I went in to check out this place as I'm on a gluten-free diet, as are several other family members. What a great selection of buns, bagels, and breads all gluten-free free. Im so happy I found this place as I also found the prices very reasonable.
A cozy spot with a small-town diner vibe, offering a variety of tasty breakfast choices and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for casual dining.

I LOVE Scoops! I’m a Celiac (must eat gluten-free medically) and go to Niagara probably twice a year if not more and I always make this a stop! Sometimes going two days for breakfast! They’re accommodations and understand of cross contamination and it’s one of the only places I can have breakfast safely! But they’re also super friendly we’ve enjoyed every time my husband and I have went and really can’t believe I’ve waited this long to review them! I have def told people on various GF sites to go there for breakfast! YUM! I’d give you 10 stars if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - we were there this past Monday the 20th and although quieter than a weekend day our waitress was delightful and even when I used the washroom prior to leaving the gentlemen (staff?) sitting at the employee table was super nice and wished us a great day! I hope they’re there forever!
Discover a charming spot near the falls known for its diverse menu, friendly vibe, and outstanding North Indian cuisine that's a crowd favorite!

We'd spent 4 days in Niagara, staying centrally, searching for good value, tasty food without success (& getting ripped off for mediocre mulch). . until we found Moksha!
Jasmine was really friendly and professional, with good knowledge of gluten free options. . And the food was excellent. Best meal we had in Niagara by a long chalk, and up to the standards of the CN tower restaurant.
Would highly recommend. Also great value, 3 of us with drinks (including beer): mains, poppadoms, rice and nans and (discretionary) 20%tip, $80. Wish we'd found you sooner! Many thanks 🙏
N.B. It's difficult to understand some of the negative reviews based on our experience and perhaps makes one question their integrity / motive.
A must-visit for fresh, flavorful thin crust pizza with a great selection of toppings, plus delicious gelato for dessert!

The best gluten free pizza EVER. When I asked, they took the time to talk about ingredients and explain how buckwheat and the super hot oven give the crust some flavour and lift. Wow!

Great cafe near Point Roberts, their Gluten-free bread was amazing, and their Bagel with Lox had everything you need on top of it (onions, capers, dill, and a bit of lemon). Very friendly service and great atmosphere with lots of frogs scattered around the cafe.

This was quite honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in any restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and down-to-earth, the decor of the restaurant was very charming, and all tables were tidy and clean! They had a wide variety of food options, and I appreciated the large gluten-free options (although not gluten-free myself). The food was all made in-house with a very high quality to its taste, and I would definitely come back next time I’m in Niagara Falls!
A cozy spot with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for sharing small dishes and sipping on delicious brewed coffee or an Earl Grey latte.

Really great place if you’re looking for healthy food that tastes great. Gluten free options included. A bit pricey but that’s Jasper. I highly recommend the matcha latte! Music was a bit loud and it was all throwback music so it was a bit annoying after a long day of hiking. But other than that it was a great experience.
Experience a vibrant and unique café with a cozy vibe, offering an impressive range of fresh options that cater to diverse dietary needs.

CONSIDER ME SHOOK. I just ate probably the best food I have ever had at a café AND ITS VEGAN?! YOU MEAN IT WONT HURT MY STOMACH?! AND YOU CAN GET IT GLUTEN FREE?! Never going to another coffee shop ever again consider me a customer for life. The owners Ben & Mannel are the most incredible kind people and it reflects in their staff. The fact I’m eating an almond croissant right now and it’s vegan. Again… just absolutely blown away from the amount of options they have for people with dietary restrictions !! So beyond satisfied thank you grounds and greens!! hope you enjoy the photo of me devouring my croissant <3
Enjoy a classic diner vibe with a vast menu, impressive vegan choices, and unbeatable prices, perfect for families and groups alike.

Visited this Bistro and sat outside while visiting the falls and got the most ideal spot to dine overlooking the falls on the patio. A must visit if ever going to the falls.
Try the tuna, get the humus . The burgers were also very good. The Moscow mule was a good choice as a drink . I can't remember what was the meal I had but it had rice and beans and it was gluten free.

Came to Kelly's eats for a quick bite to eat.
The turkey chilli was out of this world
So freah with a little zing. They make gluten free cornbread to go with it.

The smoothies were cold and tasty as well.
We put Serena to the test asking lots of questions about ingredients she was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. I think the best part about the meal was the peanut butter protein balls.
Never in my life did I think I would come to the gym for dinner. It did not disappoint. Will return!
This spot is all about good vibes, happy hours, and a unique music display, making it perfect for chill hangouts with friends.

Had an amazing experience at Earls Grandview on Thursday night! Our server, Hayley, was fantastic—attentive and friendly. Austin, the guest experience manager on duty, went above and beyond by comping two desserts when they found out we were celebrating something. The food was incredible—steak frites were better than The Keg, and the sushi tacos and pizzas were delicious. The new plant based burger (perfect for my vegan husband) was much better than the processed impossible burger they used to have. (Good job on the switch Earls!!!). They also had great gluten-aware options, which was perfect for my daughter who was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and myself who has a GF prefercence. The mocktails were refreshing and creative and the prosecco was delicious. Outstanding service and food—we’ll definitely be back!
This spot boasts an extensive, fresh menu with generous portions and attentive service, making it a must-visit when you're in the area.

Great find in the Sault. An extensive menu, be that as it may, everything was fresh! I had the pickerel with gluten-free penne in a pesto sauce, and my daughter had the spinach and feta pizza on gluten-free crust. Really generous portions. Loved it, Would come back again if passing this way. Our server Amanda was great, the house was busy but she found the time to acknowledge us and check in throughout the meal.
This top spot boasts a lovely outdoor patio with heating, a peaceful vibe, and an impressive menu that keeps guests coming back for more.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed your pasta, vegetarian and gluten free options for dinner. The service made a remarkable impression as we were entertained, as well as treated very professionally.
Our server, Aaron, was surprisingly knowledgeable and well versed in his field. Quite impressive.

Crossroads is a nice little diner! Staff is great, service is quick and food is delicious.
I highly recommend this spot for weekend brunch or next family meal. My fiancé is celiac and was able to eat here as well (she got the Denver omelette with GF toast and shredded hashbrowns - the best shredded hashbrowns)
I was extremely hungry and got the hungry man breakfast, safe to say I left a full man.
