I ordered a burger and a Reuben to go. I put in the notes. Ruben is to have gluten-free bun. I double checked before the order was placed. My daughter went in to pick it up and the bun was not gluten-free. She politely asked for that to get changed out, the very large lady with pink hair was extremely rude and cleared at her the whole time. It would’ve been way easier for her to just change out the bun and say have a great evening but instead she went Out of her way to make my daughter feel bad. This is unacceptable. We have been to Aubrey’s many times and I’ve always had amazing service. So this review is only reflection of one employee in particular as a whole. Aubrey’s has always been great.
A vibrant spot with quick service, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a lively atmosphere and a delicious, diverse menu.

Beautiful restaurant, and decent service. My companions enjoyed their meals, but we chose this restaurant because it offered gluten free options that I require. My gluten free entree was disappointing; in fact, I ate only one bite. It was just not edible in my opinion. The gluten free pasta used was extremely sub par. My advice would be to look into another source for this item. Normally a server would notice when a patron does not eat a meal, but our server whisked away my basically untouched plate without inquiring. I left the restaurant hungry and $40 to the less.

I came here with my girlfriend on our 1 year anniversary and the service was phenomenal. Our server, Noel, catered the gluten free experience perfectly. She caught everything and was extremely sociable. 10/10

Y’all. Best bagels in town, hands down. Try the Farmhouse frittata sandwich or the lox bagel. It’s a little pricey but worth the money, imo. I’m excited to try just about everything in the menu. Allergy friendly, they have substitutes for gluten and dairy sensitive folks. Give it a try!

Having Celiac disease and going out to eat is not always an easy task.
I enjoyed a burger and brew or drink, as advertised on Monday's.
Cheddar burger with all of the dressing. I had the baked potato as my side item. Sweet tea with a lemon to drink.
I really enjoyed my burger. It was hot and fresh.
I love frequenting this restaurant. I've enjoyed many different entrée options and they were all gluten free. They accommodate my requests and specialty orders and they have never made a mistake! They deserve a shout out!
Firehouse subs are so good! One of my favorites is the Hook & Ladder. They also have gluten free buns. I had a sandwich there just the other day. It was delicious!
When asked which of their salad dressings were gluten free, the person in the kitchen that appeared to be the manager said “she should know what she is allowed and not allowed to have”. I do know what I am allowed to have and not have, but I do not know what their products have in it. This comment was rude and unnecessary, especially from a manager. Good luck getting any support from the people when you have questions about their menu as it relates to allergies, though their menu offers some assistance with more gluten-friendly options.
However, the food and tea were good but the service from the management team was less than stellar and the attitude was strong with this one….the young lady running the register tried though and I appreciated her effort!
I have a gluten allergy, if my food is cross contaminated at all I can get sick. It's very easy to avoid cross contamination if someone is willing to care. I went into the Clinton Hwy location to order a gluten free sandwich and requested that they use clean gloves and a clean surface to make it. They were rude and said they'd have just one person make it but it was guaranteed to be cross contaminated. I do understand that they state on their menu that there is a risk, as any restaurant does to avoid legal issues. However both the Sevier co and Morristown locations are able to accommodate my request with no problem and I have not gotten sick from them. I left the Clinton Hwy location with no food at all. For anyone thinking I should just eat at home or somewhere else, I was an hour away from home and hadn't eaten all day because I did not have access to gluten free food.
They were very accommodating with their gluten and wheat free options. There were specific ingredients I had concerns about in a dish and they were very thorough with checking and going through labels to make sure it was safe to eat. Great customer service. I highly recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
Love thi subway. Now I gave it a four because depending on who's working they just throw it on the sandwhich. Presentation is everything to me. Offer gluten free bred it's more healthier. I always have to get my middle scooped out. To much bread.
Had never been to McAllister’s before - and I’m older! A diverse menu of sandwiches, soups and salads.
Everything was really good. Prices reasonable. Nice seating (high and low tops). Food was really good.
I had a 6” melt that was more than enough. Friend with us took half of her sandwich home.
Wish they had sourdough or gluten-free bread as an option.
Really love the way they serve the food (super nice square plastic plates). And cardboard to-go boxes - not styrofoam.
