A 100% dedicated GF restaurant as well as a grab and go window available next to the restaurant! I got a turkey, brie, arugula and tomato sandwich on focaccia at the take away window and it was so delicious!! And huge!!!

We came to this restaurant because they have a separate gluten free menu. The options are quite extensive, from gluten free spaghetti and pici to Tuscan beef tripe. They don't make the pasta themselves though. You do need to reserve in advance because the place is quite touristy and we found the atmosphere to be quite hectic.

A decent spot for a celiac trying to navigate eating out while traveling. Being handed an entirely separate and gluten free menu felt comforting after walking out of a restaurant who wouldn’t indicate which, if any, dishes were safe. The meal itself was good for being gluten free. I’m only a few months in to my diagnosis so I still compare to regular pastas and dishes which can be tough. I ordered the ravioli which was semi-bland but I still enjoyed it.

Pizzeria discovered by chance through the AIC application, but I would say a great surprise. As a celiac and pizza lover, I can say that it is one of the best pizzas ever. Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, extremely competent owners, unbeatable value for money (pizzas generously seasoned). After traveling 200km I finally found a pizza worthy of the name; out of the region but we will definitely return.

An absolute recommendation from me! I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza in a restaurant. The spaghetti carbonara was also incredible! Plus a gluten-free beer... what more could you want ?

My girlfriend and I came to Pietrasanta for a 3-day getaway, the choice of destination was also influenced by the curiosity to try Sementis. We are both vegetarians, with the impulse to become vegan and despite being in 2024 we struggle to find restaurants that offer vegetarian options, let alone vegan ones, so we often cook at home. From the moment you enter Sementis you are greeted by the smile, the passion and the splendid synergy that exists between the owner and all the wonderful staff, all friendly and attentive to the customer. But the gem comes when you sit down and open the menu, if you are vegetarian, vegan and celiac you can eat every single dish you find on the menu without any inconvenience or worries related to what you would like to eat but unfortunately you can't... What we witnessed was a rewarding experience, which made our taste buds explode with the goodness of the dishes we tasted. The service was impeccable, the dishes arrive with little waiting and during the evening the owner and the staff are present, pampering every customer with joy and friendliness. If we lived here, we would come every day😂 What Sementis does is a big step for all of us and for the protection of this planet. In the eyes of a few it might seem like a simple vegan restaurant, but in our eyes these guys are writing the future. Congratulations, in reality the stars would be 6 because Michelin would deserve another one. Everything impeccable, fair value for money, a special mention for the attention they pay to food intolerances/allergies. In our case, celiac disease, an absolutely satisfactory treatment. Dinner on January 4, 2025. Absolutely worth trying.
