The food is aromatic, and the spices in the dishes come together so well, it reminds me of home. The menu is very clean and easy to follow, with a whole lot of clearly labelled vegetarian sections that have the vegan, and gluten-free labels. 5 stars
The service is amazing and my dude Ganesh at the front desk is very friendly. 5 stars
Sadly, I've never dined here to give an unbiased rating of the atmosphere, but I will come do so soon.

Love, love, love the hearty, vegan, deliciousness served up at Fire N Spice! That's how I describe the deli-style options custom-served in 3 sizes. Healthful smoothies and other lighter fare are also available, as are sweet treats, including wonderful gluten-free cookies and cupcakes and ice cream. Chef Chris and Baker Jamelia (sp?, sorry!) are salt of the earth, and we are lucky to enjoy the fruit of their expertise! I stop in whenever I can, and I make special trips if it's been too long. <3

At first, it didn't feel like a kid friendly atmosphere, but everyone who works here was very nice to my 2 year old. He likes it here. And the food here is GOOD! I will try coffee here soon!! Chicken and waffles for me and breakfast sandwich on a gluten-free dinner roll for him.
This cozy, family-owned spot offers a welcoming vibe, diverse menu options for all, and a fantastic outdoor patio for gatherings.

We stopped after a show at the Bushnell. Red Rock Tavern was one of the few places nearby that was open late on a Sunday. We walked into the crowded bar area but we were quickly directed to the table seating beyond.
Taverns/bars tend to be a bit too loud for me but the food made it worth it! I am gluten free so it can be difficult to find safe options. I asked questions and the server was able to help me find a safe meal. They all took good care of us.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, offering a delightful array of treats and a lovely coffee bar, perfect for your next indulgence.

I heard about this place, but didn't believe it was real at first. Afro Latino cuisine (not processed or ordered from elsewhere but locally sourced), cooked in an open kitchen while you wait. They even have gluten free options. Right off Charter Oak Ave, downtown Hartford. My favorite thing is that he's constantly learning and applying the latest health research, while keeping it tasty

Others had said they had gluten free options here. They do NOT. When we asked if they could cook with oil and not butter, we were told āsure, we could deep fry anything.ā
We left without ordering.
Could be fun place to go with large group that donāt have dietary restrictions as they have short tables with low seating for maybe 10-12. Louder music even at 10am.

Hands down best AƧai bowls and smoothies in Connecticut!!! Huge portions for both. Worth every penny. Everything is made to order fresh and customizable. They can do gluten free, dairy free and vegan - anything in their menu. They are also super careful about food allergies, they use separate blenders for nut allergy. WhAt a gem!!

Got a Samoas latte and it was pretty great! Came here with two co-workers and it's such a small little place but I LOVE that about it. There weren't seats available inside but there are picnic tables outside and it was really nice. Everyone of us loved our drink. One friend got a Spanish Latte I believe and my other friend got a lemonade with these other fruit flavors. They have gluten free options which was super appreciated!! The service was super quick and they have a bulletin board which contains all these local events. Super awesome little place. Would go again if I'm in the area š„°
