Don't understand the negative reviews but it concerned the pastries and pastries which I did not taste. I finally found the bread of my childhood, taste like before, and durability like before.... I was fed up with baguettes that only lasted a day... There my bread lasts, I eat it every day... There is an exceptional choice of seeded breads, sourdough breads, gluten-free breads... My favorites are: Seed bread, hazelnut raisin bread, walnut bread, buttercup, Danish bread... And let's not forget pastries, because there are many innovations in this area, particularly in "signatures". They deliver, and fortunately, close to my home in Paris. Let's continue to support our artisan bakers and pastry chefs from our countryside instead of flashy industrial chains which are more, more expensive and less good not only in terms of taste but also quality. It’s no surprise to see gluten intolerances develop with industrial bread. This bakery in the center of the village next to the Viry church is well worth the detour for all of its sweet and savory products. While the flashy one in the artisanal area near the Auchan roundabout should be avoided given the disappointment of the products tested, including bread that was certainly frozen and not told to the customer and certain products that were not necessarily very fresh because of pain. in the stomach a few hours later, which is strange and never seen with the Charlier bakery next to the church.
