I needed a gluten free/dairy free cake for our trivia teams one year anniversary, and I had been to Annie & Em’s in the past so knew they did great work. I ordered this cake and it was AMAZING! We shared it with about 30 people at the bar and everyone raved about it, even the people who at first didn’t want to try it because it was “gluten free/dairy free!?! No thanks!!” 😂 ❤️
A cozy and inviting spot with a warm atmosphere, great service, and a menu packed with creative options that'll make you feel like a foodie.

One of my favorite places in Hoboken- I still can’t believe we can get gluten free calamari here!! Love love love the food, I’m usually paralyzed with the number of gf options, including flatbread, pastas, appetizers, and of course, great wine.
My eyes are usually bigger than my stomach when we come here… what a first world problem to have. Highly recommend.
Brimming with excellent service and positive vibes, a true standout pub with a surprising array of vegan options and popular family-friendly spot.

Overall the food was good, unfortunately we didn't have a great waitress. We purposely picked this restaurant to meet friends at because online it shows their menu has gluten free options. My fiancé has Celiac disease and he ordered the house chopped salad and informed the waitress he can't have gluten. The waitress said their dressing for that salad is a beer based dressing - the restaurant shouldn't be advertising it as gluten free if it has beer in it! She also got confused and said there was a vegan option of dressing she can do, which isn't helpful because that doesn't mean gluten free. Food allergies are something that if you're working in a restaurant, you need to know the difference between vegan and gluten free.
We called a few days in advance to make a reservation and while we were there, the waitress wasn't giving us enough time to order, she came back three times and then finally told us that there is a party coming in later and they have the whole restaurant booked. We purposely called in advance for the reservation, the restaurant shouldn't have taken a reservation for when we asked if they were going to be pushy to rush us out.
Lastly, this is just minor but we ran out of water very quickly (before our food came) and the waitress never came back once until our food was done.
I know this is a long post and usually people complain just to complain.
If you see my other reviews, most of them are 5 stars. Mainly I wanted to post this because I wouldn't want someone eating there and getting sick or having an allergic reaction.
I am gluten free and finding a decent pizza that is gluten free has become difficult. I gave this place a try and it was better than I expected. As far as gluten free pizza crust goes, most places taste like cardboard. Mario's actually came close to real pizza crust. I was pleasantly surprised. It even came with its own plastic pizza cutter (nice touch). Was it the best gluten free pizza I have ever had? definitely not. Was it the worst? definitely not. Would I eat it again? Maybe.
