My visit to Iron Roost was outstanding! The staff was friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. It was very clean inside and the atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming and happy. They have a separate menu for gluten free with many vegan options as well. Both types of waffles - regular and gluten free were fabulous. Crispy outside and fluffy inside- very flavorful and satisfying. I had the Toasted Berry, which is a gluten free / vegan waffle topped with a delightful mix of berries, chocolate mousse and coconut whipped cream. The hours are limited but absolutely worth making an effort to visit during their week day hours. Highly recommended this restaurant

We are gluten free and were looking for another bakery option. Customer service was amazing- very personable and answered all my husband’s questions. The chocolate chip cookie is SO soft and that is hard to find in a GF cookie. The mini cheese cakes are delicious- loved the cakey feeling of the crust and it was so nice to have cheesecake again! Since going GF, we typically rely on frozen items but having a bakery with fresh items was so nice because the texture of Gf frozen items isn’t always the best. They are sugar free as well but honestly not noticeable in the items that we bought. We are hoping to try the carrot cake this spring! I highly recommend!

Nice place with seating inside and out. The service was amazing both visits and the cashier was so kind and helpful. We had bagel egg sandwiches and one was gluten free. Their rocky road coffee was quite tasty.

I love the acai bowl! I have a gluten and tree nut allergy and they are great with accommodating for my allergy. I always enjoy the acai bowl and it is really filling. Nice space inside too! They do get busy during lunch time so ordering in person is better, the online orders don't always go through I have noticed. A great spot for lunch date in Malta.
