We've been here several times over the years. It's got a great vibe, really energetic staff, and several solid plant based options. But when we went for dinner this past weekend I was surprised. I didn't remember it being so nickel and dimey. Lots of upcharges (including .50 for a tiny plastic cup of vegan salad dressing that my son wanted for his already overpriced veggie burger... To be fair, he said the burger was really good). And lots of just overpriced menu options in general. For example, my wife's chicken sandwich was somehow like 28 bucks (maybe because she asked for a gluten free bun?). And we had pickled appetizer thing which would have been embarrassingly underwhelming even if it cost half of what they charged for it. All in for the 3 of us it was about $140 or so with tip...and I didn't even get a cocktail (my wife had 1 and my son had a mocktail), and none of us even got a pricey entree...just sandwiches.
I understand that everything is more expensive these days, but I don't typically feel screwed or "price gouged" when the bill comes (unless I'm at the airport or the ballpark or something). I did this weekend at Home Grown unfortunately.
A unique spot with tasty acai bowls and the bonus of separate gluten-free granola for those who appreciate flat-out awesome toppings.

Acai bowl was delicious. It was a little pricey but worth it. I absolutely loved that they had gluten free granola because most places don't cater to that need. And they sell it separately! Will definitely be back soon.

Great little place with gluten free Mac and Cheese options. The rest of the menu looked great, but I was there to try the mac and cheese and it didn't disappoint!

Great restaurant, great food, great servers. Also our server Mike was super kind and good at his job (and handsome). When I said I wanted gluten free bun and I said it was an allergy he immedietly started recommending gluten free sides. Very sweet and professional. Overall 5 star experience!

Popped in for dinner and was able to get a table for two despite not having a reservation. The restaurant looks deceivingly small from the outside but has plenty of seating and appeared to also have a downstairs area with more seating. Plenty of gluten free options. We ordered the roasted beet salad as an appetizer and different seafood pastas with GF pasta. The waiter kindly brought gluten free bread upon request to eat with olive oil. We opted for the holiday cocktails, a Christmas Old Fashioned and Holiday Whisky Sour, which were delightful. There is an extensive wine menu which we didn’t partake in but saw a lot of options. We finished our meal with scoops of gelato, peppermint (monthly special) and pistachio. The food was wonderful as was the service. Highly recommend!!
With a cozy vibe and a mix of indoor/outdoor seating, this spot offers generous portions and a tasty selection of cocktails and breakfast options.

Indoor and outdoor dining options. The outdoor patio is pleasant but overlooks parking lot/driveway. Menu has multiple selections for breakfast/brunch with gluten-free options, offers multiple flavors of mimosas with pitcher options for sharing. Wait staff are friendly and check in sufficiently without rushing. I had a crab and shrimp omelet. The portion is generous and comes with a side of potatoes. The flavor was good.
A cozy spot with a chill vibe, unique drinks, and a punch card system that'll keep you coming back for more fun options.

Love it. First time ever. Went in was greeted and sat right away. Waitress asked for our drink order quickly. Having a new diet restrictions of gluten free restaurants have become more of a headache then somewhere to enjoy. But this place changed it. First question is there certain meals that are gluten free? Her answer yes we can make any of it gluten free. This made my night. Will definitely be going back. They even have a separate fryer for gluten free!

We were a big group celebrating my neice's birthday on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was very accomodating, helpful, personable, kind, just were so lovely and got everything right (which is very hard to do with large groups, but they nailed it). The food was excellent. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and non-alcholic beers. Really something for everyone. They brought out the cake with two huge sparkler candles and the look on my neice's face was something I'll never forget. They really went out of their way to make this a special and memorable experience. Such a welcoming place.

I like their beer. We do a lot of breweries. But my family has a somewhat but not completely unique situation. My wife is allergic to gluten. We knew 2SP had a lame moniker on many items, "gluten friendly" which means the ingredients don't contain gluten, but we'll fry it or roll it around in gluten. We had to go here for an event tonight but we won't return. As most other restaurants evolve to offer some simple solutions, 2SP refuses to evolve. Just wipe a counter, add a GF bun and whalla your GF menu is born. There is so many good options out there and the food is average. So we will avoid this one. There are a ton of places that offer craft beers and a mature menu.

Food was hot and served in a timely manner.
Service was ok, our waitress was either new or overwhelmed. We were greated quickly and the waitstaff was friendly.
There were several options for gluten free which was helpful.
Overall, good experience.
I would recommend trying this restaurant out!
I had the salmon with Chesapeake crab and lobster cream sauce. It was good except I kept getting bones. The veggies were over cooked imo and the mashed potatoes were flavorless. The dish my partner had was perfect he said and the bread was delicious.
Got the Farmhouse Hash...and may get it again regardless. Perfectly seasoned, good portion. Also, allowing the substitution of gluten free toast at no additional charge puts them on my good side immediately. Tasty coffee. My new breakfast place.
Enjoy a vibrant dining experience with helpful service and a dedicated menu for those with dietary preferences.

The food was great last time I was there, I had the crab dip and fried shrimp. Also for people with gluten allergies, they have a separate menu dedicated to gluten free items (shared fryer). My other order food there the other day and we called twice to just confirmed that the items were safe and they were very helpful and professional.

Our neighbor highly recommended this place as "The Place" to eat if you're at the Christiana Mall. What a gem in a myriad of eating places there!
It was lunchtime so there was a 15 minute wait time which is to be expected during the lunch hours. Plenty of room to sit inside to wait for a table. The restaurant has seating inside or outside. The outside tables do have umbrellas.
We had the"Pavo Cubano" sandwich with chips and salsa. My wife had hers on gluten free bread. The sandwiches were toasted and absolutely delicious! Our lunch came to only $26!
Here's the actual menu write-up:

PAVO CUBANO
Our version of the popular Cuban sandwich. Ham, roasted turkey breast, Swiss cheese, tomato, pickles & cilantro honey dijon pressed on grill.

If you're at the Christiana Mall, stop by and give it a try.
If you need cute painted tables and fancy frozen drinks, this is not the place for you. But if you need solid tacos, huaraches, enchiladas, or good tamale with three kinds of sauce on the table, this place is for you. I call it the hole in the wall, but it has stayed in my rotation for years. Good service. Vegetarians and the gluten free accommodating.
Always something special for pancakes and, especially, French toast. He knows how to poach eggs, so Sinclair's is the place to go if you want Eggs Benedict, and they have some delicious variations on that theme also. I miss these goodies since I had to give up gluten. They don't have a gluten free menu, but I've not had any problems having an omelet here, and they have a lot of choices for fillings. I will add that it is clear from the appearance of the omelets that they are cooked in a pan, not on the grill. There is also always a special flavored coffee, as well as regular coffee. They serve real maple syrup.
Fantastic friendly staff, always up beat. Food and pricing is very good. Be aware this is a college bar/restaurant so if you're looking for quiet, this won't be the place to go. ALLERGEN FRIENDLY! We have celiacs and we have never had a cross contamination problem. Great place, great staff, great overall!
