Omg – how is it even possible for gluten-free and vegan food to taste this amazing?! My friend and I both have a range of food intolerances, and finding a place like Cibum Bon Bon felt like striking gold. Everything was absolutely delicious, and for once, we could fully enjoy a meal without stressing about allergies or cross-contamination. The care and attention they put into their food really shows. It honestly felt illegal to eat something so good and still feel so safe! Can’t wait to come back!

Simple restaurant with quality traditional cuisine made with a lot of love and good craftsmanship. We had several snack dishes for dinner and the fried fish stood out (spectacular). Oscar, the owner, told us with great pride that he was already the third generation of hotelier in his family and the tradition is evident. Plus, everything was gluten-free, which for me, who is celiac, was an added luxury to this good cuisine. We hope to return another time and continue exploring more dishes. We were there at the end of October 2024. The lady who served us was very rude. We ordered two loaves of bread and he threw it rudely on the counter. He gave us an ensaimada that was very hard. When we told him that it wasn't the day, he responded rudely, “Here all the products are gluten-free, and that's why it is like that.” I told him that we are used to gluten-free products, that we are celiac and I had never seen an ensaimada so hard. We ordered other things, some were better than others.

DIVINE ! We chose brunch and it was a great decision. Gluten-free, lactose-free and sugar-free breakfast and snacks but SUUUPER quality and flavor. The coffee is creamy and very rich, the salted waffles are spectacular and very good quantity. The carrot cake is SPECTACULAR (And if you don't like cream, I'm sure you'll like theirs) The attention they give you is very good, the man who serves you is super nice. Thanks to a bakery/pastry shop like this, I was able to order my son's Communion cake, which, by the way, was spectacular. Kudos to the baker, because she also let me choose ingredients to personalize it. And also, thanks to the fact that they make everything, I was able to eat a donut, which I hadn't had in years. We went to eat today 9/27 and we really enjoyed it. 100% gluten-free menu with a huge variety of dishes, and all of them exquisite! I recommend not skipping the Russian salad and their homemade croquettes, which are to die for! We will return for sure

Very small place with just 2 seats, but for celiacs good as all the options are GF. I had a breakfast bread with serrano ham and a good cappuccino. The service from Paulina was great and very friendly. Good (small) place for celiacs.

Normally I go to that place a lot and the truth is that I love the waiters, they are very attentive and since I am Celiac I have never had any problem eating there. They make gluten-free pizzas. The problem is that the other day we ordered gluten-free and gluten-free pizzas at home, and there was no way to identify them, please mark them in some way so that there is no mistake, if people make a mistake they can get very sick. We had lunch on Easter Sunday. They take gluten-free and cross-contamination into account. From the menu, celiacs can eat everything except the croquettes and pizzas, all but one of the desserts. The attention of the staff is excellent. We will repeat for sure.

Quite a coincidence and quite a success. The exquisite treatment and the food... TOO! Plus, all gluten-free, which for people with celiac disease to eat in peace without the risk of cross-contamination is a luxury. Very good background music. We really liked the detail of the lemon slice in the glass for the water we ordered, it gave a refreshing touch to the water. To finish, they invited us to a shot, we chose non-alcoholic limoncello, made by them, very delicious!!! We will repeat for sure.

100% recommended for celiacs. They have a specific gluten-free menu and control cross contamination. They mark the dishes as gluten-free when they are brought to the table. Great variety of quality dishes, they also have a vegan menu. The atmosphere and facilities were very pleasant. The waitress who served us was a little "sharp", but it was made up for by how delicious the food was and the security of eating gluten-free without having to question the waiters. We were delighted to be back at Nou Arcos again. We are here for 2 weeks holiday and have eaten here 4 times!! It is so delicious and the quality is 5 star every time. The local seafood is always cooked to perfections, salads fresh and interesting and service exceptional. Also a special mention for their ability to cater for coeliac/gluten free diets. They offer freshly baked GF bread and even prepare specialties like calamares/chopitos with GF flour! We can’t recommend highly enough. If you visit Arenales del Sol, you must visit Nou Arcos!

Disastrous. Tuesday at noon. 09/03/2024. They serve when they want, with three tables on the terrace. They served us the food at the wrong time, each diner with a considerable amount of time apart, we waited 15 minutes for the last one to be served so we could all eat. Waiter who confuses celiac, gluten-free and whole wheat…. The food is for tourists, without any grace or flavor. Correct quantities. There are sparrows that walk around here and when you give them pieces of bread, the retired foreigners around you ask you not to give them. When I return to Santa Pola I already know where I don't have to return. I prefer to eat at Mercadona.
