Love Fireflour. Tonight was my first visit since having to go gluten free. My first couple trips when I was still eating gluten were great, so I had high hopes for their gluten free crust.
I’ll start by saying that finding a place that makes Neapolitan pizza and offers a gluten free crust is rare for Fireflour to offer a 12 inch is awesome. The crust has that Smokey char and thin texture, it’s awesome. The sauce and cheese are both a knockout. Even a basic like a Daisy is full of flavor. Got some tasty gelato on the way out.
The restaurant itself does an awesome job of walking the thin line between hipster / pretentious and just a nice dine out spot. The staff were all attentive and awesome. Speed of service was very fast.
Fireflour is an awesome spot for some yummy quick fancy pizza pies.

Wow this place blew me away! There are SO MANY unique options on the menu. Gluten free options or for instance… cauliflower crust for the pizza. I loved the bruschetta pesto pasta and we got one of the white pizzas with rotisserie chicken and ham on it. Amazing! Not to mention the cozy vibes and friendly atmosphere is great! Absolutely FANTASTIC gluten free experience! We met the famous Babb's in person and she was amazing. We had 6 kids with us, 3 of which are gluten free. memorable drinks were made for all - coffee milkshake type drinks with GF cookie, Italian Sodas and then we had wonderful GF cookies and regular cookies for others. Babbs is from Seattle but has been in ND for over 30 years. Everything is made in house and the entire feel of the shop is incredibly charming. As someone from Seattle, I would highly recommend making a stop here!

Last two experiences were terrible, and it was ALL management's fault. One the manager was yelling at the waiter loudly to go clean his f&$@#!* tables . This young man was absolutely wonderful.
Yesterday they start vacuuming, very loud and annoying my mother called management and nothing was done so I asked to soak to the manager and he said well we have to clean. I get that but how about listening to your customers clean sections when they're empty and rotate. So... No more Perkins for this family, Denny's it is from now on, they have great staff, good managers and have a great gluten free options. Will be contacting upper management about the disrespect of those 2 managers though . Two thumbs down .Boo

The food and service was amazing! I was able to get my Steak Benedict cooked blue rare, and they are super celiac/gluten-free friendly!! The lobster for the Nordeaster was delicious, and prepared perfectly. Shoutout to Mariah, she is amazing and provided us with such great service!! You can also buy the in-house hot sauce that has amazing flavor and isn’t too hot. I wish there was a location close to home, but we will definitely be back!

Classical downtown Fargo. Unique restaurant smaller menu but dishes are good. Brisket sandwich is solid and the sauerkraut was acidic but not over powering.
