The live music was not overpowering, but did mean that table conversation was a little elevated, though, not obnoxious. This gem of a restaurant was a last minute google search for weary traverlers heading south from Atlanta. It was conveniently close in Jensen Beach by the hwy so we thought let's give it try. So we wandered into Fig & Olive. First off Avery was very attentive to my multiple food allergies & made suggestions for suitable dishes I could enjoy.
I ordered the lamb kabobs and it was the most incredible food I've literally had since learning I have celiac. Lorri was WoW...her kind & beautiful personality made the whole experience one I'll remember for a very long time....would recommend to everyone I know finding themselves in this area..

I have been to this restaurant several times, one of the reasons we stopped coming is because they don't have a good selection of gluten free options, I really think that this place has been here for so many years and it's surprising that they don't, we go to many local restaurants and they offer a good selection of gluten free even a simple bun for a burger! We won't be coming back here, and it's a shame because the atmosphere is nice.

This was our dinner stop for my hubby's birthday, recommended by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We love seafood and both had the Tuscan Grouper (hubby's was gluten-free) and it was amazing. We shared the coconut shrimp for an appetizer. Nice, large shrimp with a sweet sauce and it was delicious. We each had a cup of the conch chowder. It was very tasty but a little too much cornstarch for me (a former souc' chef.) As I said, the grouper came in two nice sized pieces, with mixed squash and I had garlic mashed, hubby had red potatoes, both done very well. Service was excellent, view of the ocean with the wonderful breeze and ocean smell. Great way to end our day trip. Place was packed with people still waiting. Would definitely go again.
