Romain (member of staff not the lettuce) was soo helpful with my gluten allergy and I ended up having one of the best meals I've had in France full stop (chicken, chips and cheese). I'd give 4.9 stars for the food but the service takes it up to 5 stars.

Wonderful, healthy home-cooked food and friendly, welcoming hosts who managed to fit us in, even though we just turned up without a reservation. A real gem. The kids loved their burgers and my Escalope de Poulet a la Normande was delicious. Vegetarian/coeliac wife also loved her Salad Cretoise.

Informal restaurant with very friendly service, view of the beach, and very high quality cuisine. What better? I ate a scallop with leeks and a cod in plum sauce with potato emulsion. Dishes of absolute finesse. Talented kitchen team. Very creative. Amazing desserts. Meringue of rare delicacy. Surprising hay whipped cream. Quite a few buckwheat dishes on the menu, excellent cereal, recommended for gluten free people. Cooking at the same time simple, because it does not use too many ingredients, moreover of super excellent quality, and sought after, for the originality of the results. And healthy. It’s bistronomy! This was the absolute perfect place to have a meal before I crossed back over to the UK after a drive-through Europe. Cinthia Looked after me from the Moment I walked in. I have a few food allergies and I’m gluten-free. She helped me navigate through the menu And also recommended a fantastic red wine. I had a very tasty steak to match that red wine also . She checked back regularly to make sure I was ok And I couldn’t have had better service. I own a restaurant and everything about this place was fantastic. In my opinion. I will definitely use this as a regular place the next time I’m in the area. Ps the desserts were great too… I had 2 😂.
