Came here on a whim for Sunday lunch with my parents and we were super stoked with it! My partner and I are vegetarian and gluten free and there were heaps of options for us. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and very fresh. Service was great, $15 spritz on a Sunday, great outlook over Cotton Tree. We will definitely be back!!

I am celiac and this restaurant does amazing gluten free food that I can safely eat. The staff are also really friendly and understand of people who have celiac disease and the dietary limitations it has. I had the Chonky Boi burger with a gluten free bun and a chicken salad on the side. It was the best burger I've ever had. Better than anywhere else.

We had a fabulous family dinner at Madame Wu on new years day. Maddie was our waitress and she was absolutely fabulous. Maddie helped us choose meals to share that were coeliac safe. We had specifically travelled to Madame Wu for the Gluten Free options, which we were delighted to find were extensive. They even have a separate Gluten Free menu. The food was exceptional, the service outstanding, and the location was a delight. We watched the storey bridge change colours and river cats pass by as we dined. Our family highly recommend Madame Wu for a safe coeliac dining experience. What a wonderful evening. Thanks Maddie!

Montezumas at Mooloolaba is well established and offers a great menu as well as an extensive drinks list. We easily booked on line for 6pm and requested a booth for 5 of us. There was plenty of room for 6. They also offered tables both inside and out under the covered deck - at the entrance.) I’m glad that we booked at lunch time that day, as we may have missed out on a booth if we hadn’t. The service was outstanding and the restaurant is well decorated with the Mexican theme. The team were well presented, fun, professional, helpful, friendly and kind. The young lady that served us was very impressive with her approach. The menu offers a wide choice of delightful and flavoursome Mexican dishes. We enjoyed dips to share and a main each as well as several jugs of sangria. All were delicious and we came away very full. They catered well for my dairy free and gluten free diet. Montezuma’s Mooloolaba is my favourite Montezumas restaurant. It is well run, is in a fabulous location and offers a brilliant level of service.

The food and drinks were delicious and the musician and the outside view made a pleasant atmosphere. The buffalo cauliflower bites were the best thing ever and the gluten free burger was so good.

Came to Vapianos with my partner for a nice little weekend date night and got served by Kaitlyn. Throughout our dining, she constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food (which was absolutely phenomenal), made us feel welcome and taken care of, and just had such a bubbly and positive energy and an infectious smile (I promise that’s a compliment) that made the night so much better. If you ever feel like a pizza, I highly recommend the truffle oil. It is the most moreish and delectable food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. As someone that is coeliac, I must note that though the gluten free pizza bases (which taste incredible and like a normal pizza base) aren’t coeliac-safe, I will happily sacrifice myself to enjoy the beauty that is the truffle oil pizza. 11/10 service. Absolutely recommend. Kaitlyn is amazing. The truffle oil pizza is amazing. I had a great night. Thank you.

Huge serving sizes. BBQ chicken pizza was delicious! Chicken parmy awesome! Lots of vegetarian options too. Glutenfree options and coeliac friendly kids burger and ice cream was very much enjoyed by our young son. Hayley absolutely made our night awesome, always going the extra mile, she is an absolute gem!!

We attended for a work dinner as a group of 8 on a Thursday night (31/10/24). The atmosphere was lovely overlooking the marina & the service was good. We had pre-arranged for a 3 course set menu, as per booking request for advanced notice & all staff reported they enjoyed their meals (not "wowed" by them, but satisfied). I am a gluten-free, dairy-free pescatarian who cannot tolerate garlic or onion & was well catered for without fuss (I had let them know of my dietary restrictions at time of booking). I thoroughly enjoyed my delicious kingfish entree & barramundi main, both cooked to perfection. My mango & passionfruit tapioca pudding with passionfruit sorbet (GF) dessert was nice but not quite sweet enough for my liking. Was happy there were a few mocktail options to choose from. The watermelon highball mocktail was great (& without soda, thankfully) but would not bother ordering the Amaretti sour again unless you love pursing your lips. Other staff all seemed to enjoy the many drinks they ordered also. On the downside, the restrooms could really use a spruce-up. Looking a little tired & shabby compared to the luxe vibe the restaurant is trying to achieve, as was commented on by a few members of our group. All in all, a nice experience. Thank you.

I recently dined at Wau Kitchen and was absolutely delighted by the experience! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere. A fun and stylish Valley pub! The vibe is local business lunch and end of day drinks meets fun night out. 🥗 I love anchovies in my Cesar salad! And here they have real anchovies on Parmesan covered crispy cos with crunchy bacon morsels. The burger is buttermilk chicken on a gluten free bun - and the gf bun is one of the good ones! 🚗 There’s a little bit of parking for sober bae’s like me.

Enjoyed late lunch here today with my Mother and my Daughter. Not often that we 3 are together like this. The service was wonderful and the food was truly delicious. Some great gluten free options too, so I was very happy. The fresh juice added to our excellent experience. We will definitely be back and I will be bringing more family and friends here. We attended a birthday party at the Southern Cross Sports Club and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere,decor and service staff were all excellent. The food was beautiful, generous portions and GLUTEN FREE! most important for me. We shall be going back 😊

I had a great first experience at Mecca Bah, so we decided to have my friend's birthday dinner at this place. One of the worst decisions I've made since disappointing doesn't even cover what happened there. We had to wait 20 minutes just to be served, and a further 30 to 40 minutes for the food to arrive when the place wasn't even busy. There was a waitress who basically ignored us while the other waitress was hurrying around and apologetic about our wait. Worse still, the food was absolutely terrible this time round. Gone was the tender and juicy lamb skewers. What arrived was basically lumps of tough and chewy jerky with some burnt bits. The rustic smashed potatoes were more like undercooked boiled potatoes, which was extremely disappointing (see photo). We also ordered a gluten-free lamb roast pizza for a coeliac friend and emphasised on the coeliac bit. The previous time, the pizza was amazing even with the gluten free base, chock full of delicious lamb, rocket and sauce (see photo attached). This time, the pizza base was basically a chunk of undercooked play dough, and there were so little toppings I was wondering how it even got sent out of the kitchen. All we got was less than a handful of lamb (see photo) and cheese. No rocket, no sauce. On hindsight, we should have sent it back instead of continuing to eat but we were starving after the 1 hour wait for the food. The worst part of this was that the food was not handled properly, and our coeliac friend had an extremely bad reaction to the food, which did not happen during our first experience. It's ridiculous that we paid extra for gluten free but it was not actually gluten free. When we provided this feedback to the staff, the waitress was extremely apologetic and said that it was because they were training new staff. I don't know what happened there because it seemed like no one cared enough to check the food that got sent out since we got terrible food. I was surprised that the restaurant didn't even bother doing a quality check considering the price of the items on the menu. Waitress then grabbed the manager when we approached her for at least a discount for the terrible experience on my friend's birthday. The manager was completely unapologetic about what occurred and after a few minutes of discussion, he agreed to remove the potatoes from our bill, probably just to get us off his back so we don't continue complaining in the earshot of other customers. Sorry for the lack of other photos but we were starving so we didn't take many. Overall, extremely disappointing experience. Will never come back again.

Nice big area, was very hot outside and this place was great for keeping cool for morning our coffee club. Not happy that I couldn't get a simple toasted cheese and tomato because they wouldn't do gluten free. But they could do gluten free toast on its own....go figure.

So happy! Turned up 7 minutes prior to the kitchen closing at lunch to eat here; usually you'd be greeted with, "no sorry, the kitchen is closing now" at most other places, but the lady was so nice to us and so patient. My partner is glueten free and although not a lot of the items on the menu were gluten free, the chef there was more than happy to cook something off the menu to keep her happy. The food came out so quickly and satisfied the craving we had. Definitely Top on our list for those days you just don't feel like cooking at home.

We absolutely love staying at Great Keppel Hideaway! 24 hours on keppel = 3 days somewhere else! There service was fast and friendly and the food was lovely! Heaps of Gluten Free choices for me! The view over the ocean and the sunsets are extraordinary.. we literally ate our dinner right on top of the ocean with an amazing sunset all around us. We did a lovely hike over to Monkey Beach and snorkelled in crystal clear water with so many fish and a friendly turtle. We then headed over to Long Beach and hiked home through the middle of the island. We had beautiful coffee over on Putney Beach the next day and we are now sitting in the shade setup and ready for a day of free live music! 12/10 !!!
