While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

Absolutely love eating here, the vibe is amazing and the staff are top tier! The food and atmosphere are so unique and as a Gluten Free Vegan who doesn't drink, trust me when I say this is a haven. I have been a few times so I have tried most of the food. Alot of the menu is already edible for me as is, but the majority of the menu can be accommodated to a vegan and/or gluten free diet which is amazing. The mocktails are equally fantastic. Watching the chefs at work in the open kitchen is the best, and the Management team and Madison in Events are always the most generous and accommodating. If you are so lucky to have service from Joseph, you will leave a very happy and full man! Can't wait to be back in the summer for Jungle Brunch!

Great service, and good food! No complaints :) I got the Mediterranean Shakshuka and the Landwer Iced Tea. The Shakshuka was pretty standard although I wish it was a bit warmer because the eggs were a tad bit too runny. I got the Shakshuka with gluten free bread but it was just standard grocery store toast lol. However, the tea was delicious and refreshing! No wait time on a weekday lunch which was SO surprising considering this place is always packed. Highly recommend joining the waitlist before going to the restaurant to avoid long wait times.

WOW. For a Thursday, what an experience. It was a vibrant, energetic dining experience. I have a gluten and dairy allergy. Worry? NEVER! The wait staff were diligent, caring and prompt. Immaculate. And all the food was a tasty lil treat to the palette. And BONUS… cocktail hour 😎

Had a great time at King Taps with our group; Madi was our server, and she did an awesome job all around. Thank you! Great ambience, good food (some great gluten free options too) and good drink. My only recommendation would be to carry a gluten free beer - they’re not hard to find and makes for a better experience for those with gluten allergies - there were 2 in our group alone that had gluten allergies.

Located in Toronto's Financial District, this is the second location in Canada. I came here for a special dinner event and had an amazing experience. The ambiance, food, and service were all great! They have a beautifully decorated semi-open space for warmer days, and also makes a great spot for hosting smaller private events. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, and there are plenty of paid parking garages in the area. ***UPDATE*** I recently returned to this restaurant to try their Happy Hour menu, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous. Our server, Vig, stood out as exceptional—he was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. One of my companions has a gluten intolerance, and Vig was very thoughtful in accommodating her dietary needs. He brought gluten-free soy sauce for the sushi and even offered to substitute the bread in the mini Yorkshire with lettuce so she could enjoy it. As for the food, all the "steak" dishes we tried were flavorful and well-prepared. I especially loved the Steak Tartare Bites. The maki rolls were decent, but I wouldn’t specifically recommend coming here for sushi if that's your main focus. Overall, a great spot for Happy Hour with excellent service!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Daphne in Toronto, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Amanda, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. I had recently suffered a concussion and requested a quieter, more comfortable spot, and Amanda not only accommodated this but made me feel truly cared for. Our visit was also a celebration of two special birthdays, and Amanda made sure these moments were acknowledged in the most thoughtful way. She surprised us with personalized desserts and drinks that added a unique, celebratory touch to the evening. It’s rare to see such attention to detail and genuine effort to make guests feel special. On top of that, the restaurant was incredibly accommodating to our table’s dietary needs. With vegetarian, halal, and gluten-free preferences among us, Amanda and her team ensured that everyone had delicious and thoughtful options to enjoy. From the exceptional service to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, Daphne exceeded all my expectations. It’s a place that truly puts its guests first, and I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you, Amanda, and the entire Daphne team for making our evening so memorable.
