They didn’t earn the title of the best gluten free pizza in the world by accident — they truly do have some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Plus they can also make all their dishes lactose free. I ordered a gf and lactose free pizza and it was fantastic. They even had gluten free bread for an appetizer. Will be going back any chance we get!

One of the best pizzas in Florence! Both the normal pizza and the gluten-free pizza were exquisite (celiacs, it is a great place with a wide menu to choose from, a paradise!). You can tell that the ingredients are of high quality and they also make the edges thick and crispy 🤤🤤 The team at this location is very friendly, efficient and professional. We especially want to thank Alva and Osas for being so attentive to us, it is a pleasure to find people like that! We will be back soon and we will recommend it to everyone 😊

A 100% dedicated GF restaurant as well as a grab and go window available next to the restaurant! I got a turkey, brie, arugula and tomato sandwich on focaccia at the take away window and it was so delicious!! And huge!!!

We came to this restaurant because they have a separate gluten free menu. The options are quite extensive, from gluten free spaghetti and pici to Tuscan beef tripe. They don't make the pasta themselves though. You do need to reserve in advance because the place is quite touristy and we found the atmosphere to be quite hectic.

We arrived at night in Florence and discovered this place for dinner. The prices are good and in relation to the food it was good. The dish in the photo is a beef burger that is served as a kind of pita, with salad, potatoes and barbecue to accompany. We also ordered an apperol spritz and coke. Price for 2 people was €55 if that works for you as a reference. The atmosphere is very local and simple, don't expect luxury. The service is good, they tried to speak in Spanish and it was good. Something to take into account: Ask beforehand about the presentation of the dishes so that it does not surprise you. There are pizza options too, in case you don't want to explore other options on the menu. They have gluten free options, I liked that. I hope my reference is useful to you 🤓

If you are looking for a restaurant that offers its entire menu with AND gluten-free + lactose-free, each cooked in its own isolated kitchen then look no further! Mama Eat is THE restaurant in Florence where food intolerances can share their table with people without intolerance without any restrictions on the menu. The staff is very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is very nice, a little away from the busy places which allows you to be calm even outside.

I give 1 star because you can't give 0. By phone I had explicitly asked if the gluten-free pizza dough was fresh, they told me yes, obviously the base was packaged of poor quality and the water was from the tap and hot with a strong chlorine flavour. Really poor quality/price ratio. We will never go back again really bad experience

It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Modest location. They also have gluten-free options, the pizza dough is sent from other producers so they don't use ready-made bases, and I must say the pizza wasn't bad at all. The desserts are excellent, especially the gluten-free cheesecake. I advise the owner to get the celiac disease association certification by having these options at least you are more traceable by celiacs.

Very cute couple, very good pizzas (despite the fact that they were lactose-free and also with the possibility of gluten-free), impeccable buckwheat dough, everything else from the baked pizza boxes is eco-sustainable and winks at innovation. The only flaw is that the environment is a bit small and not well looked after but still clean. We will definitely return. 🤗

The girl who managed us was really nice and it was a real pleasure to get advice from her. The only advice I feel like giving, obviously aimed at improvement, is to slightly increase the quality of the gluten-free proposals, in terms of attention to individual dishes and menu choices.

We stopped by here during a trip to Florence from London. A friend had insisted that we make the journey out of the city to try this pizza. I was dubious as I have celiac and have to eat gluten free. Expectations were very high, but every single one of them was exceeded. The gluten free pizza was specially developed by the head chef, which the menu explained. The texture was incredible, the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. The simple ingredients topping it were of very high quality and perfectly complemented the dough. My husband had a regular pizza with gluten which he also spoke very highly of. Even the desserts were sensational - my gluten free tiramisu made for a beautiful end to the meal. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough; if you are gluten free and you come to Florence, you must make the journey to visit Giovanni Santarpia.

I came across this pizzeria by chance while searching on the Internet for a gluten-free pizzeria located outside the center to avoid the usual parking problem. Indeed, even here the parking is not very easy to find but speaking of the pizzeria I must say that the service was excellent, the quality of the food truly excellent and the Gluten Free impeccable, so giving a little summary: Local 9 Menu 10 Service 10 Count 10 Super recommended, well done guys great job Gluten Free fantastic!

Excellent pizzeria in front of the Sant'Ambrogio market. Friendly and very attentive service. Good choice of pizzas. Also suitable for particular dietary needs (even gluten-free pizza). The desserts are good (lactose-free cheesecake). Small space, requires reservation. Also recommended for groups. I will definitely come back.

Yummm!! One of our fave spots in Florence. Really friendly service, large portions, and good atmosphere. We went at open so there was no wait. We ordered the salmon, potatoes, and the margherita pizza. All were delicious. I am gluten sensitive and their menu had many options for me. Our favorite pizza in Italy so far 🤩

This place blew us away! We were supposed to eat in the city center, but feeling lazy, we stayed a block from our hotel (Hotel Sonia). However, eating at L'Angolo del Gusto was NOT a compromise! First of all, I am celiac so I chose this restaurant because it had rave reviews about gluten free pasta. It's hard to describe the quality of food (both pasta and beef) that we had at this place. My husband lived in Italy for 11 years. We just came from some of the best restaurants of Rome and are on our 12th Italian food tour in the last 10 years. Our standards are high! But this place was out of this world. This was a meal that I will remember, and I don't say that lightly! World class restaurant with great food and service.

I celebrated my birthday in one of Overfit's private rooms and I couldn't have made a better choice. Let me start by saying that Overfit has always been a guarantee for me, whether it was for a cocktail after dinner or for a pinsa or a burger with friends. I'm vegan, and even before they included a menu of pinsas dedicated to vegans, they always came to my aid by offering me options not on the menu, making dinner not a "make do" but always a very pleasant surprise. Returning to the party, the room was set up impeccably, far exceeding my expectations which were already very high having known the place for several years and having attended multiple parties. The menu was designed specifically for me, while for people with celiac disease there was a dedicated menu which left them decidedly full and satisfied. I have never been good at organizing my birthday, unfortunately I don't have this gift, but thanks to Manuel who took care of organizing the party, to Neri who personalized the menu especially for me, and to Samuele, Giulia and Lara who provided an exceptional service during the party, I undoubtedly had the most beautiful (and unforgettable) birthday ever! Please don't delay in organizing your party because the rooms go away quickly and months in advance! And I understand why! 🎉🎈

I ate a gluten-free pizza with porcini, gorgonzola, truffle oil and then a sorbet. Tasty and very seasoned pizza, I liked it. Friendly and efficient service. Seats both inside and outside. Honest prices. Quiet area and parking to look for.
