The first time I had Sweet Sisters it was at a wedding and hands down some of the best dessert ever. Moist and delicious, no one would know it’s gluten free. I stop here when I can to get a sweet treat and am always happy with my order.
A popular brunch gem with a cozy vibe, where delicious dishes and great local coffee keep everyone coming back for more.

Relaxed atmosphere. Great variety in menu - breakfast and lunch for options of all kinds of diets… including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Service fast and friendly. Food is exceptional - there were three of us and we all remarked on how delicious it was. Highly recommended.
Chill vibes with a cozy patio and fireplace make this spot a great dining choice, plus they have a fantastic wine and cocktail selection!

We always have an amazing experience at Carellis. I love sitting out on the patio or by the fireplace (inside or out). They have an amazing selection of wines and cocktails. I highly recommend the carbonara, pesce asiago, or pollo saltimbocca for an entree. The mussels appetizer is also my favorite. Everything here is great, and the portion sizes are the best in Boulder for any restaurant I’ve been to by far. When I want to be gluten free, there are tons of great options that I have tried, my favorite being the carbonara or the ravioli. They also do private events and accommodate large parties with ease. 10/10 recommend!
Edit to add the banana foster crepe is to die for! Make sure to save room for deserts.
A top spot in Boulder for fresh, flavorful bites with a great variety, perfect for everyone, but be prepared for a busy vibe!

My favorite quick bite to eat in Boulder. They have fresh tasting food which doesn’t break the bank (sandwiches, soups, and sweet treats). I don’t make it to Boulder much anymore, but when I do, I make sure to go there over almost any other place to eat. It also caters to well to vegetarians, gluten free, and vegans. And just a heads up as a mostly meat eater, I will eat the vegan and veggie meals because they are that good. Lastly, Marcy and Julie, run an extremely professional, welcoming, and heartwarming sandwich shop. I promise you that everyone in your party will have an option no matter their diet and will leave happy
Enjoy fantastic sandwiches and a comfy vibe, perfect for satisfying cravings and taking a break while exploring the area.

My stomach was empty, I was not in the mood
We drove around Boulder just looking for food
I should've had breakfast, but didn't have time
I saw this place and turned on a dime
My hunger was mad and I had to agree
No fun being hungry and had to pee
This place offered food and restrooms as well
Within a few minutes we were feeling swell
But oh my lanta the girl called my name
I unwrapped that sandwich fast with no shame
Pastrami and Swiss and gluten free bread
It was so damn good I'm literally dead!

Four of us gals stopped at Woodgrain Bagel & Deli on our girls’ trip—and after the first visit, we couldn’t stay away! We came back three times in four days because it was just that good. From the moment we walked in, the smell of fresh-baked bagels had us hooked, and the friendly, welcoming staff made the experience even better.
Now, the bagels? Unmatched. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, and bursting with flavor. But what truly impressed us was the incredible gluten-free and vegan options—something you rarely find done this well! The gluten-free bagels were so good we had to double-check that they weren’t the regular ones, and the vegan spreads and toppings were just as delicious and thoughtfully crafted as everything else on the menu.
Oh, and the coffee? Perfection. Rich, smooth, and the ideal pairing for the best breakfast we had on our trip.
Woodgrain Bagel & Deli is an absolute must-visit! Whether you’re a bagel purist or need gluten-free and vegan options, they have something for everyone—done to perfection. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back!
This spot offers a wide variety of tasty sandwiches with quick service and a vibrant atmosphere that's definitely worth a visit.

Great sandwiches but way overpriced. I was going to order 2 gluten free sandwiches . With delivery, tax and tip it came out to $46. I don't know who can justify two 7 inch sandwiches for that price!!
Quaint and inviting, this spot impresses with quality offerings and stellar customer service that keeps folks coming back for more!

Love this place, cute, quaint, quality food and an inviting atmosphere. Been here several times, most always the food hits it out of the park!
Sandwiches, cold brew and the gluten/dairy free coffee cake are 😍😍.
The food speaks for itself, but it is the customer service and manager’s way of operating that have me a customer for life. 😊 Brought a small concern to management once, Rebecca went above and beyond to graciously hear my concern and make sure it was addressed. All other experiences have been super stellar! Really happy to support this business.
Burgers packed with flavor and cool drink options make this spot a lively choice, especially after a weekend bike ride!

Very hit or miss at this shake shack with gluten free orders. I have never been given an order with gluten but the quality of the gluten free buns is a lottery. the last few times I have been, the buns were cold (not reheated or toasted) and crumbled. as someone being gluten free for a long time, either don't freeze the buns before serving them or double the time that you toast them. ideally, don't freeze them, toast them, and serve it hot with the burger
Best spot on pearl street for a 1st date or to get out of the sun. Best staff in town, they make me feel welcome and serve a great vegan burger! U can even get gluten free bread.
Expect expertly prepared fresh ingredients, cozy vibes, and a great selection of homemade treats in a charming local gem.

Delightful French owned sandwich shop. I overheard the owner telling a customer that their flour is ordered from France, which for those of us who are glyphosate/gluten intolerant is a bonus, since both regular and organic US grown wheat is pretty toxic. The bread here is fantastic and the toppings excellent. Highly recommend

This is just a tiny little store with about 6 tables,Maybe, that seat two people. I'm gluten free, not by choice and I got the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was on regular gluten-free bread like canyon bakehouse or something and the sandwich was delicious. Definitely going to go there again. I believe my husband had the ruben and he was very happy with his choice. Not a place that you want to go and sit down or have it be a destination but rather order and pick up or walk there, order and eat at home or outside somewhere.
Have tried:
- godmamma
- big apple
- bacon cheesesteak
- turkey club
Gluten free bread is awesome. A staple for me, and I live much closer to other sub shops.
A gem among breakfast restaurants, Doug's consistently surprises me with the amount of options, including vegetarian and gluten-free, the quality of the food, the friendly and personable staff, and reasonable prices. Try the $5 breakfast burrito and coffee deal.
Only bagel shop I’ve found that offers gluten free bagels! They always ask if you’re ordering gluten free for diet or celiac which is amazing, so if you’re celiac like me they do take the extra precaution not to cross contaminate! And the bagels are A+ don’t fall apart and aren’t too spongy like most gluten free ones I’ve tried. So happy to find a place to finally grab a lox bagel again! 😭
A vibrant spot with a great atmosphere, offering solid options and an all-around enjoyable dining experience.

Normally a pretty big fan of their nine iron panini, and have been a fan of their gluten free bread for quite some time. My latest order with them was a pretty big disappointment due to the much smaller gluten free buns. I also did not receive any meat with my sandwich so it was essentially a mini lettuce sandwich. Accidents happen, but I really hope that Postino is not significantly downsizing their gluten free bread moving forward because it’s simply not worth the price.
Known for their unique gluten-free options, this spot delivers delicious bagels and burrito sandwiches with a welcoming vibe and thoughtful service.

I'm gluten free not by choice and every time I eat there I'll get some kind of gluten-free bagel with cream cheese or some kind of gluten-free bagel sandwich. They now have gluten-free burrito wraps and they make the best burrito breakfast sandwich! Their chorizo is awesome. They always ask if it's an allergy and they always change their gloves. I have never had a problem there in the 6 years that we've been living here. They're so friendly and very kind. I've been to the one on 28th Street and the one up by ideal market. Very impressed!
Gluten free bread options are always wonderful. The staff was very friendly on the phone talking my order as well as in person. Very tasty and excited to try more of the menu.
Known for delicious baked goods and exceptional coffee, this spot offers a warm vibe with tasty samples and delightful treats that everyone loves!

I’m gluten sensitive so I can’t eat as much from there as I’d like, but I remember loving the Oregon herb and their gf bread is pretty good. The cinnamon rolls are to die for of course, and I really enjoy their chicken salad sandwich
