It's hard to find a restaurant that will accommodate 14 people, appeal to all ages and some gluten free. Mellow Mushroom fits the bill. We were able to get a table right away on a Friday at lunchtime. The food was delicious! Most of us ordered the Greek salad with Esperanza dressing to start because it's just so good. We also tried the new taco pizza. Also a hit! Our server Katie did an excellent job with our motley crew, some arriving later than others. She was friendly and attentive. Overall great service, delicious food and fun atmosphere!

Solid enough, the cheese wasn't on the entire pizza and the sauce is really thin so you can't taste it too much. The fresh jalapenos on mine were great tho! Gluten free crust was solid

My wife has gluten allergies when the young man realized that he allowed us to read the label to make sure the bread was okay to have , he even sanitized the station. The fresh options made for an amazing experience for our picnic. Thank you for caring it goes a long way. I don't remember his name but definitely deserves some recognition.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Because oh my goodness… I’ve now dined at Angelena’s twice. And I can confidently say I’ve never been to a restaurant with such amazing staff and food. Our waiter tonight, Brett, went ABOVE and beyond to make sure we had a lovely evening. I’m gluten free and he pulled strings to make sure I was taken care of in every way. He was so pleasant to talk to, answered all our questions, knew the menu extremely well, and was genuinely very joyful and thoughtful. An exceptional evening, I felt so pampered. I will never stop telling people about this place. Thank you Brett for the phenomenal service. He deserves a raise ;)

This place is great and we frequent it often. However can you please add your gluten free options to Uber Eats and other carriers? I have to call every time to change my order to sub for gluten free bread. This most recent time I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. It would just save both the employees and gluten free customers a lot of time.

This was our first time there and spoiler, we WILL be back!! So start to finish: We arrived and the atmosphere was fantastic and lively with live jazz being played inside. It was kinda loud but meh, it’s worth it. We were quoted 30-45 mins and got sat within 14mins. Sweet tea to drink and it was yummy. I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, and green beans. Hubs got the shrimp and grits which was gluten free, as well as a side of their yams. When I tell you my husband was in HEAVEN. He said that’s the best shrimp and grits he’s ever had and the corn bread was fantastic. My chicken was moist and flavored wonderfully! The Mac and cheese was gooey and I was indifferent about the green beans. Our server was nice and didn’t hover but made sure we had what we needed. Definitely coming back to try new things!

I was deciding where to have our last breakfast/brunch before heading home, and this place was the best. It was enough for both of us. I have gluten restrictions, and this place has tons of gluten-free options. The waffles were great. The baked potatoes were excellent. Even the drinks session was good. This will definitely be my go-to when I return to Pensacola.

Food is always yummy here. The one of gluten-free carb option is a oatmeal pancake and they were out of it. They don't even have any potatoes that are gluten-free friendly because all the potatoes come preseasoned and to have flour on them. The waitress was wonderful in explaining this. There was no guarantee that the grits would be safe either. They also don't have a vegetarian omelet option. However they are able to convert the garden frittata into an omelette which was quite good.

One of my new favs! I just wish all their food was gluten free rather than some. But overall, the coffee was unique and flavorful, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the gluten free dessert i did try was definitely gourmet 😍 YUM

Went for my birthday dinner with my family, great experience as usual! Ceail was WONDERFUL! My mom has celiac and Ceail was incredible about making sure she knew what she could have and double checking to make sure her food was safe. Our food was great, drinks stayed full, and we definitely enjoyed ourselves!

Had an amazing experience at Carrabba’s in Pensacola, FL! Everything we ordered was delicious — the Tomato Basil and Alfredo pastas were rich and flavorful, and the Italian salad was super fresh and tasty. We were also really impressed with their gluten-free options, which was a big plus for us. My daughter and I both loved it and will definitely be back. Great food, great service — highly recommend!

A sweet little spot downtown. All the seats inside and outside on this Saturday morning were filled! We enjoyed a blueberry muffin, morning glory muffin, chocolate chip cookie and iced coffees. All were very good!

Just had lunch at this location. My wife ordered off of the gluten free menu. We informed the waiter that my wife had a gluten allergy and to take precautions. My wife ordered a simple and usually safe Caesar salad (no croutons) and a small steak with no sides. She got violently sick and threw up in the bathroom before even finishing her steak. We will definitely not be returning and are going to mark this restaurant as not safe on all of her gluten free apps. Complete waste of $50.

We love the food here; and this last time we came, our waitress, Susan, was amazing. She had a great understanding of the menu. I have Celiac Disease, and she was really knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't have on the menu, as well as communicating with the kitchen about making sure things weren't cross-contaminated. She was seriously so nice, on top of being a great waitress. She made our celebratory dinner nice!
