We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.

We ate at Bill's today, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. We sat outside in the sun and the atmosphere was chilled. It was quite noisy inside I noticed, but that maybe just the volume of people in the place. Food was lovely and so was the drink (peach and mint iced tea). Staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. Paying is simple and you can split the bill by scanning the QR code which I thought was a great idea. Would definately return again 👍

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food. It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.

The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved. We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me. There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.

Please be careful if you are a coeliac. I ordered a gluten free takeaway sandwich which I clocked it had crispy onions in, took it back to ask if it was a gluten free and was told that it wasn’t and was offered a refund (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Really gutted as gluten free options seemed exciting, but can’t risk coming here again.

The restaurant was very busy, therefore loud, and as a result the atmosphere score is down. The service was really friendly, but when we first arrived (17:00) it didn't seem like there was many staff. This improved by the time we left, and the service did also. Irrespective of that, the food was actually really good. Both of us are gluten-free and both our meals were delicious.

My partner and I attended on a Saturday evening to celebrate her upcoming birthday. My partner is Gluten Free, and Harborne Kitchen went out of their way to accommodate that dietary requirement. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by all the staff and even the chefs all said allow as we walked by the pass to our seat. We both went for the tasting menu. And I had the wine pairing. The food was exceptional. Beautifully presented, and each plate was introduced to us by one of the chefs. There are one or two reviews on here complaining about portion size. I think the problem here is common with a taster menu. Especially the Malloreddus. That dish was so good. I wanted to get a big big bowl of it, change into my fat pants, sit on my sofa, and scoff the lot. We were both waddling out of the restaurant after, so there are no complaints from us about portion size. My only criticism is the tomato course, which is literally a slice of tomato with a couple of onions chucked on. Served with a little bit of stock. I can't understand why it is on a taster menu at a fine dining restaurant. The decor was nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Good vibes all round. And we appreciated the birthday wishes with a chocolate treat. Thank you, Harborne Kitchen. We will definitely be back soon 😋

Came in for an early meal before the theatre. Lovely welcome from Alex, (always a good start when staff acknowledge your presence and say they will be with you shortly). As I am gluten free, the choice here is very good. Attentive service and lovely food. Colourful restaurant with music adding to atmosphere. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails at the moment and Alex explained them to us and took the time to help us choose. I also had a voucher for 1 main get 1 main free, plus a gift card. They took every offer with no terms excluding using any together. It was 75p over my gift card value, but Beth manager removed this without telling me and I appreciated the kind gesture. All in all a lovely experience to enhance our day. Thank you.

They have quite a diverse menu for what they are, my friend found the ice cream sandwich quite sickly and heavy. The drinks were all lovely, between four of us we tried different flavours of their milkshakes, all went down well and their gluten free cider options were lovely. Their selection of board games is vast with items for all ages and skill level, family classics and indie games too. Lovely staff and atmosphere, we will be back when I visit Birmingham again.

We went here as a family for a breakfast with Santa, we were the first there and the last out of 10 tables to be served food. We waited an hour and a half without any word from serving staff for our food. I am coeliac, we told them before hand of my allergy and again when we sat down, I was still served food with gluten in and was very ill after. The eggs in the breakfast were undercooked/over cooked with no consistency. They appeared to have over worked themselves and the service was poor, just a word to say food was delayed would have been nice. Overall, if you have any severe allergies such as coeliac I would not recommend eating here

Popped in on a Wednesday lunchtime, so it was moderately busy. We all had the carvery, although as my wife is coeliac she chose the option to have hers prepared separately. Our lovely waitress let us know 3 minutes before my wife's meal was ready, so we could be served & eat at the same time. Food was hot, & very tasty, service was good & cost was very reasonable. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon.

Ordered the southern fried chicken club gluten free with no guacamole…. Really wished I hadn’t it tasted like there was no chicken in the batter. it was just the weirdest tasting chicken I’ve ever had plus they’d put the guacamole on. Apart from that service was excellent a cocktails were really good. I wouldn’t go back for food but definitely for drinks.

Lovely little pub we have been coming to for a while now. The food has always been amazing and catered to my needs of Gluten Free! The GF pizzas are amazing!! We popped along yesterday to find they didn’t have any GF pizza bases in however, they still catered to my needs and made me a lovely big salad with the spicy chicken I always have on my pizza. The owner/ manager had just finished their shifts when they heard me ask for a GF pizza and even though they were off shift they still helped accommodate me. Once food arrived the staff came over to check everything was ok with all of our foods and to see if I was happy with what I received, which of course I was! Thank you to all at the Colmore for being so accommodating.

Amari, our server has been superb. She really stepped up and was extra helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the menu. Amari has been fantastic throughout and worked tirelessly to make sure we had everything we needed. 100% effort and definitely a value to the team. Our initial experience wasnt so good however, the manager was overbearing and confusing when explaining the menu and seemed happy for us to leave when he couldnt explain the options relating to gluten free choices. If it werent for Amari, we would have left. A genuine credit to the company and should be rewarded

My friend booked for my birthday impressive gluten free menu and very easy to identify allergens by the QR code which I scanned at the table. Server, Ingrid very good and friendly also the bar manager. (Sorry forgot his name) very friendly and helpful. When I told him it was my birthday he kindly bought me a complementary glass of prosecco . Rum punch cocktails were fabulous as were the hanging Kebabs. The lemon tart and raspberry sorbet with honeycomb was amazing. Decent amount of food and good value for money. Definitely will return.

Such a delightful experience today . But I must say it always is ! Over the years I have enjoyed many truly splendid meals and attended many special event nights. Today,my friend Sue and I enjoyed a spectacular feast of salmon followed by the lamb. It was superb and the lamb was to die for ! We were so impressed by the four young men that looked after us . It was great to see the way they worked as a team and supported each other. I caught a little whisper of them reminding each other ‘ clear from the right’ Which they did with such polite aplomb. I am gluten free and they catered for my needs with confidence and little fuss . We told them how totally impressed we were and they were really chuffed. A great Indian takeaway with consistently great food. Although a bit pricey which is the reason for the 4 stars, it is worth it for me. There are tonnes of veggie options and if you ask staff they can easily help you avoid allergens making it so they can cater for gluten free as well as vegan too. Everything that is vegetarian even down to the rice, naan and even the sauces are even marked if they are vegetarian which is great.

My son and I love going here. It is a little more expensive than other places in Bearwood but definitely worth it. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is delish. They also offer gluten-free options in their dry goods section which is great for my son who is gluten-intolerant. Their dried risotto is tasty and really good value.

Amazing!!! I had a private dining event here for my 30th birthday and it was nothing short of fantastic!! I hosted 36 people in total and we could have fit more. The staff were so kind and friendly and ensured I was happy throughout the evening. The food was beautiful! My friends and family were pleased with the quality and the amount of food. They were also able to cater towards people in my party that were vegan and gluten free. I would reccomend to anyone looking for somewhere to host their private dining event. I know I will be definitely using them again in the future. Beautiful location and beautiful atmoshphere in the restaurant.

Just had a really lovely meal at tapas deli for mother's day. They staff and owner are really welcoming and did their absolute best to cater to my son's allergy (tree nuts). The toilet are clean (always a bonus point for that). The triana sandwich was really nice, all the bread were really fresh, the Spanish hot chocolate was delish (I bought some to make it at home)! I love the spicy red sauce (spicy just the right amount). And for us it's local which is great. Thank you for a lovely lunch, we will come back again! For info they have the WiFi and gluten free bread :)

We enjoyed the food we ordered, it was brought to us quickly with all correct items (however, we did find it strange that we were not given any cutlery and had to go and find some). We were informed our croquettes were "accidentally" cooked in something with gluten. While this wasn't a problem for us and ordered these as they only seemed to offer croquettes under the gluten free section, it could definitely be dangerous for someone with a gluten intolerance. Overall fair prices, music was a bit loud but not unbearable.
