside right away. The food was excellent! we had caprese salad, risotto , lasagne bolognese and GF lasagne and spumone for dessert. Everything was excellent! In fact, the comment from my daughter for the rest of our vacation was...I could eat that lasagne for breakfast lunch and dinner for the rest of my life! when I tell you we at every crumb of every dish we had. And 2 in our party have celiac and raved about the GF lasagne. Great service and great prices. It's the perfect little Italian cafe. I am now home in NJ craving the lasagne and caprese salad and a dish of spumone for dessert! Buen apetito! Trust me.

There were 4 of us at the end of August, we ate the chef's mixed starters, fish first courses and second courses, including fried fish and grilled fish.
I must say everything was good, even for gluten-free we ate without any problems.
The favorite dish was the spaghetti with fermented lemon.
You pay the right amount considering that you are in the center of Polignano.
Excellent service and clean restrooms.
