Not Celiac safe. I’d like to have a better report to give as I was so excited to have a place to go for things like a crispy chicken or calamari… unfortunately, I went here twice and was recommended by the staff of all the gluten free options and assured of their processes being safe, but was glutened both times. On the second visit, I did question the server more of things like the ingredients in the crispy chicken batter etc and was given limited quality info as the chef was not in at the time and I guess he was the only one with the actual knowledge of it. Maybe while he is not there the processes being followed are not what they are supposed to be or the fryer or batters are not as gluten-free as they think. Im sharing so that if you are celiac and choose to visit this location, you can be mindful in your choices and verify their info and processes more thoroughly for yourself. The staff and atmosphere were great but sadly, I won’t be visiting here again.

Top 3 best meals i’ve ever had as someone who’s gluten free. they have a seperate menu for gluten free, they are very knowledged on gluten free and I felt safe to eat there. Jessie was our server and she was incredible. Always cleared our dishes very quick after finishing, quick service and checked in and she was super kind. My boyfriend had the lobster mac and cheese and i don’t think i’ve ever seen him so happy after a meal

What a great restaurant! This was my first time in, although I did try them at the Bountiful Market ( they have a booth there). It was everything and more!! The lady welcomed us and explained how dine in and take in works. She also explained all the choices you can have. Great sized portions, great flavour and the pasta is so good. We ordered the shells with bolognese and a side of meatballs. Linguine with the vegetable tomato sauce. Chicken parmigiana and the cheesy garlic bread!! It was so good I actually forgot to take pics of the food 🤣. Fresh, hot and definitely made with love. The restaurant side is pretty big and would be great for a large family. Or lunch and dinner for two. They also have a freezer with frozen food to take home and bake in the comfort of your own home. They also offer gluten free pasta. They are open from 11AM to 8PM all week long.

Excellent food! My bf is celiac and they were very good at explaining which menu items were gluten free (lots of options) and we felt very safe eating there. The highlight was the tacos quesobirrias - so delicious!

Sat out on the patio and took in the beautiful surroundings. Waitress Payton provided excellent service. The menu had lots to offer, including gluten-free. Try the desert bar it was worth it from light lemon tarts, moist carrot cake, and Reeces blondie.

First visit and it was awesome. We will be back. Great service, menu and atmosphere! Anyone love to read? You can take a book or leave a book from a long shelf on the wall. So awesome! Gluten free options. We ate from breakfast menu. Will try lunch next time. Got busy after 10 am on a Saturday.

They have gluten-free options. I have really never had anything other than the omelettes so I cannot speak to the saftey for Celiacs of other menu items. They offer a gluten-free "English muffin", which I'm pretty sure made by Glutino. I'm not a fan of the English muffin so I usually asked for double shredded hash browns.

Very nice Italian restaurant. Very friendly, helpful service. Good location, smaller, intimate setting. They offer gluten free pasta for dishes. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free bread. It would be great if they did! Other than that, it was a fantastic place - the hamburger soup and salad were fantastic! The restaurant has been added to our 'go back' list for sure!

Sooooo expensive! ordered 1 egg and ham. $16.95!!! Then because I ordered a gluten-free toast it was an extra $1.50. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

What an amazing little cafe, the girls were so accommodating of my gluten allergy and being pregnant I didn't want to take any risks whatsoever. Took a chance on them and it paid off bigtime. So happy to find this little gem! Will be back 100%! Lovely service and cute menu with lots of selection. Just loved it!

Once and a while we like to get some gluten free breakfast for my celiac 5 year old. Luckily my mama instinct kicked in this morning we received it from Sherwood Park IHOP this morning and nothing was labelled gluten free like when we normally order from other places . I just had a feeling and called and they told me nope definetly not gluten free don't eat. If I wouldn't have called she would have been ill . I understand mistakes happen but when you specifically have a gluten free menu this is extremely disappointing.

Everything here is vegan! And a lot of it is gluten free too. They have wonderful smoothies, desserts, salads and soups. Everything I get is always filling and so tasty!

Really good burgers and I’m celiac and asked for them to change their gloves and they were accommodating for gluten free burgers
