Best Wagu burger I've had and appreciated that I was able to order a gluten free bun. Hubs liked that he was able to create his own salad the way he wanted. Highly recommend!
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere and stellar service, perfect for becoming your regular spot for date nights.

The majority of the menu items were gluten-free, including the fish (coated with a rice flour crust) and chips, which were even cooked in a dedicated gluten-free fryer. The portion sizes were generous.
A charming spot with a cozy vibe, serving fresh drinks and unique options that'll keep you coming back for more.

Amazing service, delicious cocktails, and one of the tastiest meals I've ever had!! My husband had the petite filet and I had the porch chop. Both were phenomenal!! Also, I highly recommend the scallops appetizer. Absolutely amazing all around! (They even had gluten free bread for my husband!)
With a lively vibe and a welcoming patio perfect for pups, this spot offers an impressive variety of unique dishes every visit.

What an amazing place! Definitely the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had in my life. My brother (who isn’t gluten free) said they were even better than his!
We came here both days of our vacation because we couldn’t stay away!
AMAZING Benedics. I love the option to choose one of each if you can’t decide!
Marie did an amazing job highlighting some things that set apart Snooze from the rest, and I’ll for sure be on the lookout for a Snooze whenever I travel! I just wish we had one in Seattle 😉

They fit in our party of 13 last minute after we had issues with another restaurant in the area. Food was delicious, super tender and tasty meats. The sides were great. They went above and beyond checking on all of their ingredients and answering all of our questions regarding their gluten free food options.
With grass-fed options and a focus on quality, this spot stands out for its nurturing vibe and welcoming atmosphere perfect for repeat visits.

Gluten free bread option, grass fed beef and eggs on the breakfast sandwich makes it a huge win for a pregnant person! The staff are friendly and so helpful, I accidentally spilled my lemonade as soon as I got it and they kindly replaced it. I’m coming back often!
Been coming here for seven years. I live local and do not always like to be around the crowds and the busy areas in downtown HB so this place offers a chic little venue with decent food and good customer service. Parking is street and I believe there is some underground parking although I have never used it as I tend to either walk here from home or park on the street or take the local circuit shuttle. Drinks are over priced for what you get but that’s almost at any fancy restaurant. Their craft cocktails are nothing exceptional ( I am a craft cocktail snob - extra picky so if you are not you will be fine here) but their food has been consistently excellent for years. There were years where it was hit or miss and I wouldn’t come back but always decided to try them again mostly because it’s one of the best views in town with the pier and ocean as well as it’s the Shore Break hotel which is in itself beautiful and very much in tune with the style of Huntington Beach and modern upscale restaurants. Lately I’ve been going there for their breakfast and it does not disappoint. Consistently great. The gluten free pancakes are the best on this planet and I’m not ordering them because I can’t consume gluten it’s because they taste phenomenal. It is by far the best thing there. As I’m vegetarian there are not too many options but a decent amount compared to most restaurants. Enough items to keep me coming back. My usuals are the buttermilk pancakes, veggies in the AM crepe(best crepe veggie omelet thing ever!) and the Thai tofu wrap soooo good. They have other veggie options you can see from others menu photo posts. They used to make these bbq avocado tacos that were amazing but they haven’t made them in years which is a big disappointment. Overall I highly recommend this place from its cozy chic inside dining area to the outside dining area overlooking the ocean from the side street.

If you've gotta eat gluten free, this is the spot. Best gf bread, hands down I've had. Even get sub roll and not dry and soulless slices. Thought I was tricked but it was GF. I had the Malibu... Super good.
Love their food and coffee! Husband loves the breakfast bowls and I love their vegetarian sandwiches. Gluten free bread is good too! Veggies bahn mi =bomb if you like brussel sprouts. The Farmers market sandwich is even better if you sub goat cheese for the cream cheese. Only downside is they turned us away once because they were closing in 15-20 minutes (really?) which seems like a bad business call for me as it left us frustrated since we came down there specifically to eat there. So we avoided it for a while but now we're back.
Great affordable breakfast. My Chicken Fajita omlet and gluten free pancakes were perfect and enough to feed 4 of us. Always love Ihop for an affordable breakfast and great choices.
We were taken care of by the sweetest man who went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s gluten free diet. Everything tasted great and the attached shop had wonderful treasures! Thank you!
A hidden gem with unique dishes and delightful bread that’ll keep you coming back for more, despite its unassuming vibe.

Very basic restaurant that doesn't hint at the amazing food being served here. This was our second visit, and so far I've had the opportunity to sample the Egyptian lasagna (amazing-but very different from the Italian kind) and lamb kabob.
First off - the bread is off the chain delicious. Airy, soft on the inside and just crispy enough on the outside to be gluten-perfection. The lamb was moist and tender, with just the right amount of spices to let the taste of the meat shine through.
We'll be back - and don't let the unassuming location put you off. This is the kind of place you feel like a genius for discovering and can easily recommend to anyone.
Cash only, but ATM inside. Vegetable omelette and Chile verde omelette absolutely delicious. Choice of side and bread or tortilla...gluten free options available as well. Both suggestions from our server who was wonderful and on point with her recommendations. Outdoor dining, seated quickly, and great service. 3 types of salsa brought to the table for self serve.
Stumble upon a cozy gem with standout ricotta cake and a great vibe, perfect for an afternoon of matcha lattes and pressed juices.

We were in town visting from Phoenix and stoked to find this gem just down the street from our Airbnb. Everyone was so friendly! My boyfriend was pleased with their drip coffee. I loved the matcha latte and the chai. I had a deliciously rich gluten free chocolate coconut bar but the show stopper was the ricotta cake! If that's available when you visit make sure you try it! They also have a nice selection of Pressed juices and energy bites.

A favorite lunch/tea/coffee location for my friends and I. Outdoor and indoor seating. I usually get a salad without cheese and crisps since I am on a dairy-free & gluten-free diet. No problems with accommodating my rrquests. Food quality is consistently good and efforts to clearly indicate which food is unavailable (sold out) is appreciated.
I love this coffee shop. Good coffee and fresh pastries daily including gluten free and vegan options! You can order ahead online or order in store. They also have more brunchy foods on their menu as well.
The food here is delightful and it was easy to get things gluten free and vegetarian. The view was lovely and the service is excellent. Very great dining experience.

You’ve never had a better açaí bowl, guaranteed! Absolutely delicious and nutritious! Located just a short walk from the HB Pier, highly recommended! Gluten-free and nut-free options available!
We LOVE this place! The atmosphere is so good that we never want to leave. We have been to Huntington Beach twice and both times have gone to 25* twice both times. The wine is great, Old fashions great, live music (Friday night) was good… a lot of locals hang there which is always a good sign. Tbh the bacon wrapped dates keep us coming back!! So freaking good yo! Fries and wings are also very very good! I am gluten free (non celiac, intolerance) and have zero problems here.
With a cozy vibe and surf-themed decor, this place opens at 6 AM and promises an excellent breakfast experience, making it a must-visit!

Sugar Shack Cafe is just outstanding! First of all, I called a few weeks before our visit to Huntington Beach to find out about gluten-free or gluten-friendly options and they were very helpful. When we finally did visit, our first visit was excellent and our second visit was even better! It was pretty busy yesterday and our server, Julia, handled it smoothly and was very friendly and helpful, an excellent server. This morning we had the pleasure of being served by (I think the owner/manager Ryan), who was warm and welcoming and friendly. Really made us feel comfortable. And his wife (I don’t think we got her name, sadly) took over service this morning and she was awesome, too. Very friendly, welcoming, and great with the coffee refills and everything else.
The food was EXCELLENT. I know, you might be thinking how excited can you get about breakfast, but it was great. Coffee was delicious, bacon was crispy, eggs were fluffy, hash browns were particularly good - crispy, not the least bit greasy, just great! And the eggs Benedict (day two, this morning) were out of this world! First of all, I’ve almost never had an eggs Benedict dish come out hot, in any restaurant, ever, but here it came out hot! And the Hollandaise was great, not too lemony, smooth as silk; the ham was tasty, too! Nice English muffin too. Just the perfect eggs Benedict.
PLUS - and a BIG plus for my wife and me - it’s open at 6 AM! And I love the ambiance with the surf photos on the walls, and it’s small but comfortable inside. And you CAN eat outside if you want.
To me, this is the exact kind of breakfast experience you want, and I’m happy to support this business and highly recommend it to others!

Great coffee, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent customer service.
I really love what Philz Coffee has going on. Their menu is interesting, refreshing, and unique. They offer a wide variety of different items, including gluten-free pastries that taste delicious!
The first time I ordered their coffee, I was blown away with how delicious it was. I will say the second time I went, I was a bit disappointed with my coffee order, but because it is customizable, I may have just ordered a new flavor I didn't enjoy, or not added enough sweetener.
I definitely had a great first impression, however, so I will be coming back in the future. Staff is really friendly, and they even have fundraisers sometimes for local charities such as a cat shelter where you can drop off items for them to donate. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks!

This place makes it hard to make reservations- but you definitely can by signing up online on their website. It’s a good idea to do so because it’s always busy here. My family has birthday celebrations and get togethers at the Cheesecake Factory, and there are lots of options for food- and gluten free items as well.
