Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.

My wife and I ate here she’s gluten free and they had buns for her! We both had The porchetta sandwich was amazing. I recommended it to her as I’ve had this franchise in Vancouver. Just as great and service was just as good too!!!
