Gluten free: menu was pretty lacking. Our rolls were a bit bland and they won't adjust their specials, such as the $70 for Two dinner, to incorporate gluten free options even when it's a simple swap. That enough soured me to not want to come back. I found it a bit overpriced for the food we got, considering it was plainer than the regular rolls but cost the same. Go elsewhere, like Kru or Fish Face. Servers were great, it's just an administrative issue on how they run their menu for those of us with special dietary needs.

It is super challenging to find vegan, gluten free, organic options in Sacramento - especially on a Sunday night - but this place wowed me.
Almost every item can be made gluten free, and everything either is vegan or can be made vegan. The spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had, and I eat a lot of spring rolls - highly recommend the Buddha Roll as well as the Karma roll, both were 10/10.
I’ll also be craving the Lemon Grass Garlic Tofu Squares and the Sea Salt Smoked Oyster Mushrooms until we can get back, those were both insanely delicious. The Eight Fold Path salad is organic perfection, as well.
This place is an absolute must for anyone conscious about organic ingredients, or looking for Vegan + GF options. I’ll be relying on it whenever I’m in town, now!

I love this place. Their pho is so delicious and so are their spring rolls! I'm a gluten free eater due to a non-celiac medical condition and I've been fine eating their chicken pho and beef pho as well as the shrimp spring rolls. Their broth as-is has been a safe food for me and i don't add hoisin or soy sauce, just the toppings and sriracha. I'm sure everything is good, but as someone with celiac, I can attest that the pho is all gluten free and is phenomenal. The spring rolls can be modified to be gluten free, but last time I ordered, they put some kind of fried thing in it? Luckily my fiance took a bite first and saw that, otherwise I would have gotten sick. The peanut sauce is not gluten free either. You have to be really specific when you order.

I really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and service. Their pho broth was very good, far exceeded my expectations. I also loved their cocktail program.
I was a little disappointed in the lack of gluten free options especially for a Vietnamese fusion restaurant. They use soy sauce in a lot of their marinades. It would be an easy substitution to use gf tamari, that wouldn't change the flavor but would make more dishes accessible for gf folks.
Other than that, I was very happy with my meal and also my server was very patient and knowledgeable about gluten and helped me find something I could enjoy.
