********Amendment******** We contacted the owner who clarified that they do have a Gluten Free fryer safe for coeliacs, he advised there had been new staff on the night we attended. He was lovely and was personally going to rectify the issue. This is great news, as this is one of the only coeliac safe fryers in the area. ........................................ Previously they had a seperate gluten free fryer, safe for coeliac, this is no longer the case. Very annoyed.

The burgers are sensational! The eggplant burger is to die for. I have coeliac and the gluten free burger buns are delicious which as any coeliac knows is a hard find. The breakfasts are also amazing. The poached eggs are cooked perfectly, not too runny, not too hard.

I can only highly recommend this gem in Buderim!!! I have a lot of issues with food, gluten-, lactose- and sugar free and other issues. I was attended with such patience, professionalism and politeness, it was simply incredible. The chef made up something wonderful for me and it tasted superb!!! We surely will be back again - as my friend's were vegan, vegetarian and "normal" and every single ones of us enjoyed it immensely.

‘Big Boy’ special burger is the best burger I’ve ever eaten. I’d love to see it permanently on the menu. The service was amazing and the staff are so lovely. We've just discovered this place and are in love! The coffee is the best Chris has ever had. Ever.And that's saying a lot! He's a coffee snob e The food is unreal and they are super accommodating - my dairy & gluten free needs were met and they were very helpful making it work. The staff are so very lovely ... we can't recommend this place highly enough! We’ve also had dessert from the Ice Creamery and Dessert Bar and it’s amazing! A young person (very young) served us at 7:30 on a Sunday night and they were so switched on and polite! The best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!

Had to leave a review to say the Gluten-Free fried chicken burger was the BEST GF chicken and BEST GF burger bun I’ve ever had!! (Why this isn’t already on Google I do not know) but I am SO glad I came across this absolute gem of a place while in Cairns. Partner had the non gluten free and his food was also amazing! Awesome spot, venue, service and seriously best feed… and added bonus - a labelled GF beer completed my ease of ordering (and meal of course). 5 stars cause I can’t leave anymore. Top job guys! Today I ate like I had no intolerances and it was amazing! So if you’re like me and searching for GF meals (and often faces disappointment) look no further!

Upon entry to the restaurant everything looked clean and ready. We were greeted by our server. We were nicely encouraged to sit wherever we wanted, but the server did seem rushed despite the venue being quite quiet. Food took around 15 minutes, which is on the longer side for chicken and a burger, but nothing worth mentioning. We ordered the Classic Cheeseburger on a Gluten Free bun, which was quite a nice burger. But at $20 without chips, sauce or a drink, it’s on the higher end to be sure. We also ordered the Swiss chicken - which was a disappointment. The salad and chips were nice enough, even drizzled with a light balsamic and served with side tomato sauce. The chicken however was extremely grilled, covered in charcoal and was reminiscent of overcooked chicken on an uncleaned grill. It was underseasoned and did not come with a noticeable flavour that was discernible over the charcoal. I would not order this item again, and I’d advise against it from this experience. The drinks were expensive, with coke and equivalents coming in at a whopping $5.50-6.00. The water you’re given at the table is small and lukewarm, and was not refilled once during the meal. Other restaurants at the same centre offer ice water refilled regularly in larger cups. We were politely given a nice farewell upon leaving the venue. With every burger being gluten free optioned, with a nice bun, it would be an excellent option for adults willing to pay more for a burger. There are no age-viable options for younger children with celiac’s offered. For the higher-end pricing of this restaurant you expect a lot, and this time it wasn’t delivered. Three stars because although the experience was far from terrible, we will not be going back.

Absolutely delightful lunch stop! A must do for any vegans. They had a great variety of gluten-free options too. I Had a yummy gluten-free vegan wrap with veggie patty made fresh in the house. My partner enjoyed a beautiful roasted veggies feta frittata. Delicious coffee with great dairy free alternatives (Coco quench!). Staff was super friendly. We couldn't recommend this cafe more!

Had a wonderful Father’s Day here! The staff were so welcoming and were so kind to put a little sign up for my dad. Food was brilliant and live music was awesome! Amazing, worth a bit of a drive to check this place out. Gluten free burger bun was great. And home made beef patties. Cold water straight away to the table and clean glasses which has been a bit of stretch lately for most other cafe's I've been to lately. And nice coffee! 6 out of 5 stars.

I only get their vegie burrito bowl and they still don't include it in their lunch deal. Maybe if I order the lunch deal and ask them not to include the tortilla I might find a loophole for this enduringly silly system. I bought my usual veggie burrito bowl but brought a drink from elsewhere since they don't have any combo deals I can get. I have been going there occasionally for years and while I have had some crappy service (see old review below), most of the service has been good and the young woman who served me today was lovely. Even with my annoying questions about gluten she was helpful and very pleasant. The burrito bowls of late have been better than both GyGs salty fast food AND even Zambrerro's burrito bowls. The tables and area in general is pretty manky and in need of attention but it's tolerable. That's about the only thing gyg has over Burrito Bar. Old review: Usually the food is fine and veg burritos are better than GyG but not as good as Zambrerro. They have an lunch offer to get a burrito and stuff but they can't alter it at all. When I asked if I can get a burrito bowl in the meal she said no but then offered me another option. What was her genius suggestion, she pointed to burrito bowl on the menu and told me I can buy it on its own. Hard to imagine she could say that without meaning it in a facetious way. (EDIT: I have never emailed them as their reply requested. I'd rather businesses just get their act together instead of trying to bribe customers individually)

Was after gluten free options for my child and decided to all grab lunch as well , we were absolutely over the moon at the service and the flavour , the chicken was moist and so flavoursome and the portions were super generous , going back to try the beef options tomorrow , WOW,!!! It was very busy over the mother's day weekend, but the wait staff were prompt, friendly, and organised, and the kitchen was also just as great. Delicious, great value and gluten free options as well. Kids meals are awesome value $8 includes a Nippers drink (milk or juice) chips and choose from burger or nuggets, fish and one or 2 other options. Photo shows my kids GF meal. My ice coffee was great. Partner had an Elvis burger, enjoyed it! Has a record shop onsite and memorabilia for sale. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite burrito bars is a place called "Burrito Bar" located in Smithfield shopping centre. The restaurant is known for its delicious and generously sized burritos that are made with fresh ingredients and flavorful spices. When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of freshly cooked meats and vegetables. You can customize your burrito to your liking, with a choice of meat, rice, beans, cheese, and toppings. I usually go for the chicken burrito with black beans, rice, cheese, guacamole, and salsa. It's so tasty! The prices are reasonable, and the portions are large enough to share or take home for later. If you're in the mood for something lighter, they also offer salads and bowls. The restaurant also has a great selection of drinks, including beer, margaritas, and fresh juices. Overall, I highly recommend Burrito Bazaar if you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in a fun and relaxed environment. plus it's quick and easy close to where we were staying

Imagine you're riding your horse home from work, you've spent a long day working in the fields to provide for your family. You gaze out into the country side and the fresh smell of grass wafts through the air. Wild life doing nature stuff all around you. A river runs not far from the path teeming with fish as you decide to sit down and just watch the sun set a little. You continue home and your partner has been brewing this broth that just takes you back to your childhood. The undeniable scent of a well crafted broth accompanied with that shaved meat that adds just the right amount of heart to a bowl. Your mouth begins to salivate as your spoon dips into that broth and gets on an express ticket to your mouth. The taste, explosive, revitalises your body, relieves your fatigue, dopamine rushing through your body as you experience euphoria as that first mouthful of broth travels down your throat. Subsequent spoonfuls of rice noodles and soup enter only continuing this euphoric experience until you're done. You're sitting in that chair contemplating the meaning of life. Then you realise this was all in a restaurant and now you gotta pay. But it was worth it. Im actually Chinese but this is what I think Vietnamese people must imagine sometimes. This place for me is it, dunks on all Vietnamese franchises. Can't say for other family owned or small restaurants. Order on your phone so you aren't waiting for table service. Orders come out v fast. The owner/lady that's always there radiates indomitable energy 10/10 Gluten free haven for my girlfriend. I'm sure if you didn't bother reading my food erotic review you'd get yeah food is top tier here for me. Just go. Don't question me. If you have a bad experience that's on you. It's like 1am and I felt compelled to write this after coming here for so long.

Got take away delivered. Was 20 minutes late and stone cold. The nachos were dry and tasteless. Just a glutenous mass of inedible meat and cheese with soggy corn chips with no flavour at all. The rest of the meal was edible but only just.
