My wife ordered take out from this location on 11/15/2024 and our Gluten Free Kung Pao Chicken came with the top cap of the pea box on top of our food, disgusting!! Also, asked for no scallions and got scallions in the dish anyway. I immediately called the store manager after receiving the to-go order and he stated he would refund us for the dish. Not only did he not refund us, I had to call back again on 11/18/2024 to speak to a different manager by the name of Tanner who wrote down my information and stated he would refund me since the original store manager that I spoke to wasn't there that day. He never refunded us either. Terrible customer service by both managers and disgusting food preparation by this location! I also sent a complaint directly to their customer service website and never received a response back. We would order from this location on a weekly basis. Never giving this place business again.

Went here for someone's birthday and they were so accommodating. Also, they brought the birthday girl a free dessert and took pictures and printed them out for her. The food was good. They have a gluten sensitive menu.

I love this place! I have Celiac Disease, which means I'm one of those "gluten-free" people. Oceanic Thai has gluten-free options on much of their menu - so good! When I order, Nat has my back! Oh, and the food is delicious! (and close to where I work!) I will definitely be coming back again and again! Update: I have always loved this place and I was finally able to bring my co-workers for our monthly team lunch. They were very pleased with the food and the service was superb! Nat greeted us and took very good care of us. I am so happy to have shared my favorite Thai restaurant and even happier that my boss loved it! Thank you, Nat (and Jo Jo!). We will be back!

I wish I was more adventurous to try more different kinds of rolls and what not but I almost always come for happy hour because it’s such a great deal!! And their iced tea is awesome!! And they always have gluten free soy sauce :)

Came here on a whim for a friend's birthday with 6 people at 11pm on a saturday night. The server took care of all of us like a champ. The food was way more delicious than we expected it to be, there wasn't a single thing anyone ordered that tasted bad; even I was able to enjoy myself without any digestive issues despite being gluten intolerant. Even though some people ordered multiple entrees, no-ones bill broke the bank. 100% coming back.

Samui offers yummy gluten free options. They can make most dishes with tamari sauce and rice noodles. They can gluten free prad ke pao was delicious. Thank you!

My first time in a hot-pot restaurant. It was an incredible experience, the staff is very kind and helpful for first timers. There are options for Gluten Free and Vegetarian eaters. Is all served with plenty of siders, the prices are according the quality and their Happy Hour Promos are amazing. I would definitely go back.

I like the new ownership and management along with the food being just as good or better than what it was before when it was “steam dumpling”. My father in love who lives in Taiwan part of the year says this place is comparable, in fact some of the dishes is better than Taiwan! Also, get the beef burrito. If you’re gluten free there are rice dish and main entree options without breaded or wheat. Anson, the new management, was so kind and warm with big smiles. Blessings on Chef Sun’s Noodle and Dumpling!

First step, get reservations. Next you are in for a treat. Great great service, fast fast fast and out of this world good food. The mixed drinks are great. We had a blast here. Our server Doug was excellent and polite and patient. Some of us in the party got all you can eat. This place is super fast. The presentation of the dishes is excellent perfection. If you are gluten free you have an entire gluten free menu too. Enjoy this place, it’s a treasure. Big thanks to the serving staff, cooks, managers and owners. Your team is the best of the best.

Carlos did an exceptional job as our chef. We were all astounded by his efforts to go above and beyond what we requested. Our daughter has a severe gluten allergy and he ensured that her food was cooked separately and to her request. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope we get Carlos again for our next visit.

Everything here was amazing! The food was so fresh! The sandwiches were absolute heaven, I had to get some to take home to take to work the next day. The bread was just unreal, so good! I am so grateful I don't have a gluten issue lol. We tried two of the bentos, and some of the sandos. If you like egg salad, their egg salad is great! The spicy chicken sando is very addicting! The chicken Katsu and the beef bentos were really good, served with salad, and kimchi and all kinds of extras! and the portions did not disappoint at all. We left full, very cute space, very nice small family owned business. We will be back very frequently!

If you are looking for authentic Shanghainese cuisine, you’ve found it! Try their scallion pancakes, kaofu (wheat gluten cubes), scallion noodles, and soup dumplings (xiao long bao)! Oh! and please don’t forget a dessert of chocolate dumplings! 😌😊

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Plano! The staff were very accommodating and the waitress, Amanda, is sooo extremely sweet. Oh! And they have the gluten free soy sauce so that was a great bonus for my sensitive stomach.
