Spectacular place. They have gf, veg, and vegan options. The owner Sean served us and was so charismatic, attentive and funny, we really felt like we were getting a one on one experience with him. I am gf, and veg and lactose free and I was overwhelmed in a good way by the amount of options I had on the menu. I got the fig pizza with gf crust and vegan cheese and it was superb, the crust was amazing and had such great structure and flavor. I could not even tell that the vegan cheese was vegan! That is a hard thing to do! I also got the gluten free, vegan carrot cake and it was perfect. It was moist had great flavor and the icing was perfect not too sweet which is usually my biggest complaint with carrot cake, I got a gf and veg like tart to go and I can’t wait to eat it later!

The food here is amazing 😃 No separate GF menu, but GF dishes were marked on main menu. Lots of choice...however just watch what comes with your order. My daughter(who is GF) ordered shrimp which arrived with some nachos. She ate a tiny corner before we decided to double check...they weren't GF!! The waiter was mortified & the chef made some GF ones...luckily she wasn't put off the entire meal but did suffer with her stomach later that night. Despite the mistake, we would go back x

Vegan options! WOW the food is really tasty. They have lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options including desserts! We went for lunch. I had the "Chicken" salad sandwich with the bean salad - both were delicious! My husband had the Ceasar Kale salad which was a generous portion. I got the Fresh limeade (also very good). Absolutely furious this place just ruined our trip by making my celiac sister extremely sick. We were told a bagel sandwich could be gluten free with just a slight chance of some cross contamination. My sister is usually not sensitive enough to become so sick from cross contamination but she started throwing up as soon as we got home. Called and inquired about the sandwich and what could have gotten her sick and they were rude and unhelpful. No apologies and no offer to help. Went in person as well because I was so worried about what happened and they showed me the bagel they used and it explicitly said contains wheat. They gave me no empathy and almost seemed mad at for being upset. No one said anything about that and even checked with us at the register if it was an allergy when we ordered but failed to tell us the bagel contained wheat. So disappointing and just makes it so much worse they were so rude and unhelpful. Would never come back. Food wasn't even near worth it. FURIOUS

It's a low key place that is full of people that live in Key West. You can put your toes in the sand on the beach while you eat if you want to. Outdoor seating is available and that's where most of the people sit. The fish is bought each morning and had selected by the owner.

I was in key west for 5 days and I think I ate here at least once a day if not more. The food is incredible and the guy who runs it is super friendly and helpful. I have celiac so it’s really hard for me to eat out especially when traveling. not only was he knowledgeable about allergen safety but he made me a completely custom gluten free sandwich that wasn’t even on the menu. If I could give that sandwich 12 starts out of 10 I would.

Hit this place before going on a snorkeling outing. Was worried about the time but they took care of our party of six without an issue. The Bloody Harry was the right choice for a late morning Spicy Bloody Mary drink. I had "The Harpooner" with everything and it did not disappoint! The rest of the fam ate good too! Last night was our second time eating at Louie’s. Both times our service and food were excellent.
We lucked out and had Will (Wilber F) as our server both times. He is a great server and makes sure you have a nice experience. He has been extremely helpful both times making sure I know what I can eat with my gluten allergy.
And yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting Selenia at the patio bar. She was also a fantastic server. She was extremely friendly and had the best personality.
HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and grits (probably the best I’ve ever had) and my husband highly recommends the Seared Sesame Crusted Tuna with Ginger-Hoisin Sauce & Fried Rice.

We stopped by the Blackfin Bistro for lunch yesterday. We had the best seat in the house for people watching. I am gluten intolerant and they had plenty of options for me. We had calamari, escargot and mussels in blue cheese sauce. Gabor was great! Very knowledgeable, recommended a wonderful wine and he was so friendly. There were very little gluten-free options labeled in the menu. If the meal included toast it was not labeled (gluten-free without toast) so it was not clear what other options there were for gf items. Lots of vegan options listed, but those are not allergens 🫤. The veggie omelet was delicious. The service was very slow, and it was loud. Overall, the food was good bur pricy.
