experience was quite disappointing. the servers had an attitude making the overall atmosphere quite unwelcoming. the food was mediocre at best. my friend is celiac and they put no effort in accomodating to her. when she asked about the inconsistencies in the menu (a large fish and chips is gluten free but a kids one is not) they did not understand and just brushed it off. my friend left her food untouched because of her uncertainty.
A mixed bag where the ambiance is low but private dining options shine, making it easy for larger groups to celebrate special occasions.

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my family at the Customs House Hotel, and it was a lovely experience. They accommodated our large group with a private section, which made the evening feel extra special. The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. What a funky fun venue! Food and drinks were on point. Amazing cocktails done just right. And plenty of yummy gluten free options.. Highly recommend for a fun night or even a function! :-)
