Breads with a simple, acceptable flavor, I think suitable for most tastes, with the difference that they are gluten-free, but they are high in carbohydrates. There is no difference from one bread model to another; it seems that only the shape changes.
Charming café with gluten-free and celiac-friendly desserts in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

La Otilia is the perfect place to eat if you have dietary restrictions or a specific diet. They have gluten-free, keto, vegan, paleo, and other options.
This time, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Although they recommend sharing it, I feel like the portion is personal.
For dessert, we ordered a lemon pie and a gansito (my favorite!), along with smoothies (red berries, coconut yogurt, and ginger).
The place is pet-friendly 🐶💙 and they have dog treats.
The staff is very friendly 🙌🏼
Nestled in a charming colonial building, this cozy two-floor spot offers a calm, inviting atmosphere with a balcony overlooking the dining area. Honestly can’t remember if I posted a review last year but I’m back in town and CANNOT wait for all of the delicious food. It’s hard not to go overboard as everything looks and tastes sooooo good! The cupcakes are delicious and moist, the bagels are incredible and the hand pies/patties are a huge treat!
One of the most impressive gluten free restaurants I’ve been to in any of my travels and the staff are lovely.
My mom who does not have celiac diasease also agreed all of the food was great and she can’t wait to go back either!

Very nice Italian restaurant! Friendly and efficient service. I think the owner knows how to set the mood in the evening! The place is pleasant outdoors. They make gluten-free pasta, so that's nice. The salads, however, aren't amazing.

If you’re a real pizza lover, I’d suggest giving this place a miss. We ordered two Diavola pizzas, one on a gluten-free base with vegan cheese and one regular.
The gluten-free base came at an additional 100 pesos, which is quite steep, but I was curious to try it. Unfortunately, what arrived was more like a 1mm-thin tostada with a small amount of melted vegan cheese, no tomato sauce, and just four slices of what seemed like very basic salami. It really didn’t resemble a pizza in any way and was sent back straight away. Thankfully, we weren’t charged for it, which I appreciated.
As for the regular pizza, it wasn’t much better. It looked like something from a very low-end all-inclusive buffet. The tomato sauce was unusually dark and definitely didn’t taste like San Marzano as advertised. The base was flat, undercooked, and lacked any real flavour or texture.
On the plus side, the service was excellent. The waiter was kind, attentive, and very apologetic. I really felt for him, as he did his best in a tough situation.
As an Italian who has lived abroad for over 20 years, I’ve had pizza in all kinds of settings and don’t consider myself particularly picky. But sadly, this just didn’t come close to what I’d consider pizza, especially at these prices. Piola used to be great years ago, but something seems to have changed. I won’t be returning.
This enchanting farm offers a magical atmosphere enhanced by hanging lights and live acoustic music, surrounded by lush biodiversity and beautiful floral gardens. Guests can enjoy wandering artistic shops and serene organic gardens, making it a pure oasis for those seeking a gluten-free friendly environment with excellent service and a fantastic vibe.

Gluten Free Baked Goods are the best. This is a bit of an unusual review. I have to eat Gluten Free. I had one of the cupcakes at Flora Farms and was impressed by how good it was. We have a home in Pescadero up the coast an hour and usually are in Baja for my birthday. I decided to order a cake from Flora Farms. We had to pick it up 3 days early after an airport pick-up. I was a bit worried about transporting the cake but we brought a portable refrigerator and managed with only a little damage that was later covered by flowers. I ordered Gluten Free Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting. The cake held up beautifully for 3 days - I froze it and thawed the day of serving. It honestly was one of the best cakes any of us - gluten free and not alike - had ever had. The frosting has tons of vanilla bean and the texture of the cake outstanding. There is the tiniest hint in the texture that it is gf that only I would pick up since I worry sometimes whether things are truly gf - that slight difference is reassuring. Enjoying leftovers for breakfast. Glad I only have cake on my birthday as it would be too easy to over indulge.
I imagine Flora Farms makes good cakes because of the wedding activity on site but very few manage a gluten free version this amazing.

The birria ramen is the most amazing thing i’ve ever eaten, recommend so much. Birria tacos are my fave thing ever and the ramen is just so amazing. The menu is quite small yet the dishes are so fab. They cater well to allergens, e.g coeliac. Defo recommend xx

From the moment we walked to the time we left, service was impeccable. Entrees arrived hot and tasted as freshly made. Portions on the large side, so if you want dessert, come super hungry or pace yourself. Pri rs were reasonably. Gluten free options available were marked on the menu. Staff very knowledgeable. Fettuccine Puntanesco (GF penne substituted) and Spagehti Carbonara were ordered with Wedge Salads. Table bread complimentary and brought GF tortilla chips as well as an attentive courtesy. Totally two thumbs up!
Perched atop a rooftop palapa, this spot offers a romantic, relaxed atmosphere with live ambient music enhancing the experience. The attentive service and allergy-aware staff create a safe, welcoming environment ideal for those seeking gluten-free dining.

Came here with my wife on our honeymoon. Everything about the place was phenomenal. Kenchi (probably spelled that wrong), was our bartender and server and he was probably one of the fastest cocktail bartenders I've seen, and did it all with a smile. The food was top quality, the service was great, and we left full and happy. The live music was really great too, adding a romantic and relaxed atmosphere.
Definitely make reservations and be aware this place is going to be pricier than other spots on the island.
Also I should add they are safe for people with celiac disease if you let them know, they can effectively accommodate gluten free without cross contamination.
Nestled in a quiet square, this bakery offers a wide variety of delicious gluten-free breads, including sweet and savory options like tortillas and boxed loaves. Its quality gluten-free products rival traditional baked goods, making it a standout choice for those with gluten intolerance.
