We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.

We ate at Bill's today, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. We sat outside in the sun and the atmosphere was chilled. It was quite noisy inside I noticed, but that maybe just the volume of people in the place. Food was lovely and so was the drink (peach and mint iced tea). Staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. Paying is simple and you can split the bill by scanning the QR code which I thought was a great idea. Would definately return again π

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food.
It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.
A spot with beautiful presentations and a diverse menu makes for a lovely treat, though some might find the flavors a bit on the mild side.

Visited Coffee Tales in the Jewellery Quarter yesterday while visiting Birmingham. We had the gluten free hazelnut cake and a jacket potato with cheese and beans. We have been in the UK for 3 weeks now and this was the best jacket potato I have had since visiting! SOO good! The gluten free hazelnut cake was amazing, I really liked the Nutella frosting! Plus the portions are huge, definitely good value for your money!

Great place and nice atmosphere. But not impressed with the service or the food it unfortunately for us average.
They were very accommodating and changed our seats.
The first waiter who took our order was good and the petite girl with the dark hair was lovely and they ended up picking up what the two guys who served (didnβt do) the one waiter just put our food on the table in one place without saying what it was or even placing in front of the person who ordered it, he didnβt even know what he was serving one dish was gluten free! He had no clue he didnβt even speak.
The pizza was not sliced well, we asked for a pizza cutter and a steak knife, to which the second waiter said the pizza is sliced and it was not sliced, we had to slice it again! He did not come back with a steak knife nor a pizza slicer. Again another waiter got the steak knife for us
We then asked for the bill and it never came so we had to shout out to him every-time he walked past again nothing. The young girl again came to us when she saw us trying to get his attention.
Itβs not a bad place but the service was just not there, when it comes to the food it just depends on your palette.
A welcoming spot with a great vibe and attentive service, perfect for a laid-back hangout with friends.

The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved.
We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me.
There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome.
Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.

We love The Ivy! It's become a date night staple. We are a queer interracial BIPOC couple; I'm from The States and my partner is local. We always feel so welcome here and so well cared for. The drinks are always on point - beautiful and delicious. Ask the bartenders for recommendations! We are pescatarian, dairy -free and gluten-free. They work really hard to meet dietary needs with tasty substitutes. We have enjoyed the Afternoon Tea here a few times. Looking forward to sharing this place with out of town friends.

It was great to find a nice restaurant like this open before 5 because we had to travel and getting sat at 4pm was fantastic!
Convenient parking meant it was a 5 minutes walk from the carpark to the restaurant which was even better because we were starving. It was quite empty when we arrived and they sat us straight away.
The atmosphere was so nice, but I've dropped a star because there was a heavy smell in the air that was reminiscent of incense. It might have been the candles burning on every table, but with zero airflow it was massively overpowering.
BUT everywhere was so clean and tidy, the decor is wonderful, the toilets were clean and they had a disability toilet downstairs. The plates and chopsticks and little hand towels were so cute. I loved the effort they put into it all.
The servers were attentive and so polite. Really high level of hospitality and they checked in on us throughout. Some of the best service I've had in a restaurant before.
They cater to gluten free with their own gf menu, which was fantastic! There weren't a great deal to choose from but honestly I think the variety was still really good.
I chose the spring rolls which were crunchy and hot, and the special pho which looked amazing when it came out. Unfortunately it was jam packed with coriander which was very over powering, but that's more a personal preference and it was really fresh and crunchy. It was also quite under seasoned. I had to add some salt to the broth to bring out the flavours. There were also a lot of small chicken bones in it. Small enough to swallow but it was still a little off putting.
My partner had the slow cooked lemongrass beef that was slathered in ginger. Hes Filipino and even he said it blew his head off. But it was super tender and came with fresh and crunchy salad, so it wasn't a heavy dish.
For the price I'd have expected it to be a little better in flavour and a greater portion size. Especially with the starter as 3 tiny spring rolls shouldn't cost Β£7.50
But it was still an exciting experience after a long and tiring day!

Great service here with particular attention to dietary restrictions- gluten free. Kids menu was good value and we enjoyed the new honey chicken. It was a little fatty in places and the gyoza could have been cooked a little more. The restaurant was very busy, therefore loud, and as a result the atmosphere score is down. The service was really friendly, but when we first arrived (17:00) it didn't seem like there was many staff. This improved by the time we left, and the service did also.
Irrespective of that, the food was actually really good. Both of us are gluten-free and both our meals were delicious.

A Hidden Gem for Authentic Indian Street Food β Perfect for Gluten-Free Diners!
I had an incredible experience at The Indian Streeteryβevery dish was bursting with flavor, and the attention to detail was truly impressive. I tried the lamb koftas, paneer, masala chips, Cannon Hill Park picnic potatoes, chicken chaat, and a delicious chickpea dishβeach one cooked to perfection with bold, authentic spices and fresh ingredients.
What truly stood out was their commitment to catering for gluten-free diners. The young manager was exceptionally reassuring, explaining that the chef is celiac and takes extreme care in ensuring a safe, cross-contamination-free kitchen. That level of dedication is rare, and it made my meal all the more enjoyable.
If you're looking for top-quality Indian street food with outstanding service and a gluten-free-friendly menu, this place is a must-visit! Can't wait to return.

Super cute cafe we visited whilst on holiday and they have gf and vegan options. As coeliac it was lovely to have some options that were coeliac safe. The biggest thing that inclined me to to leave this review though is the amount of thought they put into cross contamination when preparing my drink. They cleaned the milk frother spout, the milk jug and prepared it before my friends order containing gluten. I even heard them say 'this is for the coeliac' when passing the drink to each other to give it to me. I really appreciated the amount of forethought they'd put into preparing my drink as that has never happened in my 6 years of being diagnosed coeliac so MASSIVE THANK YOU! It really meant a lot to me and made me feel safer to enjoy my order. Lovely setup and decor inside the coffee shop, lovely looking cakes and just the vibe was chill. Highly recommend! P.S. the latte was perfect!

We went here as a family for a breakfast with Santa, we were the first there and the last out of 10 tables to be served food. We waited an hour and a half without any word from serving staff for our food. I am coeliac, we told them before hand of my allergy and again when we sat down, I was still served food with gluten in and was very ill after. The eggs in the breakfast were undercooked/over cooked with no consistency. They appeared to have over worked themselves and the service was poor, just a word to say food was delayed would have been nice. Overall, if you have any severe allergies such as coeliac I would not recommend eating here

Came in for an early meal before the theatre. Lovely welcome from Alex, (always a good start when staff acknowledge your presence and say they will be with you shortly). As I am gluten free, the choice here is very good. Attentive service and lovely food. Colourful restaurant with music adding to atmosphere. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails at the moment and Alex explained them to us and took the time to help us choose. I also had a voucher for 1 main get 1 main free, plus a gift card. They took every offer with no terms excluding using any together. It was 75p over my gift card value, but Beth manager removed this without telling me and I appreciated the kind gesture. All in all a lovely experience to enhance our day. Thank you.

I donβt doubt this is a lovely, local, very popular cafe. I visited here for some cake to take away. I purchased 3 gluten free sponge cakes and was floored when the price came out at Β£12.40!
