As always, every time I am in Val di Fassa, in Moena to be precise, I dedicate a lunch at Gianluigi's at Sfizio, in the center of Moena. The owner was able to sublimely mix traditional Ladin dishes with those of ancient Rome, being a true Roman Plus sublime fish and delicious pizzas. Worth highlighting is the gluten free menu, including pizzas, impeccably executed. Gianluigi is a force of nature, with his Roman dialect he makes you feel great and at home. For those who have not yet made a stop at Sfizio, I recommend that you get organized and calmly go and try it and in the end you will subscribe to this review of mine.

It's a pity that gluten-free pizza bases are ready-made (they are tasteless). It would be perfect if the gluten-free dough was made on-site. The rest of the gluten-free and gluten-free dishes are very tasty. Gluten-free desserts are very good.

Very good place for Lunch/Dinner. Delicious food and a variety of gluten free and vegan options, something that is not often seen in the surrounding area, just tell the staff and several dishes on the menu can be adapted to vegans/vegetarians, as in the photo risotto alla zucca, buonissimo.. We received a warm welcome from the owner of the restaurant upon our arrival, and this is a beautiful gesture that made us feel as if we were in our own country. We sat in a beautiful place overlooking the mountains. They have (a complete Gluten Free menu) for those who suffer from allergies, and this is a point that counts in their favor, in addition to that the dishes were... The most delicious gluten free pizza I have ever had. The crust is light, crispy, and cooked to perfection. However, they do not have a separate oven so if you are a strict celiac, you might not be able to enjoy.

We had an exceptional dinner at Chalet Gerard. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant also enjoys a beautiful view of Val Gardena. We tasted the Spring dishes and also had gluten-free options for my spouse, which were done perfectly. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

A very pleasantly furnished restaurant with kind and helpful staff. The prices are a little higher, but it's definitely worth it for what you get on your plate. The cheese variation (as an appetizer) was luxurious and elegantly served. The pizzas, which definitely don't skimp on the first-class ingredients, were also excellent, including the thin and crispy crust. On request, it is no problem to make a gluten-free pizza (including a tasty dough and you won't come across that easily), which I see as a big plus.

Restaurant inside an old mountain farm from the 1600s, located on the Seceda slope. Truly impressive! We went for dinner: excellent food from the welcome entrée to dessert, gourmet dishes, excellent service. High prices but it's worth sitting down and enjoying two hours. Staff well trained for intolerances, you can find various courses on the menu in gluten-free and lactose-free variants. Well-stocked cellar, well done!

They risk sending people with celiac disease to hospital. Visited with celiac person who took a gluten free cone. I explicitly asked you to pay attention to cleaning the scoop and clarifying the ingredients. Answer: inside ricotta and pear there is only ricotta and pear. However, there was also a biscuit inside. Staff without any responsibility, who don't even know what they need.

The stay at the Posta Pederoa hotel was fantastic! When we arrived we immediately felt a genuine and friendly courtesy and hospitality. The staff is the kindest we have met in recent years and we were pampered in every way. As a celiac and lactose intolerant person, I found excellent cuisine, extremely professional and dedicated to this problem. They even went out of their way to cook for me on separate grills etc.! We stayed at this hotel for three nights in December. Excellent location a few kilometers from Bolzano. As soon as we arrived we received the Bolzano Card which allowed us to travel for free on all public transport including regional trains, visiting the Christmas markets in Bolzano, Merano, Trento, Bressanone and Vipiteno. Excellent hotel with a beautiful room and a large terrace. The cleanliness and professionalism of all the hotel staff were excellent. We took advantage of the half board and the food was excellent (even for those intolerant to gluten and lactose). Definitely coming back!

Once we arrived at Ciampinoi we decided to go to Vallongia with the chairlift, very convenient! In a few minutes we literally arrive in paradise: excellent food (even gluten-free), excellent and fast service, space for outdoor relaxation and incredible playgrounds! Truly splendid!
