The best ramen I've had in Sydney to date. The beef short rib was delicious, well cooked and with plenty of source, that made it a delight to eat. The chicken karage though was STANDOUT. Moist, not overly cooked and with a zest to compliment the flavour. You can tell how great a japanese establishments food is by the standard of their karage. I also had the beef rib ramen with extra beef. Again brilliant. Also they can make all the ramen gluten free which is a HUGE thing. There are very free great ramen places that offer 2 types of gluten free noodles. Also tried the 3 whiskey taster. Great selection of whiskeys. Can't wait to come back and try the duck ramen next. Highly recommend.

I love Chat Thai, especially this one on level six of the Westfield. As well as being away away from all the crowds on the food court below, the food is delicious, fresh and staff are friendly. As a person with coeliac disease, I have eaten here many times with no issue - I just select a gluten free marked option, and then let staff know about my dietary requirement. There is a risk of cross contamination, and they advise they can’t guarantee it’ll be 100% gluten free, but I’ve eaten here many times and had no issue, but make your own decision. My favourite is the fried rice dishes!

My wife took here for my birthday and it was amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were amazing and the food.....OMG it was sensational! A great wine list too! I am coeliac and they cater for almost everything on the menu, we can't wait to go back and try more of these delicacies again soon. A huge shout out to all the staff, they were super attentive, friendly without being overbearing. See you soon!

I wouldn’t have bothered with a review, but they sent an email. It was terrible! Firstly I stood in line for booked patrons and a waitress barged past me twice, one time pushing my back without saying excuse me. Then I ordered wine and 20 mins later I had to chase it up. Then we ordered food and it all came out cold and at different times. I ordered gluten free gyozas (gf friends don’t bother) and was served soy sauce - vs tamari. People around me were chasing up orders, places to sit, drinks and food. Bearing in mind we order via an app. The app crashed several times, which made the whole thing frustrating. Thursday night, darling harbour, big show at the ICC - maybe try harder.

Staff seemed knowledgeable about allergies and dietary requirements. I’m not celiac but I am medically diagnosed gluten intolerant so avoid as much as possible. When we arrived the host gave me a separate menu detailing what dishes could be made gf. Really yummy food! And great affordable price!
