I've been to many different restaurants. This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I frequent this location for the welcoming atmosphere, phenomenal customer services, and outstanding food. The pad thai and massaman curry are my favorite dishes and I highly recommend their thai iced tea, don't forget the sticky rice and mango for dessert. My wife has a gluten allergy and this restaurant is very knowledgeable on food allergies. We always look forward to seeing James, he's extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu and ingredients. He is always adamant about making sure our food is up to par and allergen free. We have come back many, many times and will continue to return for a long time. Very good food and excellent wait staff. Every person should try this restaurant!

My friends and I chose to go to this place because of the vegan burger option for me and the gluten free bun option for my friend. We were very impressed with the wide burger selection, and we really enjoyed them. My friend was particularly impressed with the waffle burger. I'll be going back again next time I'm in Winchester.

I watched the guy who adds toppings to the subs slide lettuce from the cutting board area that had fallen off prepped subs made with regular bread back into the lettuce container to be reused. For a business that claims to be allergy friendly/ celiac friendly, this is completely unsafe. Jersey Mikes advertises that they cater to those with allergies and food sensitivities. The owner needs to retrain their staff on food safety and stress not reusing toppings from the cutting board.

Don't trust what's in the bag at the drive through. I have used the drive through 4 times in the past month or so. First trip they gave me regular grilled chicken sandwiches instead of the gluten free option I had ordered. Stuff happens. I went without lunch that day. They made good on it next trip in. The past two times through, they have forgotten my grilled 12 piece grilled nuggets. Each time contacted they would say come back and we'll give them to you. Aren't most working people on a fixed lunch schedule? Last time I was refunded to my card while on the phone with the manager. Today's manager told me that was impossible unless it was for the whole order and they couldn't refund the whole order. But that's exactly what they should have done for the same mistake twice in two weeks. Not sure what's happened to this place. Told me I have to come back in with my card to get my money back. I am going to eat that $8.45 loss instead of anymore chicken from this little slice of chaos.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean. Cocktails were good. I ordered my steak rare which at outback usually means cold and purple in the center. My first steak was at least medium. The second steak was much better but still not what I expect from Outback. The rest of the mail was good. They dealt with a gluten allergy and made pay-to-go meal as I finished my steak All in all a very good experience There were a bunch of high chairs piled up at the entrance to the restrooms. Seems like they could find a better place for these.
