I am personally enthusiastic about the concept and ambience. Modern and tastefully furnished. The food is gluten-free and vegan as a basis. Meat can also be ordered.
There is a bakery with a farm shop and an online shop for gluten-free baked goods.
We chose the brunch offer for our first visit. Very tasty and diverse. So we feasted our way through the variety of the menu with small portions.
The service is excellent and the cuisine is outstanding. Meets my taste exactly.
A fantastic spot with a vibrant menu featuring a variety of vegan dishes and a cozy terrace perfect for warm days.

That was really tasty! The best fries I've had in ages! Also suitable for people with celiac disease, the staff knows their stuff and offers gluten-free variations!
Cozy spot with a lovely winter garden vibe, great for relaxing; expect delicious homemade treats and a bustling atmosphere.

Yesterday I was at Pfefferminzje for the first time. Since I am gluten intolerant, I had already found out in advance whether gluten-free dishes were offered. This is indeed the case. Except for the cakes, everything can be made gluten-free. The cakes and tarts have both a gluten-containing and a gluten-free selection. The staff is very friendly, competent and happy to advise on the various dishes. The prices are absolutely fine. I find the atmosphere very appealing and lovingly designed. I'd love to come back.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a great selection of tasty dishes and cozy patio, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.

Delicious Mexican food, nice casual atmosphere and great prices. It's also nice that there are plenty of gluten-free options. We like to come here when we are in Mainz.

Super cozy cafe with great service!
Also with intolerances and eating habits such as gluten-free, vegan, reduced-carbohydrate, etc. The kitchen addresses this, perhaps asks again, and draws attention to the ingredients.
Gluten-free baked goods are sealed so that no contamination is possible.
Reservation is worth it, especially on the weekend!
I like to drive from Bonn to the city flair for breakfast 🥰
Experience a memorable celebration with top-notch quality and a diverse selection that caters to all tastes in a vibrant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, having been diagnosed with celiac disease, i.e. "gluten intolerance", I can't eat anything except salad in normal Italian restaurants. Not so with Gustitalia: almost every pizza and pasta dish I can imagine has already been prepared gluten-free for me. Everything!!! always super tasty and fresh. I have never had any symptoms after eating or had a celiac disease accident (stomach cramps, diarrhea or anything similar). Even at special events (Tyrolean evening), Paolo prepared a completely gluten-free menu option for me after consultation in advance.
Personally, I love the pizza and feel safe and in good hands with Paolo and his team. Of course the prices for such a meal are a little higher, but someone like me, who would otherwise have to do without original Italian food in our area, is happy to pay these prices. Gustitalia is by far our favorite Italian restaurant. We always enjoy coming back.
A cozy gem with fantastic coffee, a warm vibe, and a tempting selection of aromatic, regionally produced treats.

Small, very cozy café, absolutely a must for people with celiac disease and lactose intolerance.
Yesterday we tested the cakes and tarts, as well as the child-friendliness, with 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6 years. Test result: a straight A.
Today the two of us have a gluten-free breakfast with the large and small ones
Cheese breakfast + egg and jam and honey examined. Finally, one cocoa from the huge selection of cocoas. The result:
A repeat has already been threatened. We will often be there for breakfast and/or “coffee” including cake.
I hope we'll meet at Café Tomorrow soon.
Cozy vibe with amazing coffee and a standout cheesecake that keeps folks coming back for more.

A very cozy café, with a delicious breakfast (also gluten-free). Excellent cappuccino and coffee. Super friendly service who takes time to give advice despite the café being full. Gladly again!
A spot with tasty cake options, though lacking in variety on the menu, offers a sweet experience overall.

We ate very tasty gluten-free cake (there were 2 to choose from) here.
The service was also very friendly.
It's just a shame that there are no gluten-free dishes on the menu. (Or are there none, which would also be a shame?)
Expect exceptional service and a diverse seasonal menu, making it a hidden gem worth discovering beyond the usual tourist paths.

Super attentive and courteous service.
Great food - special requests were extremely unproblematic. Gluten-free bread was served without being asked. A good selection of dishes, especially a very nice seasonal menu.
An absolutely recommendable restaurant, especially for Cochem. Luckily it's not quite on the main routes but it's worth it! Thanks
A super great cozy restaurant. Predominantly vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free. Which, as a vegan, I obviously think is great. and that's great and the prices are definitely too 💚 and the employees are so nice and welcoming a great place to relax
With unique create your own" options and tasty dishes, the vibe is great, but watch out for the restroom situation.

The good was great. I have a gluten allergy and went here 2 days in a row. The first day the server was nice, the second day the server was a bit short attitude wise. I gave very specific details on the "create your own pasta" option. My food was good the first day. The second day the order came out incorrectly but then was fixed correctly. The second server seemed to have an attitude but became more polite as the meal continued. All in all the food was good and the service was good.
I have 3 stars because of the bathroom. The rest of the restaurant was great. I will say that I did complain the first day that the bathrooms stink something awful. I didn't even go into the restroom the 2nd visit. I told them that it smelled like a porta potty that had been sitting in the hot sun, in New Orleans, during Mardi Gras, used by thousands of people. That's not an exaggeration. It was awful. They were aware of the situation and said that they were working on it but nothing had been done yet. I react to air fresheners but that would have been better than the stinky smell.
Nice restaurant with regional but also international standard dishes. Cocktail menu relatively extensive and good. However, you should try to take the happy hour (8-10 p.m.) with you, otherwise the cocktails cost around €10, which doesn't justify the price.
What's great is that we use sustainable straws aka pasta! 👍🏼
However, the waitress should initially inform the waiter about gluten intolerance.
We get three stars because we had to wait a very, very long time even when ordering drinks.
I can totally understand that orders take a long time, but even with good occupancy it should be possible to deliver 2-3 drinks (non-alcoholic/cocktails) within a 30 minute window.
So please be prepared that it may take a long time.
