My daughter was in Heaven. She got the ham and cheese croissant, the traditional custard pastry, the chocolate croissant, and a small sugar croissant and it was all delicious!! I wished we would have known about this place on the first day of getting here. I’m glad we tried it out. The prices are great as well.

Unfortunately my family and I, we arrived at the closing time so was not possible for us to dinner there. Judging on how well the deserves and salads looks, I can say that it’s a really good place for Celiac people. Come on, they have their own Celiac version of a “Francesinha”!!! What’s motivates me to drop my review here was the absolute empathy of the owner who gets us to a neighbours restaurant that also sell gluten free food, we need more people in the world like him. From tapioca, salads, smoothie bowls, shakshuka, pancakes, etc. We'd also like to inform you that all toasts can be served on gluten-free bread or with a baked sweet potato base instead of traditional bread. An absolute highlight for anyone who wants to enjoy gluten-free and vegan food! The gluten-free and vegan Pastéis de Nata even taste better than the classic originals – unbelievable, but true! I've searched for comparable options in many cities and countries over the past few years, but nowhere have I found such a large selection and such excellent quality as here. We ate far too much – and it was incredibly delicious – in the restaurant and couldn't resist buying a large bag to take home. Without reservation and with complete conviction: 200% recommended!

Great vegetarian and vegan restaurant with plenty of gluten-free options. Cozy decor, delicious food, and super friendly staff! It's a bit more expensive than many Azorean restaurants, but sooo delicious! You should reserve a table in advance, as it's quite small.

We have been going on holiday to the Algarve with our family for a few years now and we never miss Bailote. We have tried quite a few things on the menu – meat, fish, tapas, pasta and pizza – and we are always very satisfied. I eat gluten-free myself, and this is one of the few places in the area where I have so much choice. Pizzas, bread, burgers, salads: it is not only on the menu, it is also incredibly good! The warm atmosphere and the great service make it complete. Definitely recommended!

Do not eat if gluten free. Booked a table for 7:30pm outside. Arrived to be seated inside with broken AC (told not cleaned) Too hot to eat inside so we asked to wait to be seated outside as requested. They offered us drinks while we waited. Took a long time to arrive and all arrived separately, having asked for a couple of the drinks numerous times. Finally sat down on a table they created in a space which was available on our arrival - pushed by another table of 6 arriving at 8pm. No food arrived until 9:20pm by which time we had been at the restaurant for 2 hours. Despite asking for gluten free food options 3 times, the waiter seemed unsure as to what was and wasn’t. He checked with the chef, verified and came back to us. We happily ate the ‘gluten free’ options given to us. Less than 30 mins later I have reacted to gluten in a way that can only be eating actually gluten and not cross contamination. Very poor service, food and allergy requests not catered for despite their clear advertising of the opposite. Will never go back.

Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂 Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop. Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average. Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.

The food and service are superb. They offer gluten free bread with the appetizer course. The staff is knowledgeable about allergens and were able to make gluten free recommendations. They have a gluten free brownie. Everything was tender and the wine pairings were perfect.

Delicious and SUPER pet friendly! We were actually just looking for a quick coffee break with our dog, and we would have stayed for hours! They invited us inside even with our big dog, and the owner brought a water bowl for her even before we sat down. The coffee and gluten free sweets were fantastic, and the couple who own the place were so friendly in such a familiar way. We would definitely go back to Silves just to go back there! Highly recommended!

Delicious breaky spot in Lagos with great coffees too. They have gluten free bread so can make most things coeliac friendly! Well priced too. It is very popular so you might struggle to get a seat or may have to wait. Had an issue with our order and the staff sorted it out graciously took the meal off the bill.

I am more than surprised. First of all. There is a lot of gluten-free options. The food is amazing and that’s for the low price. The service is top. Very nice. I once been there for the breakfast and I have to say it’s a little bit on the smaller size, but for the price, it’s no doubt really good And now I’ve been there For There Sunday meal and it was absolutely amazing and the portion was let’s say definitely enough. Great local family run restaurant! Food was delicious and they were incredibly accommodating of and knowledgable about the gluten free options. Particular highlights were the moqueca, lamb and the Dad’s hot chilli’s for those who like it spicy! Our favourite meal in Vale de Lobo - sad we waited so long to try it!
