We came to this restaurant because they have a separate gluten free menu. The options are quite extensive, from gluten free spaghetti and pici to Tuscan beef tripe. They don't make the pasta themselves though. You do need to reserve in advance because the place is quite touristy and we found the atmosphere to be quite hectic.
Enjoy a cozy spot with delicious pizzas, generous portions, and a variety of unique options that make it a must-visit in the area!

We arrived at night in Florence and discovered this place for dinner. The prices are good and in relation to the food it was good. The dish in the photo is a beef burger that is served as a kind of pita, with salad, potatoes and barbecue to accompany. We also ordered an apperol spritz and coke.
Price for 2 people was €55 if that works for you as a reference.
The atmosphere is very local and simple, don't expect luxury. The service is good, they tried to speak in Spanish and it was good.
Something to take into account: Ask beforehand about the presentation of the dishes so that it does not surprise you. There are pizza options too, in case you don't want to explore other options on the menu. They have gluten free options, I liked that.
I hope my reference is useful to you 🤓
Charming spot with a relaxed vibe, great atmosphere, and a nice range of dishes, perfect for a delightful meal in a tourist-friendly area.

A decent spot for a celiac trying to navigate eating out while traveling. Being handed an entirely separate and gluten free menu felt comforting after walking out of a restaurant who wouldn’t indicate which, if any, dishes were safe. The meal itself was good for being gluten free. I’m only a few months in to my diagnosis so I still compare to regular pastas and dishes which can be tough. I ordered the ravioli which was semi-bland but I still enjoyed it.
A hidden gem with an incredible selection of delicious baked goods and sweet treats, perfect for anyone looking for unique finds beyond the usual.

I accompanied my celiac father to try this oven, he was almost moved when he tasted your products. Excellent donuts and focaccias, very similar to traditional ones.

Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.

In a beautiful setting, a restaurant with all gluten-free dishes. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. We had the pleasure of speaking with the chef Valentina, a person very passionate about her work, prepared and available. She also kindly offered us a dessert. Beautiful evening!

Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(

This is the best breakfast I’ve had in Italy! Very accommodating for gluten free and celiac safe options. Perfectly cooked omelettes, lovely iced coffee and a lot of options. we celebrated our anniversary at Cru after some friends recommended it as a new and undiscovered gem. We had several courses and a very nice glass of wine with our meal. The atmosphere was cozy and quaint but definitely had a low-key, positive energy.
Fabio waited on us and did an amazing job, providing great input on pairings and helping us talk through the menu. He also helped my partner navigate food selection for a gluten sensitivity.
We met the owner and chef, Gabriel, who took time on a busy evening to check in and chat quickly about food, Florence and Italy in general.
The food itself was incredibly enjoyable - beautiful, interesting and delicious... a cod and potato dish with cocoa powder, pumpkin ravioli, sunnyside egg with truffle, pate crepe; we also enjoyed dessert and an after dinner drink
just an all around pleasant experience, couldn't recommend this place enough
Packed with a fun vibe, this spot offers a variety of sandwiches, great wine, and unique seating options, making it a local favorite.

Everytime we pass this place in the evening, it is packed with people outside and inside. We finally tried it a few weeks back and we have been back 3 times now! They have delicious sandwiches in 3 different breads (even a gluten free option!!!) and you can either choose one of their recipes or you can build your own with 3 ingredients for 6 euros. Fantastic pricing and wonderful sandwiches! They also have a menu of the month available, but booking is needed for that. I've never tried it yet, but will! They even mentioned that they can arrange alternatives for vegetarian or gluten free dietary restrictions. They have an outside seating area as well as inside one. And an extra room in the back and basement for seating among the wine, super cool and local! The staff (and we had the pleasure to meet the owner too) have always been nice and friendly and they spoke English too, which made it easier if needed. Their menu is both in English and Italian. And their house wine is 10/10! Make sure to order a bottle for sure!!
An inviting spot known for its tasty offerings and excellent vibes, perfect for enjoying a casual meal with great service.

I took a gluten-free seitanotto as I have celiac disease, I must say that I thought it was a sandwich with gluten. Yummy, perfection. An incredible mix of ingredients. No, I didn't think such a good sandwich existed. Thank you chef🥰🥰
