A Culinary Sojourn to Remember: Café Saigon's Evening Delights
Embarking on a delectable journey at Café Saigon, I found myself transported from the charming streets of France to the vibrant culinary landscape of Vietnam. Amidst the enchanting fusion of flavors, a symphony of dishes unfolded, each bearing testimony to the exceptional artistry of this establishment.
The evening commenced with a flourish as the spring rolls graced our table, delivering an impressive prelude to the gastronomic wonders that lay ahead. With every bite, the crispy exterior revealed a melange of textures and vibrant flavors that danced harmoniously on the palate. This delightful inception set a tone of anticipation for the culinary voyage that awaited us.
For the main course, the pork and rice dish emerged as the pièce de résistance of the evening. A harmonious medley of succulent pork, fragrant rice, and an array of fresh salad and pickled vegetables was a testament to the kitchen's meticulous craftsmanship. The marriage of flavors, perfectly balanced and exquisitely presented, took the dining experience to a level that was truly beyond the ordinary.
I must commend Café Saigon for its exceptional consideration of dietary needs. Catering to my gluten-intolerant girlfriend, they orchestrated a dining experience that resonated with care and attention. This gesture seamlessly integrated with the exemplary service that defined our evening. The staff's politeness and warmth added an extra layer of comfort to the dining experience, enhancing our connection to the cuisine and the ambiance.
As a lover of French cuisine, I have savored the finest offerings that this culinary haven has to offer. Yet, stepping into Café Saigon offered a welcome respite, a delightful departure from the familiar. Amidst the enchantment of France, the infusion of Vietnamese flavors was a revelation that highlighted the global tapestry of culinary art.
In summation, Café Saigon emerges as a culinary gem that transcends borders, delivering a symphony of flavors that resonate with excellence. From the impeccable spring rolls to the standout pork and rice creation, each dish was a testament to the masterful hands orchestrating the kitchen. The thoughtful accommodation of dietary needs and the gracious service provided a comprehensive dining experience that will remain etched in memory. It is delicious! Organic products, prepared without glutamate. Generous plates, some dishes are gluten-free. I haven't tried the starters yet, but I also enjoyed the desserts. The staff is very pleasant. An unbeatable value for money !

Small restaurant in a great place with outdoor seating. Food looked great for non celiacs.
I have symptomatic celiac disease and have to follow a strict gluten-free diet. The waitress asked for me and there were three gluten-free options
1. Red Curry
2. Bon He
3. Tam Belly
If you have celiac disease, please be super careful and ask again, even if it is uncomfortable.
I was first brought a dish for which, when I asked, the chef wasn't sure whether they had used soy sauce containing gluten. So they swapped the dish again.
I tolerated the food well afterwards, but without sauce it was okay, but not super tasty either.
A charming spot with a welcoming vibe and detailed dish descriptions, perfect for an enjoyable and reasonably priced dining experience.

Very clean and beautiful restaurant, the welcome is very warm. The prices are quite high but we will say that it is in all Asian/Japanese restaurants. We had a great time, I, who am gluten intolerant, was able to eat certain maki, I couldn't have the sweet or savory sauce because they contain wheat but I was offered another sauce for a small extra fee.
It would be a plus to have a gluten-free sweet/savory sauce, in order to offer it to people with intolerance or celiac disease at no extra cost.
The parking lot is large but shared with all the other stores around so depending on the day it can be a lot of people.
Big plus, we couldn't eat everything there, the waiter offered to put the rest in a box to leave with it.

Ordered soy sauce. The soup had a unique flavor and was very delicious! . The noodles are medium thick and straight. It's a matter of personal preference, but I don't think it's cooked enough. It's called ``kata'', but if it's medium thick and kata, it will have a slightly crumbly texture. Is it the amount of gluten? .
Is this the same noodle shop as the nearby ramen shop?
I gave it 4 stars because the noodles were a little thin and the way they were boiled would be perfect. However, even for a Japanese person like me, the soup here is quite delicious. I always eat ramen when I go abroad, and this might have been the most delicious ramen I've had overseas.
There was one staff member who could speak Japanese fluently (a Korean who had studied abroad in Japan). Even when you go abroad, ramen is a must! We would love for you!
