A great place to get small plates! We came here to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday and it’s such a cozy restaurant to escape the cold in during this time of the year. I thought the fireplace on tv was a cute touch. I highly recommend ordering the Chef’s Tour Boards. There’s more of a cohesion of flavors and the items are partnered well in the pre-set menu. We ordered the Vegetarian Board, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The blistered brussel sprouts was the star of the meal for us! It was crisp and flavored so well. We also ordered an assortment of small dishes to share such as the deviled eggs, savory shrooms (a favorite of mine), lobster quesadilla, ahi tacos, little lambs, pork belly bites, and few more items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, service was great, and I always appreciate a menu with a legend for dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan dishes.

The Cake Bake Shop had been suggested to me by several friends and I was excited to try them out. I will likely be a repeat customer. However, I am not likely to be a regular for several reasons. My 360 evaluation below. The very good: the atmosphere is delightful. The outside and inside of the store are clean and bright while still being warm and inviting. The constumes the staff wear are pretty, immaculate and enhance the environment. I totally see from a visual perspective why this shop is opening a branch in Disney. It feels more like an experience and less like retail. Also there is staff to greet you and ample service staff in the shop to give eaxh customer 1 on 1 attention. Also good: the lemon, raspbery and magic bars are some of the best I have had. They are beautiful, the pacagung is lovely, and the taste, quality and size are what you want them to be at that price point. Honorable mention to the macarons. While a bit high in price for the size of the cookie they are super yummy and again lovely visually. The not great: I live in Kokom and our local cake shop J Edwards has both a substanially better selection, and comparably as delicious and in some cases more delicious set of Gluten Free offferings. I hink the store is beautiful and every item was beautiful and came in lovely packaging...but not worth it for me at twice the price or higher for less delicious. That said, all their GF stuff was more beautifully presented and packaged than our local place. Also, while the boxes and bags were beautiful the care in packaging was not as good as my local shop. Some of my items were squished, or otherwise the worse for ware in transit which was simply a 40 minute car ride...no bumpy back roads or anything. Thwt strikes me as a customer service oversight. Also the side seam on the paper bags for bakery items splits super easy making the bags pretty but not very functional. The boxes were sturdy though. Also not great: I asked to buy an Italian cream soda while I was browsing. They looked like they did not know what this was. So I said, it is just soda or sparkeling water with flavor syrup and a splash of cream. They said they could not do this. Literally on the other side of the wall was a bar area and behind the bakery counter an espresso maker and a bunch of flavor syrups. They had everything on hand to accomodate my request but refused. They were polite but again when paying a premium one does anticipate premium and accomodating service. Also not great: out of my large order two items were missing. When I called, they took my transaction info checked it. After checking the order info they offered an apology agreed to refund the price of the misssing items. I did mention that I live about 40 minutes away. There was no offer to make up for their error past a refund for items not included. No can we mail you the missing irems can we comp you on your next visit...nothing. This rubbed me the wrong way...perhaps this is standard, but I did not like this way of doing business. When I fidt got there I expressed interest in buying a whole cake. Despite numerous whole cakes being abailablein the display they said that I had to order 48 hours in advance. But Iwas informed I could buy up to 5 slicea of each cake at the higher slice rate. I was not impressed. In conclusion...if you want an experience this is a great place to dine in. If you want amazing bars eat in or take out, also highly reccomend. If you are hosting an in home event and the beauty of the cake is of primary importance. More than that, if you are willing to pay a premium just for prettty. I mean beautiful i ternal layering and the whole nine, this is the place to buy. If you want a tasty cake to treat you family, your local, less swaky option is likely to taste just as good in the whole cake department. Although to be fair I have not tried all their cakes...there may be exceptional highlights in there. But the black and white GF cake was only ok tasting.

I came into town for work and knew I could find gluten free options at cafe patachou. Loved the gluten free avocado toast! Service was quick and friendly.

Don't know what happened, this place use to be great, maybe it was an off-day but my experience was terrible today. The waiter forgot to put in our coffee, we weren't served water, food came out with nothing to drink. My gluten free toast was stale and as hard as a cracker, my extra hollandaise was missing, the coffee was either burnt or had sour milk. The food came out tepid at best. Hopefully it was just a bad day, but wow. What a fall from grace if this is the new norm.

Visited for the first time in honor of my birthday, and Prime 47 did not disappoint! Prime 47 has been on my bucket list, and it quickly moved to the top after viewing the menu and seeing the plethora of gluten-free options. My sister and I had the Ahi Tuna and Waygu Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi mashed potatoes and Asparagus with hollandaise sauce, which was absolutely amazing. The gluten-free chocolate molten lava cake was rich, decadent, and a true experience!

On a sunny morning on May 7th I came into Rosie's Carmel based on a recommendation of their delicious gluten free options. Joy! As the gentlemen in front of me was being sat up front, after being asked if he wanted to sit at the counter or table. A blonde middle aged server acknowledged me and didn't offer me a table option. I was quickly escorted to the very back of the establishment up against a wall facing the kitchen. Which I now realize was the worst seat in the place. She turned and left with barely a word. As the realization washed over me. It was a weekday, so lots of great open seating options. ALL of the other customers were up front. Coming from Hawaii, I understand I live in a bubble of kindness and diversity. And, for the first time in over 50 years of sheltered life, I realized what this felt like. As a strong independent women, I thought I would be able to handle being treated like I was less of a person. I would like to say I was strong. But, I wasn't. I decided to leave, and politely said I had changed my mind. The blonde middle aged lady just said "okay" with a don't let the door hit you on the way out attitude. As a broken women for the day, I ended up at Caffe Buondi. They sat me next to a friendly man with a barbell mustache. We had a conversation and he remarked how I had ordered his favorite, a Monica (Vegetarian) Frittata, served in a cast iron skillet. You see he goes there twice a week, so he knows his stuff. I also had great service at RiZE Carmel, they have a great Veggie Omelette, that comes with their house salad, highly recommend!

An item on the menu was denoted as gluten free and it was not, resulting in severe illness due to celiac disease. When the restaurant was called and notified, they said the GF next to the item was actually only referring to a footnote indicating that options were available. I told the manager that the GF next to an item usually means that it is gluten free at every restaurant in which I have ever dined. I also stated that this confusion resulted in illness and that the menu should be clarified immediately. I will not be dining here again due to their laissez faire attitude toward this serious issue.

This was a great breakfast/lunch place that we'd never heard of. We actually ended up eating here 2 days in a row. The food choices overall are good, and there should be something for everyone. The food itself was really good both trips. My one complaint would be that my omelet the first day was a little dry or overcooked but other than that everything else was spot on. Plus this is one of the first breakfast places ive been that actually had gluten free toast. Everyone in our party seemed satisfied and no one was left hungry.

I live 45 mins away from this location, but I had the pleasure of visiting twice this week. The pulled chicken salad was incredible! I had it both times. Ha. They offer a few Gluten Free options, as well as Gluten-Free bread. They have smoothies, too. The patio with umbrellas was great. Shout out to server Haley who was kind and knowledgeable.

Great experience. The staff is extremely attentive. Pleasant environment. Ample parking. Plenty of healthy and gluten free options to choose from. We had parfait and frittata. Server was at our table when needed. Excellent selection of teas. Located on the plaza with Market District. Definitely worth a visit. I will be coming back for more.

Celiac friendly. I told the young man that I had Celiac and couldn’t eat gluten. He immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands and put on fresh gloves. He told me what I could eat, and when I chose my foods, he gave me everything out of fresh, unopened bins with clean spoons. He could not have been more kind or knowledgeable about gluten. Everything was delicious and I had no side effects. Highly recommend!

I ate at Vivante over the weekend, and it was wonderful! My party had a reservation outside, but when we arrived our table wasn't quiiite ready. Fortunately, we were able to order drinks and appetizers in the beautiful lobby while we waited. We had a couple folks with special dietary needs (dairy free, gluten free), and everyone was super accommodating. The cocktails were tasty, the food was filling with a variety of options, and the servers were attentive. Zach and Nash took care of us and were personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be returning!

Are used to love eating at this place. However, the last 4 to 5 times that I have came here they did not get my order right. Usually thats not a “big deal”. However, I have a severe gluten allergy. This last time it almost sent me to the ER. They messed up and put their granola which is not gluten-free on my açai bowl. If you have any type of allergies, don’t even bother telling them because they still won’t get your order right. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has any life-threatening allergy. Also, they do have gluten-free granola, but for some reason it doesn’t come to their mind to put that on your bowl instead of the one that could severely hurt you.

I thought their burritos were good, but today, they food at Crazy King went to a whole new level. I tried burrito bowl number 5. It was So Good!! It perfectly blended rice, beans, toppings, cheese, and a fantastic sauce! As an added bonus, they also have great options that are safe for my wife, who needs to eat gluten-free due to Celiac disease. The owner of Crazy King took her on a kitchen tour to show her their safety protocols. She came away impressed with the care that they take to make sure people with gluten allergies can eat safely! They also have a fantastic drink selection with unique drinks that you won't find at most restaurants. Drink options include alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic options. Food that tastes great and is safe for my wife means we will need to add regular Crazy King visits to our budget, and we both are happy to do that.

I’ve had lunch and brunch here! Lunch with the ranch burger was fantastic! The breakfast sandwich was also really good and they have gluten free bread. Just make sure to order your hash “browns” well done.

This restaurant was close to our hotel, so we gave it a try for breakfast. It was so good that we returned the next morning. The restaurant is located in an office building. Parking is plentiful and the place was not real busy Sunday and Monday. The coffee is very good. We enjoyed the omelette, eggs Benedict, and a standard breakfast. All food was cooked perfectly. The eggs moist, and the hash browns perfectly crispy. Their strawberry jam is made on site - yum. They offer raisin and cinnamon toast too. They do not have gluten free bread, so I brought my own and they graciously toasted it for me. Seating is comfortable and spacious. Recommended! You must look beyond the price and portion size to enjoy your fresh ingredients used in an Eggshell Bistro meal. We enjoyed the made-to-order Gluten Free Shirred Dukkah Egg bowl and the GF Grits with an egg bowl. Both meals were seasoned well and flavorful. Just a Vegetarian/Vegan warning, most of the VEG-designated meals have an egg included or used within the ingredients, please ask before you order a dish if eggs are not in your dietary dish.

It's a hidden gem you might miss if you aren't careful. The team is friendly and genuinely happy to see you when come in. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are good, if not generous. I had the breakfast tacos which were packed with great ingredients. As a bonus, they have gluten-free options such as French Toast and corn tortillas. The cafe is clean and cozy with comfortable seating and pleasing decor. This is an affordable choice with great food options, and I will definitely be back.
