Always enjoy coming here when visiting the area. The food and service is great. I love how they have many homemade items. Just a suggestion...but to go along with the homemade items it would be nice to have homemade jams that are not prepackaged and real potato French fries (not frozen). Just a couple things that would be so fitting for this already special cafe. I appreciate the gluten free bread options. Would love to see gf pancakes :).
Experience a culinary gem with a fresh menu, creative cocktails, and standout dishes that have everyone raving in the valley.

New owner and menu. Possibly the best place in the valley at the moment. Started with the Forest Fire cocktail (gin, aperol, suze, charred lemon), French fries (best I’ve ever had), then the bison steak. Loved all of it.
Gluten free, dairy free, egg free options.
Enjoy stunning lake views from a cozy spot with a charming outdoor balcony, perfect for a laid-back meal experience.

I enjoyed the food, but is a typical lunch place. You place food order at window, bar order at bar, and your food is delivered to your seat. Everyone was friendly. They had gluten free bread so that was a huge plus. I'd go back! Lake view was amazing !
We ordered sandwiches and bakeries to go, perfect for picnicking by the lake.
I shared a roast beef sandwich with my mom and it was very satisfying.
They had gluten free bread and chocolate cookies. Perfect for people in my party who eat a gluten free diet.
Everything was amazing. The food was incredible, the service was great, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the view was gorgeous. We went here for our anniversary and both got the bison short rib with a huckleberry demi-glaze. The meat was fall apart tender and the mash potatoes were perfect. I had a peach huckleberry crumble with vanilla ice cream for dessert, my wife had creme brulee, both were wonderful. My wife is a gluten free eater and they had plenty of options, save for the appetizer, which the sole option was shrimp with cocktail sauce, but we were skipping appetizers anyway. All in all it was fine dining at it's best.
