Absolutely delightful! Healthy, wholesome and such good value for the quality and variety of ingredients. We went back twice whilst in Medellin. They have a different menu del día each day with 5 or 6 options (including meat and fish)all with different accompaniments and also have an extensive menu of raw, vegan, gluten free food as well.
The miso soup was especially delicious! The shop was full of lovely products to goggle at whilst waiting for food too.
Thank you Saludpan!
(They do charge for takeaway containers as do many places in South America which I personally feel is the way it should be unlike in the UK where you pay less but end up causing more waste…)
Discover a hidden gem with a massive vegan selection, spacious vibe, and unique offerings like a bike store and packed goods for adventures.

Very good burgers, large and at a good price. They also have a gluten-free option (bread made by them that is very spongy and delicious). Another plus point is that the potatoes are NOT frozen. Also gluten-free desserts, they are more expensive in relation to the food but they are large in size, very delicious. The only thing I would change would be the color of the pistachio ice cream, which seems to contain coloring and feels more artificial despite being artisanal.
Very friendly staff.
You can pay by card although they report a possible surcharge from the bank.
A hidden gem offering creative and varied options, with an incredible menu that keeps diners coming back for more!

My partner and I went to this restaurant today with the sole mission of eating gluten-free and a hamburger from the Vegan Burguer. Even though the VB event supposedly continued until today, and we saw how they were delivering several boxes of hamburgers at home, we were greeted with a "NO, we are not selling those hamburgers here", but well, well... Well, we gave them the opportunity, we asked "gluten-free option", they basically answered us: "there is the menu". We chose some exquisite pizzas, but how is it possible that it takes more than 40 minutes to make 2 personal pizzas? Incredible. In the end. Very good food, poor service and "false advertising" with the Vegan Burger.
This spot is a must-visit, known for delicious options, strong drinks, and a cozy vibe that keeps everyone coming back.

Absolutely insane good food. The pancakes cannot be missed. We also have a person in our family with gluten allergy - they had several delicious options. Really good. Will return.

Good service, you have various products, sweetened with stevia or fruit, you have vegan options, gluten free, the whole wheat almond croissant is one of the best I've ever eaten!

So freaking good. We absolutely loved this spot. Great vibes on the patio, and even better food.
I have a gluten allergy and our server Andrés did an excellent job making sure I felt good about what I was ordering and how it was prepared.
For drinks we had cold brew, a cappuccino, shared a smoothie (pineapple, mango, passionfruit) and loved all of them. The cold brew was so smooth.
For our food we split the tropical bowl (with GF oats), the feta toast (on GF bread), and the fresh bagel sandwich (but on GF bread). All three were delicious.
The feta toast was probably my favorite, smashed avocado with feta, strawberries, and a drizzle of balsamic. I'm definitely gonna try and make that myself, it was outstanding.
Anyway, all thumbs up. Ten stars. Would definitely recommend.
Quaint and charming spot with a lovely garden, offering a cozy vibe and delicious baked goods that keep locals coming back for more.

The food was delicious. We cannot take gluten and they gave us options on the menu. It was a large kitchen so if you are celiac, check with them carefully about the issue of cross contamination. Good atmosphere and live music. We recommend the visit 🙂

This place was mind blowingly good. If you are Finlandia, be sure to eat here. The food is AMAZING and the view is spectacular. My partner could not stop raving about the hummus dish for the entire day (it was THAT good) we also enjoyed the vegan nachos, the Frida virgin drink, and their drink special. It helps to make a reservation in advance so you can get a table with a view. Definitely come and enjoy the cuisine, it’s the best part of Finlandia :) They don’t have an extensive vegan/ veg menu, but there are several options, gluten-free as well.

Nice place although too loaded with inputs. Extremely loud music and people dressed up with no sense whatsoever (more like carnival in Brazil).
The service is pretentious and has the air of a star, even though they exceed many limits and "cut" quite a bit. In the toilet it seems like you are with a guard, and he forces you to do what he says...
The food leaves a lot to be desired. Especially because of the expectation they generate. Also, despite asking to avoid gluten, they put noodles in the rabbit rice.
Extremely overrated ❌.

This place is out of this world, very very well organized establishment and very clean with everything they have to offer. Food, restaurant, staff and food everything is wonderful here. The gluten free and Leto options are awesome to have now at days in Manizales. Highly recommended and I will be returning here when I’m the Milan district in Manizales. Kid friendly

Stayed in Medellin for 6 days and came back here every single day. I didn’t want to leave the city because it would mean not eating here anymore. The menu is amazing with loads of vegan and gluten free options. The staff was really kind, was served by the same girl everyday who was always really kind and welcoming. I ordered the rainbow
Tofu bowl a lot and it was always delicious. Also had the tacos and vegan burger which were also great. The little vegan chocolates sold beside the till are great ! Definitely go here if you’re in Medellin

I absolutely love Azul Selva! The food is great and I absolutely love visiting Maria! The staff is very sweet and Maria is especially welcoming and fun to talk to. I’ve found it can be a challenge to find gluten free options in Medellín. But Azul Selva has oat flour pancakes! The food is fresh and delicious! And it’s lovely to sit inside watch the passers by!

The best gluten-free restaurant option! I love how they take care of people with allergies. All the waitresses communicate with each other when one informs and the chef offers something that is gluten-free and cross-contaminated. A wonder.

The menu is very well thought out, with vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options, and it caters to numerous dietary restrictions. The drinks were great, I had never tried matcha with coconut milk and it was divine. Despite the good options, one point that other reviews mentioned is the service time, so go without rushing. In addition, the price is above average, but if you have time and want to try something new, it is a good place to go.
Very fun! They serve super well, the food is incredible, they took special care of my gluten allergy. We danced and had delicious drinks. Don't miss it!

Great arepas and cachapas, generous portions and considering it's the most touristy area you can imagine, prices were more than fair. My wife with celiac had no trouble, seems the kitchen is almost or entirely gluten free.

I loved the place, the atmosphere is great and the service is good, however, regarding gluten-free pasta like the one I ordered, I think that for the additional price of $7000, they could use a gluten-free pasta from a quality brand like Barilla or Monticello, which I have already tried. I mention it since my pasta was not of very good quality, perhaps they use a cheaper brand, but Barilla and Monticello have a good line of gluten-free pastas. They could improve the experience for diners who are gluten intolerant, like me, with something of better quality because you pay more for that. Oh, also, I ordered gluten-free fettuccine and they brought me spaghetti.
I should also add that they didn't have gluten-free dessert options, so I had to walk 3 blocks to a place where I know they sell gluten-free desserts.
Good service, good food. They have gluten free pasta but not gluten free pizza. Nice view from the rooftop but noisy from the traffic. Also, it’s inside a shopping mall.
