Owner and staff, great folks. They have a great menu, never disappointed with the selection, and we love their specials. Plus, they UNDERSTAND CELIAC! WOO HOO that means my wife can eat gluten-free here without worrying about feeling sick afterwards. Thanks, see you again soon!
With a vibrant atmosphere and top-notch pastries and gourmet salads, this spot is a must-visit for fresh, delicious take-out!

People ask why would my family drive close to an hour to get take-out from Southside Black & Brew? Simple ... the salads are gourmet - so tasty, huge and fresh, and the beverages and pastries - gluten-free or not - always top shelf. Only have had friendly and positive vibes here - exceptional and our favorite!

First time here and I was surprised by the gluten-free accommodations. They have delicious GF bread for any meal, sandwich, or French toast at no extra charge. All the food was great!
Eco-friendly straws and containers enhance the vibe, while delicious options keep everyone satisfied, though a few more choices would be welcome.

I have loved every First Watch restaurant I've been to. But this time I was able to enjoy French Toast made with Gluten free Bread with maple syrup and turkey sausage. It was absolutely amazing
A visiting family member has celiac’s disease so we were looking for local restaurants that could accommodate this food allergy. Their website mentions having a separate gluten-free fryer and many gluten-free alternatives for their meals and many google reviews mentioned the same thing. When we arrived, we were told they no longer have a separate fryer nor carry any gluten-free bread options. In fact, gluten-free options have not been available since 2020 but their website has not been updated. If you have a gluten intolerance, this is not a restaurant I would recommend.
Fresh, high-quality meals with a focus on inclusivity and dedicated prep areas, plus kids eat free on Fridays—it's a treat for the whole family!

My 7-year-old wanted to give Jason’s Deli 6 stars! The food is always fresh and high quality, and they take my food allergies seriously. Their gluten-free and dairy-free options are fantastic. Plus, the free ice cream is always a treat! Right now kids eat free on Fridays, too. Highly recommend!

They just changed their menu earlier this week. They have a gluten free English muffin so I ordered a double cheeseburger on a grilled muffin with extra crispy ff.Rachel the cook made it perfect, it really hit the craving. It wasn't your run of the mill patties it looked hand crafted big thick, juicy. White cheddar cheese.Lettuce,tom,pickle.Service was great too, friendly.I will be back to try other things.I wish they had gluten free pancakes.

This place was way better then you can imagine. 1st time trying out ax throwing and it was so much fun! Service was amazing! Andy checked us in, he was so nice and knowledgeable and informed us and gave us options. You can eat and drink while ax throwing we decided to grab a drink and eat after we were done playing. Sunshine was our ax expert he took great care of us. He is such a great coach! He definitely made our experience more fun! Cat was our server and took care of us the whole time. She is a total sweetheart! She came around often to check on us, she was happy to help us with gluten free options, service was fast and food was great! Overall was an excellent experience!
A great spot for families with a variety of choices, though some may find it a bit chilly inside.

Such amazing food. A lot of gluten-free choices, if you just have a sensitivity to it. I don't know about their efforts to keep from cross-contamination( for people with Celiac )
Excellent food, friendly and fast service, and the restaurant has a a nice relaxing atmosphere. They even have a gluten-free menu. And it's good! Highly recommend!
Experience an explosion of flavors with a standout sandwich that could be the best you'll find in Lakeland.

I had what may have been one of the best sandwiches in my life today, and absolutely the best sandwich I've ever had in lakeland, at the Black and Brew on Lake Morton. I got the club and took the chance of substituting gluten-free bread, which I usually don't like at all. But it really worked with the sandwich, and there was just such an explosion of other flavors that it's hard to describe. Will absolutely be ordering this one again.
Sense a feel-good vibe and exceptional service, with cool bathrooms and a bonus selection of sage and lavender on offer.

Was really hoping to love this place, but, highly unlikely I’ll ever return or recommend.
My fiancé has a nut allergy, and can eat at places with nuts but can’t eat nuts themselves. This just means we have to be careful about ingredients and expect companies and restaurants to take enough pride and care in their product to ~want~ to make it accessible to anyone that wants to eat there. When we asked the worker if there were any nuts in the gluten free bread, we were told “oh we threw out the box so I can’t check ingredients. I’d suggest you just not eat here.” So, he wasn’t able to eat anything. Which, fine, whatever, throw out packaging, but at least have an ingredient list available for reference - to not do so is absolutely insane.
I got the buddha sparks bowl, ordered it with an egg, didn’t receive said egg and when I asked about it, the same worker said “I didn’t hear you say egg”. So, no egg for me. Bowl was heavily dressed with a very overpowering dressing. Didn’t enjoy it at all and threw out more than half of it.
Juice was fine, nothing special. Definitely not worth another visit.
Can’t say this was a pleasant experience in any way.
Quaint spot with a lively vibe, perfect for grabbing tasty protein-packed options and refreshing drinks, but not ideal for quiet chats.

Small store, food is all protein and gluten-free. Donuts, acai bowls etc refresher drinks and coffee, shakes etc. Delicious food but not a good place for a meeting as the blenders drown out the conversation.
Great taste and dedicated fryer options make it popular, but the cramped parking can be a hassle.

The food at Chick-fil-A is always good. They understand my need to eat gluten free and have several GF options, including fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. Unfortunately, the parking lot is very cramped. On our last visit a police officer was needed to keep the access road clear. We would go more often if there was more space to drive and park.
A unique, modern vibe with a super clean atmosphere and delicious coffee that stands out from the usual sugary offerings.

So this is my first time in the cafe and it was so cute and very modern. Everything was super clean. The girls that were working were very nice and everything was delicious. I got a gluten-free blueberry muffin. She heated it up for me. I also grabbed a iced mocha latte, which was very much better than other coffee places where sometimes it feels like all you get is sugar and milk, but I can actually taste the coffee quite a bit in this one. You have to pay a $1 extra for to go cups but I guess you can bring your cup back for the next time because they are reusable and it’s a cute cup.
She also let me try the Açaí base, which was very good and I will probably try a bowl next time I go.
Definitely go try it out!
Lovely view of the lake, Mostly outdoor seating and offering large sandwiches, lots of salads, soups and luscious desserts! They understand gluten intolerance and service was prompt and accurate. The restaurant is around behind the Magnolia Center. Park in front of the center and walk around.
There is a lovely formal garden right next door! Don't miss it! Free and a decent size to walk...did I mention FREE? Wish they offered gluten free bread...
