We were at a nearby hotel and found this amazing spot. Nearly everything on the menu is/can be gluten free. We tried the arancini and the grilled cheese and fries. Everything was delicious. We sat at the bar and had excellent and attentive service. Don't pass up this gem.

Went out with our family on a busy summer Saturday night; our server Gabriel met all of our expectations service-wise including the fact that one of us was celiac! Happy with the quality of the food and the way our steaks were done, everything without mentioning our many special demands for our dishes were executed. We had an amazing brunch here! The avocado toast (with perfectly poached eggs) and steak and eggs were amazing and the cocktails were on point. Maeva’s service was awesome and she was so sweet to bring us a little treat to help me celebrate my birthday. For the gluten free folks out there, they do have gluten free bread and were very accommodating of my allergy. I would definitely come back!

The food is good, but I asked for gluten-free, as I chose this restaurant because they advertised gluten-free. Seeing the digestion problems hi had, there was certainly gluten in there, even though they confirmed there would not be. Great place to go, but beware if you have gluten issues :( Also parking is not obvious around there, I recommend subway or uber.

this tapa restaurant is a hidden gem in montreal , its a must go ! our waiter was soo friendly it feels like at home and even better! food is stunning , small portions but its sooo good ! they have good variety of dishes from vegetarians to sans gluten , you need to put this on your bucketlist.

We went here a couple times during our trip. My husband is a celiac with dairy allergies, so finding a place to eat is always difficult, however the staff were very accommodating and made him a delicious salad with salmon both times. He really liked it and I'm glad he got to enjoy eating somewhere other than home. The food here was very good.

It was either an off night or Gaspar has experienced a decline in the quality of the food. I was so excited to try Gaspar during our visit to Montreal, after getting a recommendation from a friend, seeing it listed on a travel blog post, and seeing the many great reviews on Google. But...we sadly left feeling disappointed by our dinner there, and felt we'd had much better food for lower prices elsewhere in Old Montreal. Gaspar is gluten free / celiac friendly, which I appreciated very much. There's a dedicated fryer and our waiter was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We sat outside on the terrace, though we wished we had chosen to sit inside. Partly because of the weather that day, but also because the Gaspar terrace wasn't as nice as some of the other terraces. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. We had a dinner reservation but there were many tables available, so the reservation likely wasn't necessary.

Overall experience: 10/10 a must! Food: I ate too much because everything was soooo good! Every single dish that was served was not only gorgeous to look at, but also exceeded my expectations! There was multiple food restrictions within our party (fish/sea food, gluten, and dairy), and the team created a supplementary dish for each person that was just as fancy and delicious as the others. Service: impeccable! It was refreshing to have been served by genuinely great people! They really took their time to help us choose drinks and wine that would work best with each course. We made their lives quite complicated and they delivered with a smile on their faces (under their masks) as if it was not annoying at all LOL! Restaurant: amazing vibe!! From the moment you enter you know you’re going to have a great night! Music/playlist was fun and the team that works there is super chill and friendly.

Amazing seafood and steak, very attentive to detail and aware of allergens. Some good gluten free options are the grilled scallops, and the shrimp cocktail they can give you a mayo instead of the cocktail sauce.

First time going and glad we went there. My friend had previously went for brunch and liked it. We decided to try 6 different tapas to share. Every plate was delicious. They were very accommodating with being gluten-free and dairy-free. My favorite was the octopus, the texture was perfect. We also had a wonderful attentive server. Thank you for the meal, the ambiance and the attention. Will have to go back and try more.
