A 100% dedicated GF restaurant as well as a grab and go window available next to the restaurant! I got a turkey, brie, arugula and tomato sandwich on focaccia at the take away window and it was so delicious!! And huge!!!

Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.
This spot is a haven for those craving delicious sandwiches, offering a cozy vibe with fantastic quality ingredients and a unique commitment to safety practices.

Refreshment stop after a long journey back home, before, of course, taking a couple of photos of the Siena Cathedral. Unexpected surprise regarding the "gluten-free", we started with the idea of a simple aperitif-lunch, but we were tempted by the restaurant dishes, gluten-free, of the place!!!! Kind, friendly and welcoming owners and staff!!! Something not to be taken for granted in tourist places. 110 with honors with an academic kiss, we will be back!!!
Cozy vibes meet artisanal charm in this stunning spot, offering a delightful atmosphere and delicious options that keep everyone smiling.

Had an AMAZING lunch!!! So many GF options and they are very knowledgeable about celiac. They keep their GF items separate from the regular menu items when preparing. I got the GF ravioli and my own GF bread basket! I highly recommend! It’s a really cute spot with indoor and outdoor seating!
A hidden gem in a cultural hub, this spot boasts a vibrant atmosphere, unique dishes bursting with flavor, and a truly inclusive menu.

My girlfriend and I came to Pietrasanta for a 3-day getaway, the choice of destination was also influenced by the curiosity to try Sementis.
We are both vegetarians, with the impulse to become vegan and despite being in 2024 we struggle to find restaurants that offer vegetarian options, let alone vegan ones, so we often cook at home.
From the moment you enter Sementis you are greeted by the smile, the passion and the splendid synergy that exists between the owner and all the wonderful staff, all friendly and attentive to the customer.
But the gem comes when you sit down and open the menu, if you are vegetarian, vegan and celiac you can eat every single dish you find on the menu without any inconvenience or worries related to what you would like to eat but unfortunately you can't...
What we witnessed was a rewarding experience, which made our taste buds explode with the goodness of the dishes we tasted.
The service was impeccable, the dishes arrive with little waiting and during the evening the owner and the staff are present, pampering every customer with joy and friendliness.
If we lived here, we would come every day😂
What Sementis does is a big step for all of us and for the protection of this planet. In the eyes of a few it might seem like a simple vegan restaurant, but in our eyes these guys are writing the future.
So if you want to eat in a restaurant full of positive energy, and have an experience full of flavour, whether you are vegan, vegetarian or not, Sementis is the place for you!

Small, rustic restaurant with very nice owners who also make your special wishes come true. In addition to the classic foccacia, there is also a gluten-free alternative that is very tasty. Even very tasty gluten-free beer is available. All in all perfect. We recommend.

Affordable lunch option by main square. I liked mine - 4/5, ordered the one with gorganzola and pear - was tasty and big.
My friend rates her gluten free caprese at 3/5, as she said the gluten free wrap wasn't very nice. Service good. Very tight space though.
A charming spot with a warm vibe, offering a variety of hearty sandwiches and a tasty Chianti, perfect for an authentic Tuscan experience.

Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(

Everytime we pass this place in the evening, it is packed with people outside and inside. We finally tried it a few weeks back and we have been back 3 times now! They have delicious sandwiches in 3 different breads (even a gluten free option!!!) and you can either choose one of their recipes or you can build your own with 3 ingredients for 6 euros. Fantastic pricing and wonderful sandwiches! They also have a menu of the month available, but booking is needed for that. I've never tried it yet, but will! They even mentioned that they can arrange alternatives for vegetarian or gluten free dietary restrictions. They have an outside seating area as well as inside one. And an extra room in the back and basement for seating among the wine, super cool and local! The staff (and we had the pleasure to meet the owner too) have always been nice and friendly and they spoke English too, which made it easier if needed. Their menu is both in English and Italian. And their house wine is 10/10! Make sure to order a bottle for sure!!
Experience a burst of creativity with a unique blend of flavors and eco-friendly practices that redefine traditional tastes in a spectacular way.

I took a gluten-free seitanotto as I have celiac disease, I must say that I thought it was a sandwich with gluten. Yummy, perfection. An incredible mix of ingredients. No, I didn't think such a good sandwich existed. Thank you chef🥰🥰
Enjoy attentive service and a tasty sandwich experience, though be aware of limited size options and no specific menu for special dietary needs.

Places where there is gluten-free bread, the person who served me was very attentive and very professional. The Sandwich was very good, only the small size was available
Please note, however, there is no menu for people who order gluten-free, so you will pay full price for your drink and cookie/fries.
Enjoy a unique experience with careful attention to preparation amidst a lively atmosphere and a selection of crafted beverages.

Great experience! Upon request it is possible to order gluten free burgers. Although the restaurant does not have a separate gluten-free kitchen, the staff is careful not to contaminate the food, always cleaning the station before preparation. Gluten-free bottled craft beer is also available.
