John Paul was an amazing server that went above and beyond to make our experience fun and memorable. He is a kind human who made us feel special and this really meant a great deal because my friends and I met for my birthday. We love the location and the food, but seriously Twigs is lucky to have John Paul on their staff. Thank you! I also appreciate that they have a vegan and a gluten free menu upon request.
Enjoy a unique twist on classic options with customizable meals that keep things interesting and perfect for casual get-togethers.

I ordered with GrubHub. The food was really good. I guess they were out of gluten-free buns, because they just used lettuce instead. I asked GrubHub to refund me the extra fee I paid for the gluten-free bun, and they refunded my whole order.
Enjoy a tasty, hearty burger with plenty of options and great service that keeps the vibe upbeat and lively!

This review is not to insult our server who was kind and over worked. My sister and I went for lunch here last week and it was a mess without grace.
My sister's first burger was wrong so our server had it remade. Before she walked away she was reminded "You heard no bbq right? Gluten free again, please". She took my sister's plate away but didn't offer fries or anything while we waited 10 minutes. Well the second burger had bbq.
My burger had the wrong toppings but I ate it and ordered new fries since mine were cold on the inside and I had to wait 10 minutes for more with my burger.
During this whole interaction the manager was close by. Even cleaning tables next to ours. He never came by to apologize, and when the server said the kitchen had messed up a lot that afternoon, I would have expected the manager who was often leaning on a counter, to come over. I had to go find him to tell him, but he said she ordered the burger that comes with bbq and shrugged at us. Yes. We asked for none. She told him she can't eat it and he (no joke) looked off to the side with his FINGER IN HIS EAR SCRATCHING and ASKED, "did you want me to take that off?" Believe it or not, we were still being patient and kind to all staff. Even when my sister was experiencing an allergic reaction from the sauce.
I have been going to this location for too long. Next time I'll drive further. Our drinks weren't refilled. They never brought fresh fries or even offered while we waited for our meals. When I asked for more salt, I was brought the second shaker, and I went off for my own because they all had almost no salt (indicating it was old). The manager treated us like we were scamming them. We didn't even use our rewards bc we wanted to get the hell out of there, but the machine didn't print the receipt. Our final interaction with the manager to get the receipt was the cherry on top. He could have cared less and couldn't wait for us to leave. Yea, neither can we, man.

Love the gluten free menu and accommodations for food allergies. Amazing service (Cassiedy is the best), steak cooked perfectly, and food was timely for a busy night. 100% recommend

Had heard so many good things about this place and wanted to give it a try but ended up a really disappointing experience. Ordered online for a pick up order and was able to select no bun and also requested no ham on my burger. I guess I should know by now to check the order, especially if you have a 15 minute drive to get home, wasn’t about to go back at that point. Since no bun was an actual choice you could make I did not think it would be a problem Neither of my requests were honored. Good thing I don’t have celiac disease or I probably could not have eaten most of it. Also lost a lot of the sauce that was absorbed into the bun. Word to the wise , if you’re making any special requests, you better check it before driving off.

Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Order the Original and was able to sub out the dairy products for additional avocado. Then added some gluten free crunchy noodles and enjoyed a delightful bowl.
A spot with average to great dishes, attentive service, and a large menu, offering a pleasant experience without breaking the bank.

We got here a little before 11:00am on a Sunday and got seated right away. They have a super large menu, mimosas, but no gluten free bread/toast. The ham steak was super delicious. The eggs Benedict was average, but overall everything we had was great. Also prices are great for the portions.

For how expensive it is, the service us not as good. I told the server that I have a gluten intolerance, but I feel like she didn't take me seriously. I ordered a caesar salad, and they still added the farro. She kept asking if I was celiac, and I told her "no"... I still told her it was a severe intolerance. I also told her no potatoes for the main dish, and she didn't offer extra veggies in exchange. But, my friend ordered the same dish as I ordered, and the waitress suggested extra veggies or salad (because my friend didn't want potatoes as well). The food is good, but service can be better.
Enjoy a charming diner experience with fresh, made-to-order breakfast dishes and a cozy atmosphere perfect for family outings.

The food was pretty good. I was glad that it wasn't dripping in grease, but I was less than impressed with the potatoes. Also, I wish they had gluten-free pancakes and French toast. It was a cute little diner, family friendly, just a little cramped.
Great food, wonderful staff, affordable prices, and the environment feels like stepping out of Vancouver for a minute and into a close relative’s home. Gluten free options are a plus!
