Small portion, and the menu does not inform if the dishes on the menu of the day contain gluten, even though it is from the same owner of the gluten-free M2 restaurant next door. This generates some confusion among customers, even the guy at the next table complained because he had ordered a taco thinking it was gluten-free.

We went to eat since they offer a gluten-free option. The normal pizzas looked good, and whoever ate it had no complaints. The problem comes with gluten-free pizza. You can tell that they were purchased and seemed to be one of the cheapest. Worse than eating cardboard. Please, if you offer gluten-free food, at least the quality is comparable to the rest of the offer.

We don't understand the score it has, it's a 10/10 for us. Food 10, service 10, atmosphere 10. Dogs can enter, they have gluten-free options, the place is good, the service is very very good, especially the girl with blue hair who has been a sweetheart and has advised us on things. We are here spending the weekend and we will return to have a snack and tomorrow for breakfast again 😊 highly recommended!

I loved it! A brunch with lots of gluten-free possibilities. Very good value for money: the toasts and smoothies are very generous! We paid €12 per person for a plate of toast and a smoothie. It was difficult for us to finish everything!! We will return for sure!

This coffee is a gem for those looking for desserts that are gluten-free and sugar-free, but delicious and with healthy ingredients. Their cakes and pastries are incredible, and the homemade almond milk coffee is next level. They also sell a sugar-free chocolate made with only two ingredients, delicious! The owner is charming, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and I even bought her recipe book. I wish there were more places like this. Highly recommended!

A disappointing experience from start to finish. From our arrival, the service was slow and disorganized: it took them forever to take our order and between courses the wait was exasperating, to the point that we had to remind them several times that we were still there. The worst was the irresponsible handling of the gluten issue. We asked for gluten-free options and they assured us that there would be no problem, but after trying the dish, we realized – due to taste, texture and subsequent discomfort – that it was clearly not suitable. When complaining, they only offered vague apologies and excused themselves by saying that “it happened to them.” In short, a place that does not respect its customers or their dietary needs. Neither for the food, nor for the service, nor for the seriousness would we return. Absolutely NOT recommended

I was in a pinch for time and needed gluten free food so I found this place. I told them I had celiac, and they spoke to the kitchen to do their best to limit cross contamination but didn’t seem confident. I had faith as they were my only option. I got the vegetarian paella which I loved. Especially the plant based meat substitute! And I felt great after! My friends loved their pizza as well

Even though they have marked so many items as gluten-free, NOTHING is adapted for Coeliac because everything is cross contaminated (written in teeny tiny at the bottom of one of the menu pages). So we came here thinking we’ll be able to eat, and did not find a single item. No time left for anything else before our train… That’s not ok!

I am celiac and there is quite a variety of options on the menu, and, as a warning, they prepare everything separately so that there is no cross contamination. Nonna's Brunch is a stylish and popular cafe located in one of the most picturesque parts of Barcelona - El Born district. The cozy atmosphere of the establishment, which combines modern style with homely comfort, breathes upon the visitor as soon as he enters. The interior is bright, with simple but tasteful furnishings, ideal for a leisurely breakfast, brunch or working on your laptop. But during busier hours, the space can be quite small and noisy. The menu is focused on healthy, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and offers, for example, avocado toast, falafel bowls, smoothie bowls or homemade pancakes. The offer of gluten-free options will also please you. All the dishes are tastefully prepared and the portions are adequate - neither small nor excessively large. Drinks such as matcha latte, fresh juices or selected coffee complete the overall impression of a quality brunch. The staff is mostly nice and helpful, although at peak times the service can seem a bit slow. Prices are in line with Barcelona standards - around 10-15 euros per meal. The advantage is a good location close to the center and tourist attractions. I recommend Nonna's Brunch to everyone who likes light, modern cuisine and a pleasant environment.

Everything is great!! The food is exquisite and they also have everything gluten-free or with a gluten-free option. They are also celiac, so they give a lot of peace of mind when asking for a celiac person. The only drawback we have is that we do not know Catalan and, even though we spoke to them in Spanish and we have made it clear to them that we did not understand them when they spoke to us in Catalan, there have been two waiters who have addressed us at all times in Catalan, which, in addition to making it difficult for us to understand them, has made us a little uncomfortable. Incredible site and unbeatable service! The food and drinks have been delicious: the small ones, the arepas, the banana chips, the chocolate cake for dessert, the panela (drink)... But above all, the attention they have given us has been great. Super attentive and friendly. They even gave us a piece of cake because it was my birthday!!! On the other hand, there were many vegan and gluten-free options, which was also great (I'm a vegetarian). In terms of price, we ate plenty of leftovers for about €16, having ordered starters to share and an arepa + drink. We will repeat 100% sure 😊👏.

I am celiac and I went for breakfast at La Gofreria with my partner. The menu says they have gluten-free waffles, pancakes and sandwiches, among other options. Lately we've been there a lot waiting to find gluten-free waffles but we haven't found any, but as an alternative we've always been offered gluten-free pancakes. There weren't too many waffles or pancakes today. We spoke to the worker to express our complaint regarding the lack of gluten-free options. He understood, apologized and kindly offered to send us a gluten-free pancake. We received it in the afternoon as we had agreed. It was very good. We are very happy with the attention received because despite not being able to enjoy breakfast, they showed empathy and put a solution to the problem. We'll be coming back. Highly recommended.

So, yes, the staff takes it time here, but I find it quite healthy & refreshing, actually. They're really nice & give GREAT recommendations. The patatas bravas are REALLY good, but the Mango Ceviche is even better! (mixed together, it's DA BOMB!!! 🔥) Can't wait to try the gluten-free pizza!
