We had a party of 8 over a weekday lunch. It was surprisingly busy, but we didn't have trouble getting seated. There was a wide selection of menu options and all very tasty. They have a whole separate gluten free menu! The options including spicy flavours (like gochujang) weren't very spicy, but the ingredients were all very fresh. The nachos got rave reviews at our table. (We had nachos, fish tacos, tuna poke bowls, Santa fe chicken bowls, tomato soup)

Had a lovely vegan and gluten free dinner with friends. Love the new dining room on Edinburgh road. They were even able to make the paneer dishes with tofu to make everything vegan!!! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the food, the fact that we the seating is spacious and comfortable. MJ was a great server; offered options, gave advice, helped us choose our choices. I am celiac and the chef at this location has always gone above and beyond for my dietary needs requirements. A five star experience 9/10.

This place is a whole vibe! Love the array of options - vegetarian, vegan, gluten free! They've got it all!!! The curried potatoes are a nice twist. And the cookies are as big as your hand! Also, the service is top notch - very attentive!

This incredible restaurant added a bottomless brunch option and I did not disappoint. Ala Carte and Buffett which was mostly gluten free, dj playing great 🎵 and great service.

The high tea is absolutely lovely!!! An amazing selection of teas along with delicious finger sandwiches, scones, and assorted pastries, with some fruit. It's more than enough for one person (I'm always stuffed!), and the gluten-free option is crazy tasty! Fabulous service as well. I highly recommend it for an enjoyable afternoon.

Overall a solid breakfast choice. Lots of selection, vegan & gluten free options. The place is busy so service is a little slow. The staff is friendly. The robo-waiter plays Happy Birthdy the whole time. Decent food choices, a bit pricey but it hits the breakfast spot for sure!

We were visiting Guelph and happened upon this restaurant--It is hard to find Keto and Gluten Free food sometimes. We loved this place so much we ate there both nights of our stay! Incredible and tempting selections--I am hungry just thinking about it! They happily accommodated our order to make it keto. Amazing taste combinations. I wish there was one in Peterborough. Go--run don't walk!

Eggcetra Guelph is a popular place. We visited on a weekday morning just before 9am and had to wait a few minutes for a table. The friend that I dined with frequents this establishment and easily helped me source items that were suitable for me as a gluten free vegan. He chose The Classic, and I assembled a meal by combining sides. Both plates arrived quickly, the food was hot and service was efficient. The Guelph location is cosy and though there is room for the servers to move between tables, it would be quite challenging to bring in a stroller or mobility aide. The location is on a strip that is serviced by public transit and which offers parking. About this place, my friend joked (but wasn't really joking): it's a popular spot ...expect to wait, and when you are done move on - someone's likely to be waiting for your spot. The baked beans were ok, the homefries were great!

Shine Family Restaurant is a hidden gem! Their breakfast and lunch menu offers something for everyone, including delicious vegan and gluten-free options. The food and coffee are great, and portions are generous. We had the Lumberjack and the traditional breakfast. But what really stands out is the exceptional service - friendly, fast, and attentive. Special shoutout to our server Heidi, who went above and beyond with her recommendations.

Good breakfast experience at Sunset Grill in Guelph. Had the avocado toast with egg and fruit salad bowl. Very tasty. Gluten-free bread is not shown on the menu, but was available when I asked (Would be nice if the menu showed it as an option). Server was friendly and coffee and drink refills offered frequently. My companion had the classic burger and said it was delicious.

This cafe was recommended. Cute exterior. Cozy interior decor with art on walls and lots of windows. Service was good. Gluten free brownie was small and lacked flavour and freshness. Both the chai latte and the regular latte were very good. Next time we are in Guelph we’ll return, and recommend to others.

I'm ALWAYS pleased when I go to Pita Pit. Even more so this time. I got to meet the owner, he was extremely friendly, extremely careful with my gluten free order. He thanked me for complimenting his staff on their great work whenever I go in there & there ability to be so cautious on gluten free orders. As a celiac it's so important to me! So many people are quick to be negative & I wanted him to know his staff are doing great! Thank you Pita Pit for giving me a safe "fast food" place to eat (that's not greasy) & has a gluten free option!!!

I randomly got the owner to take my order. My husband has celiac disease and he was very careful to make his order. I really appreciated the efforts during such a busy time. Very kind and considerate! Also fresh ingredients and good chicken! ( Note that grill cannot warm up the GF pita cause of cross contamination)

I've been meaning to try this place for ages and finally did this week. OMG. I got the Club 519 (gluten free!! Thank you!!), walked across the street to eat it by the fountain, and promptly went into what I can only describe as a pleasure-stupor. My lunch date asked me a question and I just shook my head. No talking. All attention was on on the warm panini in my reverent hands. I have never encountered a more delicious sandwich. I loudly enthused about it intermittently for the rest of the day. Popped into Found today for the first time and had such a sweet experience. The place is clean and well decorated; seriously the attention to detail is really something special. Down to the cups and plates that are handmade in Australia just for the buisness! The barista was so kind to help my partner and I pick out drinks and snacks with our dietary restrictions (he's gluten and dairy free and i'm allergic to caffiene). The cherry on top of it all is the yoga studio in the back, which I've yet to go to (since this was my first time here) but definetly plan to! You can just tell that a lot of love and care is put into each aspect of the business.

It can be hard to find a place downtown with reasonably priced beverages and food. Not only is the price decent, but the atmosphere is classy and relaxed. They also had gluten free macaroons and rice pudding available. Staff were polite and friendly, however, they do not take debit and one has to take out cash through the ATM next to the counter which charges $1.50. I will definitely come again, but I will be sure to bring money.

This is our favorite place to go for Saturday morning breakfast. Always feel welcome! Always someone ready to fill your cup with good coffee! We love all the different food choices for breakfast! Uptown Omelette is my absolute favorite & they also have my gluten free toast that I need. Waitresses are always friendly & helpful & always ask how the meal is. Really feel taken care of here. Its a great place to share a breakfast with family, friends even grandkids! We introduced this place to my 10 & 13yr old grandkids & this is now their new favorite place to breakfast with grandma & grampa!! We just love this place! Thats why we keep going back! One of my favourite cafes/lunch spots in Guelph. I have been going for years, since they were located on Edinburgh. Lovely, kind, genuine owners/staff! Lots of food options. Some gluten free options. Non-dairy options too. A very good study space! :)
