We ate here twice during a short vacation near Stuttgart. I am gluten intolerant and had researched local restaurants that offer gluten free foods - Isabella was highly recommended and I am very glad I insisted that we eat here. I had the quiche Lorraine, a grilled vegetable sandwich, a raspberry pistachio vegan torte, and a mixed berry bar. The quiche was very well seasoned, and so was the vegetable sandwich. The raspberry pistachio torte was decadent and had a very smooth texture. The mixed berry bar with almonds was also delicious, but the cake layers were a tiny bit dry, which didn’t matter because the berry filling was moist. The raspberry bar may have been vegan but I can’t remember. I would absolutely eat here again! Cute local chain that had outdoor dining, and the staff was very accommodating and all spoke perfect English, which was much appreciated as I do not speak German.
This place is a must-visit for unique rotating pastries and a cozy vibe, with plenty of vegan options and a solid loyalty program for regulars.

10/10 recommend!! The workers are so kind and there is a huge variety of options. Compared to US gluten free prices, these prices were great. Right off the train stop!

Isabella's cafés are simply a blessing for those who are gluten-intolerant and I don't want to be without them from my life.
It doesn't matter which branch you are in, whether Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich or Frankfurt are all equally good, although it is always nicer when there is not just the PopUp but also a whole café and you can sit down.
Consistently outstanding quality, especially the cinnamon rolls 😍😍🤤
A must-visit in Düsseldorf for high-quality treats with a cozy vibe, offering a fantastic selection and excellent ambience.

For me it's the best gluten-free bread or rolls I've bought so far. Absolutely TOP. A little higher in price...but worth every cent.

If you want to have a gluten-free breakfast or generally want to eat gluten-free products, this is the right place for you. Everything was very freshly prepared and delicious.
But why is the elevator for the toilets so slow? It travels at one meter per hour. Not a nice experience for people who don't like taking elevators.
A unique gem in town featuring delicious baked creations that stand out from the usual supermarket offerings, ensuring a delightful experience for all.
Chic and modern, this cafe serves deliciously balanced, low-calorie cakes that are a treat without compromise—perfect for any dessert lover!

I found the kitchen pieces for 5.00 euros incredibly overpriced. Yes, it is sugar-free and gluten-free, but the taste is just like a “normal” cake and I don’t pay 5.00 euros per piece.
The line was super long, we waited 30 minutes and in the end it wasn't worth it. The staff seemed totally overwhelmed and I also noticed how the owner spoke to the waitresses several times in an authoritarian and dissatisfied tone, which made me uncomfortable as a customer. The atmosphere seems cool and in the end our cake was forgotten and there wasn't even an apology but annoyed looks. It's really not worth the hype and, especially for gluten-free people, there are better alternatives.

Great specialties, very good product quality. It was my first time there and I can definitely recommend it. I am affected by celiac disease myself and therefore have high expectations of the respective providers, which were met 100% here.

I have celiac disease, I ate here a few days ago, when we were on our trip to Germany 🇩🇪 , and to be honest, it was amazing!
I loved 🥰 the pretzel 🥨, really, I wish I’ve brought some home 🏠. I also ordered a cinnamon roll, which I liked but it wasn’t very very good, it was only very good. What I’m trying to say is that it was good! I tried a kimchi sandwich too, and it was very very good. I could eat one right now! I also tried a vegan sandwich (I don’t remember what was it called exactly), which had its bread part made out of seeds, it was surprisingly tasty.
I overall only have positive impressions about this place. And as a celiac I recommend it.
Oh and also, they don’t have a restroom.

Separate baking area for gluten-free stuff so that there’s no cross-contamination. EVERYTHING in the cake display was gluten-free and well labelled with allergens. Cake absolutely delicious and staff knowledgable about coeliac and about how strict you’ve got to be with cross-contamination. I almost burst into tears honestly: lovely lovely spacious place with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Brownies, cheese cake, tiramisu, cupcakes, strawberry cream cake… I had lemon cake with chocolate biscuity base (DID I MENTION GLUTEN-FREE?!) and it was fabulous.

The two of us had a very tasty breakfast here. The fitness breakfast was very tasty and sufficient. The yogurt with fruit was very tasty. The different types of cheese were individually wrapped - the pineapple cream cheese was extremely tasty. The English breakfast was also very tasty. The option of a gluten free bun was great!
We also took some pieces of the cakes from the in-house pastry shop with us. Each of these was excellent!

Gluten-free berry muesli made from baked oat flakes. My verdict: The very low berry content was supplemented with a lot of sweetener (sugar). The oatmeal needs to be soaked for hours. I have nothing against crunchy but this goes far beyond that. Overall, I found the taste of the mixture rather disgusting. I thought about giving the mixture to the birds but after reading the ingredients list I just threw it away. And what you don't expect of the birds, you shouldn't expect of yourself either.

We went on a trip to Hamburg and found this small establishment with gluten-free food and plenty of vegan options! We had breakfast two days and the truth is that we were very happy. The owners were very kind to us, they explained to us in the best way possible everything they had and the ingredients. We fell in love with the poppy cake and the mini poppy cupcakes with dark chocolate and red berries, incredible!
In general it is not a cake and sweets establishment, but you can find options for breakfast (I loved the mini bread with sweet potato, walnuts and cinnamon)😊

I have found my favorite gluten-free bread! Vacation days on Lake Constance, great gluten-free offer Green Korn at the weekly market. I was surprised at how good gluten free bread can taste! This is in no way inferior to a good “normal” bread. Finally a really good bread that stays fresh for a long time. Many thanks to the baker and his team - and it's good that the online shop exists!! 😃

Very lovingly designed, historic cafe in the old town of Regensburg. Particularly noteworthy are the cakes, which are lovingly baked in the in-house pastry shop. There are also daily changing gluten-free cakes to choose from. The view from the first floor is a particular highlight. The waitresses are on the ball and very friendly, as are the two owners of the cafe.

Most of dishes are gluten-free, except for a few ones, like the sandwiches. Risk of cross-contamination is given, because there is no separation in the kitchen for gluten-free food. I can highly recommend the cakes, everything’s gluten free and separately stored.

This message from me should be forwarded personally to Martin Schmidt,
Hello Mr. Martin Schmidt
I would like to thank you very much for your gluten-free bakery. As a celiac disease sufferer, I am very happy to have finally found a place where I can enjoy delicious bakery products without any worries. It's a real relief for me that I can sit anywhere with my husband and child while I enjoy my gluten-free pieces from your bakery without worrying about what I can eat. It is very difficult as a celiac sufferer to sit alone with my child and husband and not eat anything and drink coffee. Unfortunately, I always missed the chocolate croissant, which I had previously enjoyed without any problems. A few years ago I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and since then I have missed the whole piece in the bakery. When I discovered the bakery in Ulm and tried it, I could do nothing but cry for joy.
I'm really happy that you have this option and look forward to many more visits where I can order and enjoy gluten-free. Your bakery is a real asset to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your commitment and your great products.
Experience a cozy spot with a charming atmosphere and diverse offerings, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a sweet treat while soaking in the local vibe.

To all people with celiac disease: Please be careful here!!! The porridge, which is stated as gluten-free on the menu, consists of oat flakes that are not declared gluten-free. Unfortunately, I only found out after asking several times when I was shown the pack of oatmeal. I was then offered a “gluten-free” croissant, which ultimately turned out to be a spelled croissant. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't know anything about this. In conjunction with dishes on the menu that are supposedly gluten-free, this is grossly negligent!
Charming and cozy, with a stunning array of delicious cakes, this mini cafe feels like a comfy living room getaway.
